I Took my earlier post down with 2 stars due to customer service.Realizing they are not all like that. The other members of the crew are wonderful. If they change that they are grade A. I do have one warning though the shirts run small, when I got them they did not fit. But that is my fault for not trying them out. All in all if they good people except for one.

Shirts R Us did a fabulous job on our companies promotional items. The embroidered products were terrific. The silk-screened hats awesome. The staff is professional and work is done on time as promised. Since the work was custom and we ran a few thousand pieces it was important communication skills were exemplary. Any time I needed to speak with someone the owner or staff member returned my calls promptly. Shirts R Us will be receiving our next order in April. Thanks!

Hands down most bang for your buck. We have been using ShirtsRus for a little over a year now and it has been phenomenal. We get all of our business cards, magnets, shirts, hats, and signs from them and we have been nothing but happy. Highly recommended!

After trying 1 other location where we were not even acknowledged- we stopped in here for a spur of the moment gift idea while traveling & could not have been more pleased that we did !!! Great friendly staff- helpful, knowledgeable & creative in helping with what we were trying to do. Had design & wording printed out in no time for us to approve, and then shirts were printed just as quick!! Amazing !! Call or stop by them ~ you WILL NOT be disappointed !!!

I had to find an affordable tshirt print shop for a birthday event in 3 days and Andrew helped get my order done same day! I was able to send my files via email, get an affordable quote (honestly the lowest Ive been quoted and I called about 8 places) and signed an authorization form and within a few hours my shirts were ready for pick up! I will def be using these guys for any tshirt printing I need in the future!

What a great place to get shirts, hats, business cards and all sort of promotional items. Lydia is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back for more items when needed for myself and mu business.

Shirts R Us has been the worst experience i’ve had with any business. Lydia was disrespectful and very rude to me making slick comments and I was always nice and respectful anytime I spoke with her. She tried to discourage me with starting my business which I thought was very weird and unprofessional. You will not get customer satisfaction here it’s a waste time and money. Lydia over talks you that will cause her a lack of understanding of what the customer wants done. I asked her if she could fix my shirts correctly she didn’t want to because she would have to put the shirts back on the machine and size it after she cut half of my logo off. She purposely tried to ruin my shirts. This was my first time with this company and definitely my last time with this company. Don’t work with this company if you want things done right and want to be treated with respect.This place deserve NO STARS!

I came across them accidentally due to an urgency in printing out some shirts, they were very professional and Andrew was of a great help to me. Lydia was very helpful and she took her time making sure my order was great. I will definitely recommend them .👍

Shirts R Us was recommended to me for team shirts for our school. I am very happy with the work they did for us. With life being so busy, they made the experience easy. I needed some new business cards as well as some branded attire for my digital marketing agency Amplification, Inc. and Lydia did a great job. She is full of suggestions, and ideas, and options, and there were no minimums, so that rocked. We geared up and she extended our Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce discount so that rocked, too.

I called to get general information to partner with this Shirt R Us. I spoke to Lydia who mentioned she is the Owner. Highly rude and confrontational. I had to get of the phone with her the first time to vent and I called back because at the end of the day it is business. I inquired about business cards, tickets and flyers. I understand that you may need all known factors of an order. Though as a business person instead of telling me You need an education on this stuff, I cant help, Idk what to tell you and comments like maybe you dont hear me. Like really? My mouth is super filthy and I thank God for remaining humble because Lydia def tested me today. So after laughing off her no manners, i gave her an example. I said For example when I called other printing companies they were able to tell me 1000 business cards $29.95. so if you have a default package give me that info. She replies 500 business cards for $45. People you cant belittle others because you feel they dont know anything. Ive worked with multiple Printing Specialist, hands on to be exact. So I do know the ins and outs. When I called in blind and inquire it was also to get a feel for their energy. Now, would I want to help her make money. Poor soul, she sound miserable . Ill pray for your Ms.Lydia. :) Ps. Is there a 1/2 star voting option? She earns it well!
