Bought a Mercedes Benz S550 from Bayview Cadillac. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rebecca Hussle answered a lot of my questions. Kenny was awesome and The General manger Tony Giordano was very accommodating. Was a pleasure to work with them. Very pleased will be back again in the future. Thomas in service was very knowable as well. Great team ☺️

My visit to Bayview Cadillac today was much better than I could have expected. Starting with Danny who had great customer service and was so pleasant while he got my paperwork ready. Then while I waited Rebecca who was so personable and very pleasant she asked if I needed anything, gave me her business card with her number. She returned a little later to see if she could get anything for me and she was super friendly and we had a great conversation about the dealership in general. Overall it was a great experience.

At least my 2019 Escalade from this dealership was checking out some of the vehicles on the lot despite the shortage of vehicles at this given time and came in for my oil change and some other services. I meant Rebecca Hussle the VIP manager who was giving me some different options Very good customer service and communication and when my lease is up I will be getting a new Escalade keep up the great job.

I came in for service today on my 2016 Cadillac Escalade there was something going on with the dash and the queue system they are checking it out purchase this vehicle in June and love the Escalade I also Matt Rebecca Hussle in the service lounge She was very courteous and very friendly without offering information for escalates an extended warranties she also gave me a little gift card for California pizza kitchen which I will be checking out when I come back around this way very good customer service from this dealership love my Escalade.

We really like the customer service we received here. Not a big fan of car dealerships as they usually take your money and can’t be trusted, but we got a different vibe from this particular dealership. We had a great interaction with the receptionist Phillipa, who went above and beyond the call of duty just to take a simple message from us for the service department. We were pleasantly surprised so we left a message for the new General Manager Tony Giordano complimenting her and Porter from service. We didn’t leave our phone number because we felt he was going to be too busy to even call back. He got our phone number, called us back and even checked on our repair of our vehicle. A completely different atmosphere than what were used to. He and the service manager Joe Viola even walked outside to greet us when we came to pick up our truck. Who does that! Porter, our service representative constantly kept us informed on what was happening with our Escalade including the pricing. Extremely transparent, honest and responsive. Didn’t expect that. Felt we needed to write a review in case anyone is looking for a good dealership. This new team is kicking some butt. Great job to the Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac team.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. VERY RUDE GENERAL MANAGER TONY WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. TOOK MY CAR IN BECAUSE OF A NOISE COMING FROM ENGINE. MY CAR WASNT EVEN LOOKED AT BUT INSTEAD THEY ASSUMED IT WAS A LIFTER AND CAM SHAFT ISSUE AND TOLD ME I NEED A NEW ENGINE AND QUOTED ME OVER 11K OR GET RID OF THE CAR. I TOOK MY CAR TO MY MECHANIC WHO FIXED THE PROBLEM FOR 100.00. THEY TOLD ME I JUST PUT A BANDAID ON IT AND IT WIL COME BACK. AGAIN THEY ARE ASSUMING THIS WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY CAR. I CALLED JOSEPH THE SERVICE MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES AND HE WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALL. I CALLED THE GM TONY AND HE CALLED ME BACK WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER ON THE PHONE AND WAS VERY RUDE AND ENDED THE CALL ON ME.

I will take this time to share my experience with my absolutely, impeccable service from Dan Galiano. Ive never owned an American made car, and truly i was skeptical being a BMW driver all my life. I must say he was knowable, patient and just went with the flow, he gave me so many options and was so understanding, even took his personal time to walk me through every single button inside of the vehicle and truly was supportive of my emotions while making a decision. Im an engineer and i look at facts ... But his service was outstanding and seeing how much he loves Cadillac made me fall in love with the product. Start off with the worst experience ever. To those who have had a good experience at Bayview Cadillac, Im happy for you. I could only have hope that was the case for me. A certified GM repair and body shop. Flat rate wages cause employees to be in a hurry, book says 5hr job, do it in 3hr now theres money to be made. Damage a vehicle as people just dont CARE about another persons vehicle. Lies lying to cover up damage. Your laughing now.

