Robert, the gentleman that works in parts, is one of the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever come across in the auto industry. I would trust this guy with any auto question that I could have. My rims and tires were stolen from my car and he expedited the process better than I could ever expect. He treated me like I was family. Also Eddy Milleret also was extremely friendly and helpful.
I was pleased to find a majority of the work performed was under warranty. I waited for 4.5 hours but was glad to get the work completed and at a reasonable price. Mark Greene was very accommodating and I m pleased with the service that I received.

Had issues with with my car. I had it fixed twice at the Ft Lauderdale service center. The moment I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance. Eddy took good care of me. I was able to get my fixed and make it work the same day. If I should ever change my car I would definitely get another Honda just based on their customer service. The bright side is someone was able to do the paperwork.Before I came, I called into Honda to make an appointment. She pulled up my info and specifically asked for the price of a Service B1. The woman who booked my appointment looked it up and told me the service was 59.95 or 59.99, but when I got there, I was told that it is $79.95 or $79.99 by Eddy.I did like the Lyft service to and from my house and the complimentary tea. I give those services 5 stars. This is the reason I gave the rating a 2.Once my car was finished and I spoke to Eddy, it was way too dramatic. He actually asked me if I was sitting down for this, and if I wasnt sitting, I needed to sit down for this because it was going to cost soooooooo much money to fix my vehicle. I had to ask him like 4 times for the total because he was being so dramatic.After he gave me the price, he proceeded to tell me that I might as well sell my vehicle because the price to fix my vehicle was so high. He said my vehicle has really good resale value and if I sell it to a mechanic he/she COULD FIX MY VEHICLE FOR ALMOST NOTHING.I dont think thats something you want to tell a customer.He basically told me the services you were charging so much for really dont cost that much.So I decided to go somewhere else, and sure enough it was 75% less than the quote you gave.The shop I went to said you double charged me for a couple items because in order to replace a part you had to do the service anyway. Plus he said you left off something that I would need fixed based on your estimate and video.
If I could give 6 stars I would! The extremely professional and accommodating team at Holman Honda made the purchase of my new CR-V fun and informative. I never felt any pressure from our salesperson Dan and F&I manager Chris. They answered all questions and asked their own questions to make sure I was walking away with the right vehicle, the right financial terms and the right protection package for my life. This store truly lives up to the values that Holman Automotive strives to provide and I am sure Ill be a Holman customer for many years to come. My advisor did a great job of making me feel welcome and arranging for transportation. However, when I received my car it had not been washed or vacuumed as I had requested and was promised. This is the third time that this happens. The only reason why I get my oil change at Holman is because of the car wash service. I feel that the car wash keeps getting skipped because I have an economy vehicle vs a more expensive model. I have friends with more expensive models and they never have a problem with the car wash. I texted my advisor twice about the car wash, after I picked up my car, and there was no response. Its unfortunate, because I have been a client since 2011 but I will be going elsewhere in the future.
Eddy was absolutely phenomenal. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. Its honestly quite rare to receive such kind and knowledgeable service now a days. He deserves a raise.Willy was also very accomidating and helpful. The gentleman who is the receptionist at the parts department as well. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but he too needs to be recognized for his positive attitude and willingness to help. The entire staff was great and I will definitely be coming back. ☺
It was a team effort, done professionally. We were not rushed. Caesar and Douglas were amazing!! The financial person was so awesome as he called to tell us we would get our deposit back. We have purchased two cars so far from this dealership and plan to never change. Even getting our car serviced is a pleasure with people like Jeree. Over all, I would rate my experience at Holman as a 4 and 3/4 star rating. I would like to say that your staff did an amazing job in the Customer service area as well as in accommodating to our needs. The only thing you could try to tweak is in the internet sales where technically, the system did not catch up with the actual transactions. The car we chose, was sold the evening before our AM appointment but still showed available on screen in the morning. we were very lucky to have found the same exact vehicle and matched in the price point.

I bought a 2018 used Honda Civic in March. The experience was overall pretty good. I was able to take the car for a test drive (due to COVID concerns some dealerships were offering limited or no test drives). When taking a closer at the vehicle I noticed some cosmetic issues - a scratch and wear and tear on the window seals. Although I was buying the car as-is, Mark London, the Sales Manager, responded quickly to address my concerns. It was close to closing but he allowed me to drive the car home that day and return to the service center the next day. They fixed all of the scratches and replaced the window seals. He even allowed me to use an empty sales cubicle to work while they serviced the vehicle.Overall a great experience. Happy to be a part of the Honda family.

