Had a tech com out for an estimate on my industrial ice maker was very professional told me the problem and the cost he ordered the part came a few days later and repaired works great.I had gotten other estimates and Maltese and company was the best price and best parts. Great people great service great prices

I wanted to give 5 stars but I didnt get the customer service I was expecting. Nick gave me a decent deal on a single glass door fridge for my new produce delivery business. I explained to him it needs to be at a temperature between 36 - 39 and this machine never gets below 39, its usually closer to 42. His technician told me the sensor would need to be replaced. Nick told me he would purchase the part since he gave me a 90 day warranty. Later he asked me to pay $120 for his labor cost to replace it. I protested and he said thank you for your business and I have never heard back from him. Needless to say, I have a $1000 fridge not helping my business since the produce is going bad faster than if it were set to the correct temperature range. I regret purchasing from him.

Mike and Nicky gave me a really good deal on some equipment I needed to start my business. They went above and beyond wrapping it in plastic and loading it onto my trailer. Thank you for an awesome experience. I look forward to doing more business. I recommend checking out their showroom.

Wow. The rudest person I have ever encountered. Grey haired older gentleman. Heavy set. I walked in and asked for help. He didnt hear me the first or second time. Then the third time he stood up and screamed at me accusing me of yelling at him. I am not one for doing many reviews but THIS WAS NOT A WAY TO GREET CUSTOMERS. I walked right out the door. You do not look like you wanted my money. I needed to buy a lot if equipment too. Their loss.
