I purchased a windows 10 product key from their website, and upon (surprisingly timely) email-delivery I was unable to use my product code. I can understand the error is most likely not their fault, but Microsoft’s, I’m currently in conversation with their respectable and helpful support team (Shoutout Steve). Don’t take my experiences negatively, just know if there’s any complications with your order don’t hesitate to contact their support team.

When I attempted to download the MSO installation software, the server hung. Fortunately, my laptop came with MS Office pre-installed. The KEY for Microsoft Office 2019 worked perfectly.