I cant give them any stars. they are ignore any request and tricked me into what they said is a 3 year lease. We specifically asked for a two year lease. Had a 12,000 trade in and they still wanted over 7,000 at signing. High monthly payments . we were contacted by there representative in early December to ask to bring the car in 6 months early because the lease was up May 2021, now they say no it is 2022. this is a shady place, I asked for a copy of my lease and I got nothing from them. my copy went to our accountant who is now deceased and was not in the paperwork we got back from his son. I will be blowing up social media with how i am being treated

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. I drove from Tampa to purchase a car a few years back. This car only had 10k miles and it was a loaner car for customers at the dealership. So to be clear it was only owned by the dealership before I purchased it. My experience in buying this car was not good to begin with (probably should of just walked away then). Also the next day after bringing it home, my husband and myself realized the clear coat and paint was messed up in a few places. It was later in the day, when we did the final walk through so it wasnt that apparent in the evening. I have had it into the service department in Tampa 14 times! On a car that had 10K miles. Luckily its mostly covered under warranty. When I purchased this car, the car fax was clean. Now the car shows it had damage reported 3 months prior to my purchase. Again this car was owned by the dealership! This ding on the Car Fax affects my trade in value. I have took this car to 3 reputable body shops in Tampa and they have all told me that body work has been done to this car. With that being said I have emailed and called numerous times to this dealership for maintenance records and an explanation about the damage. Every manager I have conversed with says, let me look into that and I will get back to you. No one wants to send me the service records. Customer service and integrity is beyond lacking at this dealership. Corporate has now been contacted.

Amazing service. The entire staff are very courteous and very respectful. The amount of care and concern that goes in every single minute detail is simply outstanding. Had my car dropped of for the Engine replacement due to heavy flood. The replacement was performed with in very reasonable time limit including their internal coordination with my insurance. From the first time that I arrived at the service department Porter, took very good care of me. I mean he was concerned polite and studious with me the whole process. He was very detailed about my concerns, he communicated with me and my adjuster. This is what every company needs, a Porter! He went over and beyond his position. Words can’t explain how much he made my visit amazing. I have been at different dealerships, but nothing like the experience Porter gave me. My experience was EXCEPTIONAL. This is my 2nd time at Bayview Cadillac. The first time was for tire mount and balance and the experience was great. I was under the impression I just had a good advisor and everyone was in a good mood that day. After my 2nd visit it became obvious to me that Bayview really does care about the customers. Although I do not have a Cadillac, I will continue to bring my car to Bayview because because the techs are knowledgeable and the experience was beyond great. Porter explained my options, offered additional services and explained the service process to me so efficiently. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

After dealing with Bayview since 2012, I had absolutely no complaints; 3 vehicles, no problem whatsoever. Daniel was our “go to” guy. In 2018, we purchased a 2018 XT5. In 2 years, we put only 5000 miles on the vehicle in those 2 yrs. Friday we could not sign a deal on an XT6. They offered 1/2 of what we paid for the 2018, or $13,000/yr depreciation. I don’t know who the guy was who came in but I assume it was the sales manager. The worst guy I have ever come across. All he kept repeating is something about getting “vehicles from auctions.” Our vehicle is well maintained, no dents, pings, scratches. But we walked out angry. Will never go back and they have lost a very good customer.

My fiancé came back from military training, I took him to Cadillac since I’ve purchased my previous car there. Alex was pushy, I asked for 24 hours to think over the deal and the sales manager Anthony spoke with us and said no don’t worry we are going to make it happen. Once we got to the finance department. George extremely rude said don’t worry I’ll help a military servicemen blah blah .. we left with a CT4 all paperwork signed, car insured. Long story short Cadillac called my fiancé asking for the car back with no explanation! Stay away from this dealership! They have scammed me when I bought my Cadillac forcing me to get GAP and maintenance package stating I wasn’t going to be able to get a loan causing me to be $9,000 upside down and now they tried to scam a military man who fights for their freedom to scam people.