In the midst of the pandemic this was the only dealer in Florida, yes Florida, that would shoot me straight. I was looking for a specific car all over the state. When I found a dealer had it, no matter where it was, I would ask for the price. The only dealer that would give me the price was Holman Honda. I really appreciated that. Then, after agreeing over the internet, the service inside the dealer when I went to complete the purchase was nothing short of stellar. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

I received in the mail, your voucher for a $39.95 Oil Change. I asked for the oil change and to look at the cover over my gas cap (it wouldnt close). After 2 hours I was presented with a lengthy list of recommended service amounting to over $2000.00!!!! Shocked, I told your agent to just do the oil change. On getting home I realized I had been charges $89.50 for your 39.95 circular price. I did not expect such a shocking experience as I had always been pleased with your service in the past. I was never charged more than $39.95 for an oil change. I cannot imagine why it would cost nearly $90 dollars. Greed? Or because I am 80 yrs. old? I will be looking for other service alternatives.
My new CR-V had a dead battery. I went online before 7 AM and was able to book an appointment for 8:20. I arrived early approximately 7:20. The SA, Randy took me right in even though my appointment had not even showed up in the system. They replaced the battery and I I was on my way to work by 8:25. Randy was very professional and efficient.
I found animal hair and a string dander smell in my car upon pickup. In addition my car was not cleaned prior to me picking up my vehicle. After informing my service advisor, he had my car cleaned inside and out. However, the carpets were so wet in the back floor board, now I have rust on the seat position rails under the seat. Last but not least, my warranty air-conditioning condenser part was not replaced and I have to drive a hot car around in the hottest months of Summer in South Florida until the part arrives from back order with no ETA. I also want to sell my car, but am not able to now until my air conditioner is fixed. My car interior still smells of dander despite having the carpets and interior cleaned.

Ive traveled 320 miles, making 2 round trips from Port St Lucie to Ft. Lauderdale to purchase a Truck Holman Honda is selling. Even running my credit for financing. Initially this started 6 days ago and for the past 2 days Ive been sending messages to my salesperson Andrew and finance deptartment Ray and zero response with either one. I received a message from my salesperson informing me that the bank denied me because the truck was too old, problem, how did the bank deny me when my credit application wasnt even submitted because I had Ray telling me they couldnt get my application submitted because something wrong with my SSN and he wanted me to send my drivers license thru a app he sent me. Why did my salesperson tell me my loan was denied when it was never submitted? I have an investment of my time and a few tanks of gasoline and tolls that Ive spent to purchase this truck. Holman Honda Sales Manager spoke to me and gave me his word that I was 1st to purchase this truck, but I dont see my salesperson or financing department stepping up and helping me close this deal. Very poor customer service.Jerry Turner of Port St Lucie.Update 4/12/2021Holman Honda is to relaxed and not hungry enough to sell me this truck that I was excited to purchase. Filled out their credit application and the Financing Dept initially called me one time to get a copy of my Drivers License and I never heard from him again, (Ray). The agent told me that they would contact their finance dept and Ray to contact me. No one contacted me from Holman Honda. Used car manager did not live up to his word. I have been bringing my vehicles to Eddie M. for many years, when I was still working and now that Im retired. He is always friendly and thorough and helpful. Obviously Im not a mechanic so its important to trust the service writer. When I leased my current 2020 Accord, part of the agreement was that I would be pleased to bring it to Holman for service.

Came in for an oil change and to have some warranty work done. Oil change went well, however not all the parts for the warranty work was ordered by the service manager. Driver side door handle was ordered but no end cap was ordered. Now I would like to know if the remaining door handles can be replaced as the paint is bubbling up and its only a matter of time before it starts peeling like the drivers door was.

I gave 5 stars because Mark gave great customer service and did everything to get me the best deals etc ! However I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to see him as the customer before me came in late, this was frustrating because there were other attendants present with no customers.Also when I booked the service I hadn’t specified anyoneOther than that I have no complaints and will be back!!!

I asked to see bank approval paper and the finance person, Ray had a meltdown and refused. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I have never purchased a vehicle without seeing the bank approval. I get no more than 3-3.5% rates on used cars so I knew something was fishy when Ray wanted me to pay OVER 7%. After a lot of back and forth they admitted that my rate was 3.5% and they marked it up because Ray “has to make a living.” Ridiculous. And that wasn’t even the worst part, when I was reading the contract Ray had the audacity to tell me not to read the first page because I “wouldn’t understand it.” Absolutely INSULTING.EVERYONE SHOULD ASK TO SEE THEIR BANK APPROVAL PAPERS. Do your research and be prepared or they will take advantage of you. The biggest shark is in the finance office.Holman: Make your living on the cars, warranties, the dealership fee and services. Don’t be be sketchy and try and charge more than DOUBLE the interest rate the bank approves.Response to the comment below: this is the main dealership number. I have bought three cars and have always had them serviced there. Great service department.However, a friend went to see a car and promised to ask for the same salesman and he was not there at that moment. An unscrupulous salesman, having been told my friend had promised to contact his sales man, proceeded to ask if he was ready to buy that day. My friend said he wanted his salesman to have the sale. Mr. Unscrupulous walked away and pretended to call the salesman and said there was no answer. My friend proceeded to take out his salesmans card, and hissalesperson answered right away and came right over.I guess I shouldnt be surprised, as so many of them are sharks.Bottom line is, service department outstanding, car salespeople lacking in ethics. Also beware of being fast-talked into extended warranty contracts, especially if you plan to trade in before the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty is up.

