Great store! So happy to see one open! My favorite company, we dont have one back home in Ohio. I rate five stars!

We got there at 20 minutes until 6pm when they closed, thinking we had 20 minutes to shop. Basically just needed a pair of jeans for my brother.Well 10 minutes later we were be ushered out saying the store was closed. We said wait, you dont close for another 10 minutes and the sales man said all the doors were locked and we needed to leave right now. We said our mom was on the other side by the womens section and he said he didnt care and escorted us to the tool section by the mens department and told us we could wait outside for her locked the door behind us.Its no wonder that Sears has had to close so many stores if this is how they treat their shoppers!

Love this Sears store, I have been here since 1974 and its still around going strong. Busy and still remains me of my childhood shopping here. We need Sears Kmart stores because they offer so many things you just cant buy online but also the employees that work there, theyre loyal and theyre friendly, we need that not online Amazon who wants to still Sears away, no way. I support Sears Kmart because its an old transitional company that values service, their products, warranties and convenience. Thank you Sears keep this store open because we need you

So I called Sears to come out and clean my duct and they said I had mold well to come find out I do not have mold. My eyes do not deceive me. Imagine if I paid the $2200 for them to clean it they would have ripped me off. Just so you know Sears I had a friend come by and look then he showed me it is dust. Garbage Sears and I thought they changed

I went to Sears to buy replacement kitchen appliances. Searstown, Ft Lauderdale is open for business. I purchased a refrigerator, a stove, and a dishwasher. Ron, the sales associate, was knowledgable, informed, and very helpful. I would recommend Sears for your purchases.

The place is not beautiful but you will find good deals and you will be practically alone and peaceful.

No stars. Call the Sears Customer repair line & was connected to a call center obviously out of the country! They were very nice & courteous but were clueless. Sent me to 1 Sears store in Ft Lauderdale FL that doesnt take in repair of small appliances any more. Then when I called again they sent me 20 miles to a place that only repairs lawn mowers ( trying to get motor & repair for a $600 Kenmore elite vacuum cleaner). Wasted 3 hours of my life riding around trying to get this vacuum repaired.Sears has lost any semblance of a company.Shame!!!

Sad. End of an era. This store is barely existing. However, still have high quality tools (limited) and work clothes. Big work shoe sale right now.

Exactly why Sears is going out of business. The corporate customer service department isn’t helpful AT ALL. The sears store employees aren’t helpful AT ALL. No one can give you information on products or even orders you’ve places online.I placed an order a month ago. It’s late, and no one knows where it is or is interested in helping me try to find it or purchase another product. They’d rather cancel the entire order actually .When asking to speak to a manager their process is to place you on a list to be called back .If you go into the store (which will definitely be empty) good luck getting help from anyone .If there was a zero star option, I’d do that.

This shopping center has been in buisness since 1954 possibly the oldest mall in Ft.lauderdale along with the Gateway shopping center and the Coral Ridge mall all three malls were here when my family moved here from Miami in April 1963 if u want to see some retail ft.lauderdale history visit these three malls and even as hard hit the economy was for shopping the past year Searstown on Sunrise blvd and federal Hwy is hanging in there to survive stop in and support these old Ft.lauderdale retail icons

Sears was disappointing. The store is just pitiful, not much in there. Im amazed that its still open. Unless youre going to pay your bill, it would be a waste of time to go there. The racks are practically empty, the store is practically empty, even the parking lot is empty.

It was sad well stocked,clean, decorated great tools, clothing,shoes ect just no customers i have shopped sears over 50 years. its like watching your best freind die a slow death. get out and shop sears before we lose this icon of America

Awful customer service they started on my washer and never finished. I had to make multiple calls just to get my matter resolved. Very passive and nonchalant in terms of responsiveness.

