First timer here. I was actually kind of nervous because I have heard horror stories about goodwill outlets. Glad to say it wasnt as bad as I thought. I actually expected it to be way dirtier and more gross than it was. Yes, its not clean but the stories I have heard.... The workers were not bad, yes, they get frustrated and I see why. Forget about social distancing here, people dont care and will elbow you if needed. Lol. I will probably not return because I didnt rally find good items and its far for me. The good shoes I found did not have their pair. Boo.

Somewhat overwhelming the line up and tables selling everything by the pound I wasn’t accustomed to that BUT Luke was awesome and the most helpful with the paintings purchased. He went above and beyond to assist us fit everything somehow in the car and trunk, found ropes and secured our journey home with the great paintings! Thank you Luke!!

It was GROSS, Ive been to plenty of different locations they were all Need and clean, this one was just off the chart nasty, do not go there!

Ive found many great items here. The best part is being able to grab as many items as you like to sift through. Its only fair because a lot of the items have flaws or sizing is off....take what you like and return what you dont for someone else to find. I like the time constraints. It makes it easier for shoppers and staff to control shoppers. There is not as many people and less stress/fighting while searching. You simply wait outside for another round if you want to keep digging.

I went to the Goodwill Outlet Center. It was set up in a good way and overall everyone was social distanced. The staff was friendly and nice.

I had high hopes for this place, plus the hiring manager looks like the My Pillow guy

I will not recommend this place, is like a zoo in there, also the pricing on some of the items let’s say is better to buy them new, always check if what you buying is worth it.

Let me tell. I found 4 pairs of jeans and other dress pants and a nice blanket. Will go back. Ok. So go and check it out for good bargains and on your budget. I will also be telling my friends.

I had a much better experience here than I did at the Lake Worth location. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calmer overall. My only complaint is that some customers are allowed to grab arms full of clothing when the bins come out and dump them in their carts to sift through only to throw back the items they don’t want. I don’t think this makes it fair for everyone. I would recommend this location and will return. Just make sure you come prepared.

This place is not your typical goodwill store it more wholesale and amazing prices you can find almost anything here highly recommend

Well this store is quite different from what I am use to. But its the way it is lots of oversize bends with clothes, shoes and books. Obviously, people like it because there were women all along the walls with baskets full of clothes etc. Happy ending for me I was able to find and purchase 2 books.

Paid for an item on their online auction almost a month ago. Opened tickets. Never heard back. Straight stole my moneyedit; they finally got back, but keep giving me canned responses instead of shipping or refunding. just give my money back please

Ordered a book through Barnes & Noble that I have been looking to find for a long time. Got the book for way less than the market price and got it in a decent time. The book was GREAT (looked brand new) condition too. I definitely would recommend buying books from them.

It took longer to get there than I expected. But thats how dense south Florida has become. I went there for the music and I found what I was looking for and right away. I walked out of there with rare music CDs under 20 bucks. I will definitely go back. The staff is super nice and very friendly and helpful.

The clothing, shoes, linen etc are $+.79+ tax per pound and the other houshold items, bikes etc.are per item priced. Be prepared to spend at least 1 hour there as they rotated/refill the bins every 20-30 minutes. Many of the regular Shoppers are aggressive.

They have a large selection of clothing for the entire family (especially womens attire), shoes picture frames, lamps, books, etc.

Donated big items. They helped me carry it into the right place. Seems like a Very big warehouse . Kind men helped us.

It was a great experience. I took my time and went through the bend and I got some beautifulclothes for my granddaughter and myself.

As a reseller I found great stuff. Paid $10 for a bag of clothes for myself, my daughter and to resell. Not as good as the one in Miami that I went to when I was a child, but still good if youre willing to sift through the bins.

This store is an outlet store. They roll out bins and you sift through. Pay by the weight for clothes. Books and games are really cheap but might not be in great condition. Great if you like Easter egg hunts.

Very unorganized and not very clean. Everything is thrown into bins and left for you to sort thru. Always has people standing around all day waiting for the bins to be changed making the store loud and uncomfortable to walk around. If youre use to a goodwill that looks like an actual store, this aint it. You may get lucky and find something, but dont get your hopes up. I only gave 2 stars because I found a carry on luggage that was decent, but had 3 out of 4 wheels. Other than that wouldve given 1 star😟....very disappointing.

Cheap! But you really need to dig to find things you like. Not your typical goodwill, you pay by the pound. But my favorite as far as prices go!

Dont buy anything that this store lists online. I ordered four books that they listed on the AbeBooks website, and they only sent me three of them. They are supposed to respond to inquiries within two business days. I provided details, and even explained that in the small envelope they provided it was physically impossible to fit four books. They ignored me completely. If theyll cheat people in online sales like that, would you trust them for any in-store sales? I wouldnt.

Busy.. Every hour on the hour they change out new people and only allow 27 people max at a time in the building.

Was great lots of bins. sometimes the selection is just clothes. but the book selection is great

Maybe you shouldnt be selling brand new sealed metro pcs phones that shouldnt be sold. According to a metro pcs corporate store these phones never came out of inventory. Yes, the store threw around the word stolen. Im dumbfounded that an organization such as yours would let that happen. This is one horrible goodwill Store in pompano beach....a total mess and bad odor!!! I ran out immediately.I usually visit one in Pembroke pines who look like a very nice department store.

Not quite sure what I walked into but there were tons of bins of clothes with people wearing gloves and masks digging through them. I made a u-turn and walked out. Not appealing at all.