I actually have a Honda dealership right by my house, but they’ve done me wrong two different times so I make the 30 minute drive down to Fort Lauderdale because they always take care of me. And when I’m ready to trade in my car I’ll be going to Holman! Great customer service and great experience! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!
When i came in, Mr Green told me it would be about 45-60 minutes if nothing unexpected was additionally needed. I specifically told Mr Green to let me know asap if it would be longer, because if so, I would leave it overnight and leave asap. After 1 hour, he finally called to tell me that I needed new brake pads and that it couldnt be done the same day as it was close to 5pm. I was aggravated, since I had waited an entire hour already and he could have relayed that info to me much sooner. I told him to keep the car overnight but i needed it by 10:30 am as I had a Doctors appointment. He said hed do his best and since they had my car first thing in the morning it should not have been a problem! When I hadnt heard by 10am the next day I made arrangements for a driver to get me to my appointment. At about 11:30 I received a call from Phillipe as Mr Green was off, who said the car wold be ready at 1-1;30, but it would be washed ( thanks!) . I got there at 1:30 and went to my usual service adviser (Mark Hartman) and he couldnt find my paper work! Phillipe had not put the paperwork in the drawer where it should be kept - another 10 minutes of wasted time for me and Mark Hartman. Lastly, one item on my bill had not been discussed with me, the fuel induction service. I knew the battery was no good, that the transmission needed a service and the brakes work needed to be done. That is a minor issue compared tot the inconsiderate waste of my time at drop-off and the untimely completion the next day. Of note - I did have an appointment for the work for a 13 B service which I was told over the phone when I made the appointment was for transmission service and I had said I would be waiting. I understand the brake work takies longer than was possible on the drop off day, but I should have been told that within 15 minutes of taking my car so that I could leave AND the car should have been done by 10 am without a problem! Extremely disappointed and suspect it was due to NO communication between the service advisor and the service people and vice versa

We attempted to purchase two vehicles at Holman Honda over the weekend and when the used car manager came over to talk with us we couldnt get out of there quickly enough. He was just very rude, condescending, and, frankly, slovenly. He took his time explaining that his asking price and ultimate final sale amount varied by only $200 so we asked if he was offering to take $400 off the of the sticker price of the two cars (over $50K) he said Nope. We went to several dealerships but this was BY FAR the worst. We easily found better deals, pleasant and respectful interactions at other facilities. AVOID this one!!!

It was 7am and I was probably too soon on Eddys desk, he didnt know I have an appointment with him, but he rapidly found it out. When I made the appointment, I received an email establishing everything I had explained to the person on the phone what the problem was. Nevertheless I had to explain Eddy all the same once more. Most probable, he had not received copy of the email. Besides this, Eddy was so kind and provided me with an excellent attention and took care of my car problem pretty quickly. A couple of hours later he called me explaining what was the issue, and the estimated cost of the repair. And also he recommended a solution for some other minor issues that I decided to handle on my next visit because the cost of this repair was already a little expensive. He agreed with that, and a few hours laters he called back informing my car was ready. Kudos for Eddy!

Don King, General Manager took his time to understand my issue, he was very thorough and detailed oriented and exercised a process of elimination to find out what the issue was and it was resolved by me coming in and having a great knowledgeable advisor, Teddy Rodriguez assist and have my car seen.The experience was wonderful and I was very pleased with the follow up and the concern they showed in trying to ensure this would be handled and resolved. I have to say in all of my years working with a dealership service area Don and Teddy went way above their call of duty in giving and providing me with 100% quality service. I went to Holman Honda for a oil change and general inspection. The person who helped me was very courteous and made me feel very welcome. I was quickly checked in to my appointment and given an estimated wait time. I especially loved the video that was sent to me on my mobile phone showing the inspection being done by the mechanic. As a person who doesnt know a whole lot about cars, this makes me trust that I wont be taken advantage of or that something was found wrong but really wasnt an issue.

Wonderful place. If you ever need to buy a car ask for William he’s very responsible. I bought my brand new 2021 Honda plot from him a month ago which just arrive at the store not yet put on the website but he spends 2 hours in the parking lot search it and find it for me. And he answers all my questions and phone calls after I purchased my car. So if you need to buy a car or have any questions just ask William and he’ll help you.

My experience with Holman Honda is amazing, as usual. I ALWAYS choose Eddie M. He is extremely nice and cares about the customers. He doesn’t make me stand near his desk, instead, he brings everything to me. Luckily, I’ve always sat on a desk since I bring my laptop. If Eddie isn’t there, I really don’t know what I would do.
Dan sold my my car and he was amazing. He was patient, kind, and took the time to talk connect with us. I really appreciated his time and effort towards helping us. He made it smooth sailing. 10/10
