Good cigar shop near airport. Note: mgmt-staff have strict rules about CoVid19 & parking. Parking is tight, hard to get around. The shop offers a big selection but there is no lounge or outdoor space to smoke, relax.

Huge selection! Staff was very nice the first time I went in, too. They were very welcoming. Prices a little higher than other places Ive been to, though. But if youre looking for lots of new sticks to try, youd be hard-pressed to find a bigger variety.

In town for some R&R and a friend asked me to pick up some cigars for him to bring back. Dropped by Neptune and was immediately greeted by a very helpful staff member. I explained was I was looking for. She left and promptly returned with the item I needed and provided a little insight on current promos in the store. I didn’t quite know what I was looking for the first few visits, but I was respectfully pointed toward exactly what I was looking for each time by their employees. This is a good shop. I’ve been going here regularly to get cigars. I’ve always been a very leisure cigar smoker...buying 1-3 at a time. I recently went in and decided to explore getting a humidor to make sure my cigars that survived the weekend were kept in the right conditions. I asked the guy at the counter what i should get. Rather than sell me something i don’t need, he told me to go online and get a cigar jar and proceeded to tell me how to set it up. I’ll always bring my cigar buying Business back to Neptune. Good people, vibes, prices and selection.

This place is just awesome went today for the first time an loved it nice selections of sticks even the hard to find ones. the cutters an lighters an other items are in a completely different room in the same bldg.with a lounge all were spacious area ( big rooms ) bit of a drive for me but when i visit friends on dat side of town Ill definitely drop in hell its worth dropping by an not stopping by to see the friends great place loved it there

The prices are GREAT! Loved the staff and lounge area. If you like cigars, this is one of the places I would check out in Fort Lauderdale.

The guys in the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful but what makes Neptune a 5 star shop is their online costumer service. Questions are answered quickly by email and the live chat during business hours is very useful. They also have some of the lowest prices online.

My hat off to the owner! great place with great vibes. I have been going there for a couple month for all my cigars need and they are simply amazing . the employees are helpful friendly and knowledgeable the facility is huge and they have everything you can want and if they dont let them know and they will get it for you at a fraction of the price then you would get anywhere . not to mention vape and all other smoking accessories and there lounge is like no others a real nice place to hang out they have a big projection to watch TV nice couches and chairs and tables . coffee drinks and snacks are available. bottom line is I can go to 3 different places that are around the Hollywood area closer to my house but its worth the little extra drive to go there .

Okay so I always order from JR or Famous Smoke Shop but decided to try this guys but it was a mistake! They shipped my order to the wrong lot #188 instead of #166. I called the postal office and they where the ones that gave the details. And it is okay, sometimes you make mistakes but after speaking to a customer service rep or sales guy I was told the where going to resend my order but they have not. I called them and there is nothing on the system. I emailed as well and never got back to me. So there you go. I for sure will never order from here again I will stick to better cigar sellers like JR and Famous Smoke Shop.Okay so to be fair it is a few days later and after 3 phone call and an email they did resend my order and have it. So I will try it again and see,
