Great place great people, I always pay a visit when Im at the Galleria

I had been looking for a 2 or 3 tier fruit stand and Didn’t like the ones from most stores or online until I came across a 2 tier marble fruit stand I saw online from Williams Sonoma. I went to Galleria Mall in Ft Lauderdale just to look around and after thinking about it I decided to order it right then and there. Associate Heather placed the order. It was pricey but I really wanted it. I received it today and I absolutely love it. I’m going to be remodeling my kitchen so it’s going to look lovely wherever I place it. It was worth every penny! 😄

The store was in a big mall in ft Lauderdale fl. It was a little hard to find. But once I got there. I was like a kid in a candy store. I was able to get what I wanted and then some..the sales staff was very helpful and polite. And they were not pushy. They didnt try to sell me anything that I was there to purchase. Also they didnt hover over you, and gave you the space to do your shopping, but was close enough by to answer your questions and assist you if you needed some help.

For the upscale choice they have it all from culinary thru comfortable

Wonderful experience, especially in these COVID pre-Holiday days. The Store is compact but very efficiently run. Service is exceptional, as they seem to be very aware of the stress of today! The Store observes all CDC Protocols and the Personnel go above & beyond to serve and encourage you on your way with the least amount of pressure! Thank you!

Its always fun visiting this place with my family! The atmosphere is simple and cozy. Theres a variety of quality kitchen ware, baubles, and ingredients. The peppermint bark is nice during the holidays, and the machines such as the cotton candy maker were fun to use with my younger cousins.

Always a pleasure to walk in to that store. Barbara is such a great associate! Helpful in every way and will always help find the best deals and discounts that apply. Its a fun store...

Such a wonderful shop. The manager, Michael, is an absolute joy to speak to and be around. He knows just about everything when it comes to what they sell in-store. This shop has so many nice products and the overall feel is homey and pleasant. I cant wait to stop by again the next time I visit the Galleria.

I have to give this location and its staff the highest star rating possible. The gentleman and lady who helped me today went above and beyond to help resolve the problem I came in with. They took time to look up substitute items for the pot that Inwas looking for that had been discontinued. As I waited, I browsed the store which was very clean, organized and stocked full of beautiful items.A+ service at this location.

One of my favorite kitchen stores. I could spend hours wandering around looking at gadgets, paraphernalia and goodies. They have a huge assortment of great cookware. My only objection is that everything tends to be on the high-priced side, but its a great place for making a wish list. :)

It was busy as expected 3 days before Christmas, but the staff was awesome and patient and able to assist me in getting what I needed in less than 15 minutes. The bonus was the $199 saute pot I got rang up on sale for $40-50 off the price of the shelf.👍💲

I’m really disappointed in the staff at this location. I was in their store a few weeks ago and saw a napkin ring I liked, I wanted 10 of them and they didn’t have it. The sales person named Farida kept pushing to order them for me but she wasn’t abale to. I left the store. Later that day I got voicemail from Farida saying she has ordered them and if I’m still interested she will ship them to my home. She called me last Friday and told me they are at the store and if I am still interested, she can send them to me. Today, on Friday 6/28/18 I finally received them after a week, guess what? Only 3 on the 10 napkin rings were the right color and the rest were black! How do you make a mistake like that? I called the store to talk to her and let her know. She totally dismissed me, didn’t even listen to me and tried to hang up. Wow! Never coming back to this store again!

Very disappointed with their exchange policy. Keep your receipts or else keep your unwanted gift. The personnel could not even find the item on their computer. I found it online in seconds. They were very unhelpful .