Very racist. Danny the service tech is very pleasant however, very lazy. He doesn’t follow up on service calls or courtesy calls. Upon returning my loaner the loaner lady dida full inspection and signed off that property was returned as given. Upon returning with additional car issues.. (don’t buy a Cadillac) I was told I smoked weed in the previous loaner. Which was a complete falsehood. Natalie signed our paperwork then declared she was not working t the time. I ended up being charged 200$ for something I knew nothing bout. Low and behold this happened again without my knowledge this time I refused to pay. Then was told but other African American clients this happened to them as well.

Bought a used car from Bayview Cadillac and regretted it almost immediately. Love the car but hate their service. Steve (or Svi) was helping me and it took him at least two to three business days to return my calls. Sometimes never at all. Every time I drove there to talk to them, I had to drive 30+ miles out of my way. When they sold me the car, they only gave me one key and said I had to buy a spare myself. The price of a spare key is over $300. I went through three different temporary license plates (three months) while waiting for Bayview Cadillac to send me the permanent ones. The reason the permanent plate took so long was that they sold me a car with lien on it. That would have been great to know. They eventually gave me a free spare key and offered me a free tank of gas. I would have taken the free tank of gas but then they said their pump was broken. Great.

Our sunroof shattered during hurricane and it rained in our vehicle from Saturday til Monday damaged everything to the point the vehicle wouldnt even power on once allstate sent the vehicle to them they told us we couldnt get the vehicle to power up due to wiring and water damage hmmm.. so they replaced our sunroof glass with a used leaking sunroof for starters the vehicle still gets rain water inside.. and not only that we were told that the carpet was removed and they stated and insured us that the carpet had been taken out and cleaned NO THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING I have pictures of major amounts of glass still in the vehicle and even on the outside of the windshield they just place a used worn part on our vehicle and vacuum the vehicle poorly glass is still on DASHBOARD, CENTER CONSOLE, IN OUR AIR VENTS, CUP HOLDERS AND ALL IN THE CARPET and they told us oh you have a transmission problem WE DIDNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THE DAMAGE and no estimate was provided to us THEY TOWED OUR VEHICLE HOME NO POWER IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS DROPPED OFF I EVEN HAVE INJURIES FROM ALL THE GLASS THEY LEFT BEHIND and when we contacted them they had nothing else to do with us PLEASE AVOID GOING HERE THEY CHARGED ME 740 PLUS DOLLARS AND I GOT MY VEHICLE BACK IN SAME CONDITION NO POWER WATER DAMAGE GLASS EVERYWHERE WITH MORE HAZARDS THAN WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED THEY JUST MADE MONEY OFF US AND RAN AWAY... also on our REPAIR ORDER THAT IS CONSIDERED TO BE A LEGAL DOCUMENT STATES NOTHING OF THE REPAIRS BESIDES JUST SUNROOF GLASS WAS PURCHASED AND REPLACED WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CLEANING AND GLASS FRAGMENTS AND WIRING THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING EVEN LIED TO OUR INSURANCE COMPANY ALSO A (RO) REPAIR ORDER IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT AND OURS IS SO VAGUE NOT STATING NOTHING WAS DONE IN WHICH THEY TOLD US AND INSURED US IT WAS POOR JOB RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN FROM THIS FACILITY THEY i will be posting all pictures on social media sites

