Terrible experience. Once they immediately charged my credit card for two rugs, I heard nothing for 2 weeks. I then wrote to them saying I no longer desired the rugs. Ironically 2-3 days later they said the rugs had shipped. Despite my telling them I did not want them. I refused the rugs on delivery by UPS. That was on 8/7. Today, 8/18, over 10 days later, no credit on my account so I contact them again. Only then they tell me my account will be credited within 24 hours but minutes shipping and handling two ways because I didnt accept the rugs and return by some other procedure. The key here is that I had to contact them or who knows if any credit would have ever been issued?Not happy with their customer service at all #BuyAreaRugs
