Go to this Wawa daily. Had a cashier named Emma who opened a new line and clearly saw I was the next guest to be taken care of. Another guy rushed and cut me in line and as per cashier we need to handle that on our own? Me and the other customer got into an argument while the employee which I feel sarcastically created that tension, instead of simply asking who was next. Bad customer service on this stores location

Every time I add extra toppings to something, they don’t put them on at this location and I paid for them. I never notice until I’m already home or far away. I’m not driving all the way back for bacon and avocado to be put on my panini that will then be cold.Love Wawa, but this location needs to get it together

I come here everyday. I always get a shake. Today I decided to order a sandwich. I ordered a Cali panini thats supposed to have —egg, turkey, bacon, veggie cream cheese, cheddar cheese, tomato, spinach, and everything seasoning.I got egg and turkey on bread. That’s it.And paid $7 for it.I don’t know what happened.

Stopped to get gas while visiting the area. Went inside to use restroom. You can pretty much tell how sanitary a place is by the look and smell of the restrooms. The restrooms in the place were FILTHY. You may want to reconsider when buying something to eat or drink from this location.

High concentrations of panhandlers and homeless in parking lot and store despite having security guard, store is not clean compared to other Wawa locations. Trash, wrappers, receipts and other detritus on the floor. However, food and drinks are just as good and consistent as other Wawa’s in the area.

Wawa is a mini walmart to me! They always have want I can snack on. I usually spend about 5 minutes or less in WaWa trying to decide what kind of parfait I want lol. The cashier seemed to be a little distracted though, on his phone texting or looking up prices for the stock team 😂😂. Always a good experience at WaWa!

Warning... Customer service is good but please be careful my friend items were stolen from her car when she was inside the store. The police and security can not be everywhere at once.. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got just two buns with pickles, lettuce, and a tomato. It wasn’t a custom order, it was just the original chicken sandwich option. now I’m hangry.

I went to this store on days back to back. The first day the bathrooms were horrible. I thought for this to be a pandemic why hasn’t the store been on top of cleaning. However the next day when I went the bathrooms were spotless. Could have just been bad timing. Customer service was great. Busy location.

Great customer service! Everyone is super nice and they grabbed an item from the back for me when I couldnt find it. They also got my custom sandwich order perfect! Love this wawaFresh and delicious food also. But just the awesome staff makes it a 5 star for sure.

There is a very special worker there called vallorie. I accidentally fell today in the store and this woman ran her heart out to help me up . malorie also held my hand and got me a soda and helped me back to my car GOD BLESS HER. And please reward this lady for outstanding customer service...i will be back

This location is really filthy especially the bathrooms. The bathroom pictures do not show the fact that the floor smells like urine!!! Then I saw a lady fill a bag full of beer and walk out employees couldnt even find a their security guard. I saw her just wandering around the parking lot. Bad management is very obvious here.

Really impressed with the staff. Theyre more than accommodating, always willing to make something if its not currently sitting in the hot case by the register and while I sat and waited for my coffee to be made I watched Big Mike guide and assist an older gentleman who couldnt really figure out how to use the automated ordering system. You could tell that Mike really made the guys day.

I love this store! I used to come here every morning until I moved further away. The manager Heather, I think I remembered her name correctly, is so awesome! The staff is so helpful and professional. Ill be visiting again soon.

To the other comments that talk about the homeless people it is true but it is Ft Lauderdale! They are everywhere not only in Wawa. They do their best to keep them out and from around the store, i have seem them call the police on them, plus they have police there most of the time (here lately 2 sheriff cars). The staff is AMAZING!! Coffee is always fresh! Is the store messy? If it is, for a very short period of time, they clean it up as soon as possible. Managers are outstanding....great job guys! Keep up the good work.P.s: they do not have bad attitude at all. They deal with low life people all day long that think the world revolves around them, i go there every day and i am amazed at how much patience they have.

Ordered the Mediterranean bowl and was very disappointed. Portion for their bowl are so small and they forgot half the ingredients! I even paid extra toppingz and didnt get them. Its very hit or miss when ordering food from here. I used to come a few times a week for lunch because I work close but am going to start going elsewhere that is more consistent.

Always have to go inside for gas receipt. Free Air pump down. Buttons all broken. Looks like its down for a while. These machines are always down at lots of WaWas.

Poor Customer Service Skills on the coffee area. Coffee cups white lids dont close properly, I made a mess in my car and purse that was next to my car cup holder. Lid pops up every time I grab my coffee to drink. Not a handicap ready place. Sugar, Splenda and other coffee ingredients are at a Handicap person level instead is ready for tall people. Sugars and other to add to the coffee are too high for short people or handicap. No receipt received when pay for my breakfast which was received unwrapped and placed in a bag. Bacon ordered, but missing, Extra cheese added when was not ordered. I am posting this review in order to see improvements that will help better other customers and not with the purpose of affecting any employee negatively, but to be concern about customers. A smile makes a day to every customer goes to the store. Last but not less important, please add the options of wanting sugar, splenda or no sugar to the ordering machines, when ordering this delicious morning drink..

