This is the only 7-Eleven I’ve been where the employees are incredibly rude. Believe it or not, I am used to good customer service at 7-Eleven. The manager who covers the night shift always gets out of his way to be sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional. Please make the appropriate changes. You may think that it doesn’t hurt you. But there are many other stores in the area and although it is near my place, I always prefer going further if a store really don’t care about my contribution. I go often. But will prefer to not return if customer service doesn’t improve.

I had went inside have receipt of transaction however prepaid 6 dollars in gas only not to recieve my gas then to v e told that the money had went back on my card and would receive in 3 days been past 3 days still no refund contact them they hang up on me and everything else they refuse to talk 2 me by any means

This is my neighborhood convenience store and I love the level of service I get here. Rita and Brenda work most mornings and are super nice. The overnight staff isnt so talkative but theyve always been helpful when I needed them and are always hard at work.

Good location to fill up your rental car before returning it to Fort Lauderdale airport.

This location is a full-price store, as in the management chooses NOT to offer the typical 2 for 1 and other related discounts that every other 77-eleven in the area offers. Youve been warned😡

I will never go to 7-11 ever again!They didnt let us use the restroom even though it was working!They said it was out of order but it wasnot!I don’t recommend any 7-11 because they did the same thing in downtown Miami!They didn’t let us use their restroom!

Bad service. Irrespective cashier. Bad product selection. Offensive language and treatment. I will never stop in any 711 gas station again.
