I ordered 2 washers & 1 double stack dryer in July 2020. Even tho I checked over everything to make sure I had 1 phase, I was still sent 3 phase washers anyway. Was out time n $ to install & then uninstall the 3 phase so I could repack it & send it back since I NEEDED and ORDERED 1 phase. After I finally received what I had ordered, we installed them & they do not work. They run continuously for hours on end or just wont start at all. Bottom display of the stack dryer is constantly going out. Dont waste your time with this place. I am still making payments and have been for 10 months on 3 pieces of equipment that do not work nor have they ever worked properly. Talking to them is impossible. All they want to do is send me parts & for me to find & pay someone to fix them. Dont believe the triple check bullcrap. Dont trust that what u get will be what ordered or that it will work once u get it. Its been a year and Ive barely brought in enough $ from said equipment to make 2 payments.

They sell u rotten Lemons to try to make ur lemonade. The equipment does NOT work when u get it & thats if u get what u ordered. They do not care that it doesnt work when it arrives. They do not care that you are out $ for installation and return of equipment when THEY were at fault for sending the wrong phase. Simply put, they care about NOTHING EXCEPT GETTING THAT CASH FROM YOUR WALLET TO THEIR HANDS regardless of how they have to get that done.

The staff was very helpful when we purchased multiple dryers. We had a few issues with them but the staff was more than willing and very concerned to correct all the issues. They went above and beyond to make us a very satisfied customer. Thanks for a great company!

Laundry Owners Warehouse, tops in the Country. Its apparent to me customer service is there top priority. I know this because I researched many commercial laundry equipment suppliers before making a purchase. My salesman Andy was the only salesperson that asked questions, so he could understand my needs, then provide a quote for the proper equipment, much faster than any other supplier. Brenda, my customer service rep is always so friendly and eagerly put me in touch with who I needed. I ordered a mixing valve for my Speed Queen top load washing machine on June 9th 2020. USPS shipping charge was $9.99 for this small valve. It is now July 1st 2020 and I still have not received the valve. I contacted Laundry Owners Warehouse and they blamed the shipping delay on USPS and the Corona19. For less than $9 Laundry Warehouse could have shipped the valve in a small flat rate box that is delivered in about 3 days. They dont tell you there might be a shipping delay when you purchase the item, not until you get tracking number USPS says there are delays. I could of should of purchased the valve from many other companies and received in 3 days.

Low laundry is hands down the best place for all your washer and dryer needs! One person in particular who I believe has outstanding 5 star service is Todd. He goes above and beyond to help customers out. I can’t thank Todd enough for all of his help with issues that I have been having with my washer. Todd’s professionalism and care for the customer Is the best! Todd thanks again for all your help and support!

I really appreciate everything they do. They are truly a full service operation and understand the business. Im up to 4 stores; without their help Im not sure I would have made it. I appreciate talking to people who know equipment and parts. Some places wont give you the time of day if you dont have a part number. With LOW, you can pick up the phone and if you give them a coherent description, they know what youre talking about.Everybody Ive dealt with their is first class. Kenny has done service calls for me and is great. Peter, Roger and Toni in parts are very helpful and know their stuff. Andy their equipment rep is just an honest, straight-up guy. This was the crew and company that got me started on my journey and has been fantastic the whole way. From the guidance and suggestions provided by Todd and Josh to the great support provided by Oren for parts and service. And lastly but definitely not least are the service guys especially Kenny who has been a tremendous help over the past year. Rodger in the Parts Department is amazing! He went out of his way to help even taking photos to verify the parts were correct, plus his price was $250 less then everyone else for a factory Alliance part NOT a cheap knock off like Summit Appliance.

LOW is one of the best things to ever happen to laundromat owners. Everyone is really helpful and they get the industry and the demands of ownership. They stock most of the parts you will need and are extremely knowledgeable about the products too. Oren does a great job at the desk helping to navigate the order of a part they might not have in stock. The owners are really passionate about the industry.

I ordered coin slots on eBay. The description of said coin slots were that they went UP TO $3.50. Unfortunately what I received were coin slots already set to $3.50, complete with sticker on them. Not helpful to me when I dont want to use them for $3.50 products. Frustrating, yes, but I can put a piece of paper over the sticker, and use the blocks from my $2 coin slots to change the price. Nope. When I put the blocks in, the slot would no longer slide through. I noticed that one of the pieces was bent. Again, a disappointment, but Ill get over it. So, I tried a different slot since I ordered 3. Price can NOT be changed. Hence the reason they put the sticker on them. They knew it was a $3.50 slot, and ONLY a $3.50 slot. I cant use these. And, after paying $20+ for shipping to receive a product I would NEVER have ordered, I now have to spend another $20+ to return the product I would NEVER have ordered in the first place.I do not recommend dealing with a business that has to lie in its product description to get you to purchase from them. Learn from my $41+ mistake. Shop somewhere else. Someone who uses Amazon. eBay SUCKS! There is ZERO consumer protection.

I recently attended their warehouse expo and I was blown away by what I saw and heard! Todd and the crew here really opened my eyes to the great people in this industry. I thought these people were all customers of this local business but they came from other countries and across the US to attend this event just to show support because of Todd and this team. Stopped in while on vacation from Michigan. A colleague contacted Todd to let him know I was new to the laundry business and would be in the area. Todds reply...have him give me a call, and I will show him around. While they may be located in South Florida they can help you even if youre thousands of miles away. Not only do they know exactly what you need just by description, they can get it to you super fast. I bought my first laundromat 2 years ago and it was quite a challenge to figure out where and how to get parts to equipment I had never laid eyes on. I ordered 5 double stack pocket dryers from Laundry Owners Warehouse back on February 14th... (Not a huge order I am sure, but in the $xx,xxx range) I worked with the salesman Andy who is a really nice guy. He told me that the whole process from when I order them till they arrive at my business would take around 3-4 weeks. A few weeks for them to clean/test/refurbish everything and 3 days for freight shipping. That worked into my schedule perfectly since I am trying to reopen a laundromat that had tons of outdated equipment... It is currently 4/3/18 and it has been 8 weeks and I still do not have my dryers!!!! Since this is my first time ordering from them, I am not sure if this is how they always operate, but this is unacceptable!!!!

I was invited to their warehouse expo and was thoroughly impressed. If it werent enough to deal with some honest people over the phone, seeing what they do to pre-loved equipment they get was extraordinary. Emphasis on the extra. Once the equipment is in the warehouse it goes through a tear down by a tech that everyone wants on their team. Josh is the every kind of tech that enjoys figuring out how things work and how to fix it. Hes a mechanic, welder and baker! The guy on the team that makes stuff happen. Once he sprinkles his pixy dust on the machines they are truly ready to go for the next 20 years! A lot of attention to detail, a lot of making it look great and easy. The entire team was electric and really sinergized well with one another. That was just the staff. Todd knows how to put on a production! That man has talent that is on the order of Hollywood media mogul minus the sexual harassment! Todd and everyone else really made me feel at home and if I were one of the family. The expo was a huge hit. People literally came from around the world (Korea, France, Brazil) to attend his event. That says something about Todd and the team. Todd and company mean a lot to a lot of different people. If you want a friend in the business that will shoot you straight and wont give you the run around call these guys first. It will be your last call, I promise you.