I had been to Wawa once before in NJ and didnt realize it was more than a gas station with a funny name.My husband saw someone order biscuit & gravy and he got it. As a good southern girl Im a fan of the biscuits & gravy and was shocked when he recommended it, hes a good southern boy and now I find myself craving it and going just for that at least once a week. They are always busy, but get you in and out in less than 5 minutes and lightly toast the bisquits.Oh, and the gas prices cant be beat either.

Consumers please stay away from these type of gas station. ..and check your credit card statement ..every month..somehow someone cloned my credit card and used three times at the same place.. by the the away I live in Cutler bay ..and they dont bother to ask for an ID....this has been a nightmare for me almost $400 worth of gas same day..😠😠😠😠

My late night go to spot. I usually here almost every night, the staff is friendly. They actually know me and my SPECIAL ORDER by remeberance every night I come in which makes me feel special and makes the visit personable. The only downside is certain days and times it can be really busy, and there is only one person making food. So its a wait, but the try to go fast. Also after 12 am they only make chicken noodle soup.

Wawa is my late night hero. With sandwich counter open 24x7 you can get anything from a chicken salad to a meatball sub. Order via a Kiosk and get a ticket to pay at the register while the sandwich is being made. I will often order my sandwich and by the time I have my drink and chips and paid they are calling my number.Frozen coffee drinks, Icees, Hot coffee, cocoa, snacks, other drinks, and Fuel Station with room to maneuver and decent parking area. I moved to FL from PA over 10 years ago and Wawa was my go to store.The corporate also seems focused on ensuring that the locations are properly staffed, particularly in the peak morning and evening hours. Compare with a Racetrak or 7/11 and you easily see the difference.Now if they will open one off 95 x Oakland that would be stellar.

It’s WAWA clean for a gas mart WAWA is what they all should be. If you’re looking for a polite cashier you may have to look harder it’s a lot easier to find the donuts by the front door don’t look behind the counter. If you want to be ignored say how you doing to the one with the beard. Say thank you and think as you walk out, isn’t he supposed to say thank you. It felt like he was trying to make me feel uncomfortable and it worked enough for me to write this on Sunday July 7, 2019 hoping management will see and correct it. It could be a problem if another person like himself was at the register on the other side of the counter. He was very nice and talkative to the girl at the other register though as he thought he was impressive. I read people well it’s my practice and it’s painful to watch someone who tries to make someone look bad thinking it makes him look better don’t these guys realize how obvious they are? I wonder if it’s working well for him? Anyway the store itself it’s WAWA the cashier I wouldn’t keep he’s going to be a problem in some situation. I bet he’s the manager. I eat at WAWA all over Florida. From sandwich soup. Everything is GREAT. Pumpkin spice coffee is great.

ZERO stars is what this wawa location needs! noticed a fly landed on my food while being made, told the girl (black china) wannabe.. To remake the sandwich, she got really upset, slimed my bread and started to mumble under her breath. Her actions made me cancel my order. So unprofessional in there, even down to the manager well thats what she told me she was Everyone looks and act as if their from the projects or trailer park projects.

Im giving this store one star thats even too much, I asked for fresh coffee and the sales associate was so rude cuz Im asking for it and Ive waited for 4 minutes as she asked..even my friend noticed her rude and unfriendly attitude.. there is no reason for this behavior specially when theres a lot of competition around you.. not to mention the coffee cup bursted by the time I got home which was 5 minutes drive. Weird isnt it??I can only say Thank you to the beautiful cashier that smiled at me and had a wonderful conversation that made my day.Please work on your staff attitude towards customers and address it steongly..no customer has to go through this just because he or she are being nice to your sales people.

The female who works the coffee station should be fired. I stop at this Wawa nearly everyday at 0530 and at least 2-3 days a week when she is working, the coffee is not ready. If you are looking for coffee try the Wawa in Davie or the Race Track next door. I will not return or suggest this Wawa.

I have gas charges of about $100 coming from this location on my card. My gas tank is $20-$25 max. I rarely use anything other than Mobil because I have a points card with them as well. Ive actually never gotten gas at this Wawa location, ever. Credit card is still in my possession so its possible that an employee at this location is running the card manually. Ive reported this fraud.

Im from where Wawa originated (Delco, Pa) and this Wawa gives the chain a bad name. This location is very unorganized and the customer service is terrible. No care is put into making the food.

Im changing my review. I anticipated the opening of the broward blvd location and it was all i expected when it opened. Excellent customer service, food, etc. Customer service has been in a constant downward spiral in the past fee months. Associates are rude, condescending, and disrespectful. Not all however, i dont want to paint all associates with a broad brush. There is a tall associate, with brown twists in his hair that is rude, always has something sarcastic to say to a customer,,he corrected me once on how to say four, not sure why. This evening, i asked was his register open, he looked at me snd said, if you dont know i dont know, and i observed him being extremely rude to a customer before me who simply inquired about the cost of his items. Im sure this kind of customer service is not indicative of the the level of service that WAWA prides itself on exhibiting and im hoping will be rectified immediately. My family and i are loyal customers and reward members,, and customer service like this is unacceptable. The employee described should be retrained on what exceptional customer service is. I will forward this to appropriate personnel at WAWA as well.