First let me start by saying I had a family member come to this dealer with the complete intent to purchase a vehicle on the spot. They test drove it and we sat down to do paperwork to purchase and we could literally hear the people next to us purchasing the same car even though we were there first. Then the manager called our rep to the front and he returned over 20 minutes later with a Ive got a similar car for you deal, which wasnt anywhere near the same price point. Very shady and unfair. Getting to my car, I purchased an ATS from here. Low miles, I had asked many times if the car was in an accident and they showed me the carfax. I purchased the car with a beautiful Interior, then noticed the dash was all stained as well as the door panels once I brought the car home. It looks as if when it was detailed they used a product that stained the panels. Something I couldnt see the dreary day I purchased the vehicle. The paint looked beautiful that day also since they buffed out the entire car, as the weeks went on i have noticed clear coat drip on the left rear quarter panel in 3 places and the left tail light doesnt fit well along with having a leaking issue that they just resolved for me. I have also been to the dealer over 10x for a transmission problem in which I have been told every time that its normal for the vehicle to bang harshly, and I mean almost violently into reverse. They changed my differential which according to them was the issue, but still to this day is aggravating because it has still not been resolved. Im a technician myself and understand I didnt see this before I bought the car due to the late time of day I had to see the car and the inclement weather, but my car was definitely in an accident. Possibly more than once. All in all Im unhappy with the vehicle and what my family dealt with originally, which should have been the sign from the beginning not to do business here. I understand not everyone has had a bad experience here, but it seems to be the consensus with alot of people in my field of work.

Hi I went in on the recommendation of a friend and the sales team there gave me a great experience. They were friendly and not pushy at all. They made a nice presentation (without being obnoxious or the sleazy car salesman that we dread) about the new and regular features of the Cadillac features. The sales people were knowledgeable about the technology in the Cadillac vehicles. They kept me interested in the vehicles technology.They made the buying experience a pleasant experience!

My wife and I drove about a 100 miles to see the potential CPO vehicle.We had done our research on the price/options and decided on what were going to pay over the phone. We were greeted and treated very well.We rarely see such courteous manners today and finding that here was very refreshing. It was satisfying to see them honor the commitment over the phone.Richard took all the time to explain the vehicle features, what we were getting into. From the time I brought my car in for service to when I had to pick up my vehicle, everyone was very courteous, helpful and mindful that the customers time is important. It was also good to see how well they took care of the vehicles that came in...everyone working together and aiming to provide quality service. It shows and it makes a big difference to customers. I wouldnt want to take my car anywhere else. Also I have to say, it speaks volumes when I came in earlier than my appointed time and my agent was helping another customer and another agent was proactive in helping the other agent - he asked for my keys and did a walk around inspection of the vehicle and filled out the paperwork so I wouldnt be there longer than i needed to and my agent could process my paperwork quicker. Thats great service and teamwork! I was very appreciative and impressed.

Really dont like putting bad reviews even if I havent gotten great service but this is a real highway robbery!!! 400 for 7 spark plugs? Are they made of gold? I just bought 8 ngk platinum diamond spark for 60$ took me 30 minutes to change them 581$ for an ignition coil and a spark plug? Bought the coil oem for 60$ and took me 5 minutes to change. 2797 for tires? Just bought 4 high end tires for 800$ installed!!!!! all this on a 15 year old car! See attached pictures for proof!!!

The final pricing of the preowned car we came in for was so high that it wasnt worth it. Had five sales people involved and were ready to walk before a very qualified sales manager amply arrived at reasonable numbers for a new lease. It required me showing my research of what competitors were offering to match and we had an acquisition letter for our trade in, but ultimately, figures were just adequate enough to act.And once again, on those figures, the terms changed three times due to a number of after-the-fact revisions (score/money-factor and alleged negative equity.) Had to sign three times (on three separate days) upon endless dot matrix contracts before the promised numbers manifested. Their oversights and stated factors which they alleged worked against us made for an arduous undertaking. Car was out of gas with fuel light on as soon as we left. Had to fill up ourselves. Car went back for detail to which they topped off the tank.Probably should have waited on this transaction. But a solid performer (amongst the lot) resulted in a decent deal overall. We would demand much better next time before wed recommend, but again, they have some strong people.