It was very awful it smelled really old in the entire store everything was super expensive and they didnt have any tools or lawn equipment it was like clothing store i will never visit this store again maybe it should just close at this location

Its been a long time since Ive been to this Sears the sales person that took care of me was very nice and help me with everything that I need it. I was going to buy a complete tool set that I seen on sale but I decided to buy the actual case that comes with that tool set and organize the tools that I already have because I have a lot of Craftsman tools.

I bought a washing machine and dryer from them. Its now broken and they wont come out to fix it until Monday. Dont buy anything from them!! Terrible customer service and Im now hand washing my clotthing.

I bought my washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hot water heater and refrigerator over the years. They are all still working. I cant complain.I bought clothing at Sears at a great price. Sears been around for years. Sears started in 1893! So if you want to talk negative about Sears.Think twice about that. Sears has a reputation over years of quality products they stand behind. Far longer than any other store.My Grandparent, Uncles, Aunt, Cousins and my Mother and Father trusted in Sears products for years.I hate to see Sears shutting down their stores! Very sad!

Sears was running a special of a $114 with taxeSears was running a special of a $114 with taxes To clean AC ducks, Up to 8 ducks, I only have 6 AC ducks. AC system is 2 years old. When the service technician with his 2 understudies showed up The price went from a A price of a $114 to $1400 to $1600price Without removing a grill. Other companies prices ran from $600 to to $900. I realise this is probably not a Cooperate plot. Just lowlife thieving employees hopefully .I have notified Sears but I have not received a return call.lower middle management contractor decision on how to rip people off I would guess a lower middle management decision on how to rip all know sears is bankrupt. Sears advertise the special I believe nationwide on TV . Their intent is to upsell you and rip you off.

We went to Sears and bought our dishwasher we got it at a sales price better than anywhere else. And they also price match.When we bought the dishwasher we got discount coupons and were able to save $30 on tennis shoes and another $20 on oil change for a car.This is a great amount of value to other things you need to buy or get done with these great coupons. The staff were professional and I’ve dealt with them before. Sears you’re still a very good place to shop,,, I recommend it.

Mark, who works the watch⌚/clock ⏰🕰counter does a great job. I had 2 of my Timex watches that needed new bands & batteries & my husbands Casio that needed a new band and battery too. He replaced them and set the time on all of them for me & gave them a cleaning as well & he has a nice personality😎 & is good at what he does👍! I was told 1 hour for a car battery replacement installation. Sadly at the 1 hour mark I saw my vehicle finally moved into the service garage. At 2 hours they still had not started on my vehicle. The service attendant stated every customer is difficult at the very beginning of our conversation, when I asked about install time estimate, assuring me that it would be less than a hour . . . At 2 hours 20 minutes, still having not started working on my vehicle, I asked for me keys & left and went across the street to Pep Boys. . I purchased the same battery, same price. . But Pep Boys installed it in 20 minutes. . . Thanks Pep Boys !!

This is a great store and space. Too bad it’s not busier. The automotive dept is well equipped and the staff is very attentive. To reach that part of the store you actually have to go across the parking lot. The bays are clearly marked.I’m referring to the auto body shop.

It was awful...the store doesnt have AC in the interior place...I couldnt believe the employees had been forced to work in there.The temperature in the store was warm..I went there to buy new shoes but when I left I was dripping sweat...its been that way now for 3week its my 2nd trip to the Sears store. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful....but its a sad day that a store such as Sears doesnt have air conditioning in south Florida....

Havent been here in years but in the past they were good for what I would call disposable tee shirts. Cheap in price, long in wearability. For as old as this store is they really keep it looking clean and organized. The negatives, lighting could be better and the dressing room, which there are only two needs some place to put things. Keys, or phone and the items you are trying on versus what you may want. The clothes kept falling on the floor. The tiny corner shelf, I mean why bother. Now the staff.... fun and friendly.

No wonder Sears is going out of business! 8 months ago I bought a battery charger for my 19.2 volt portable tools. Went the Plantation Fl store which was closed. Went to Sunrise Fl store. They said Im no longer in the computer and need the actual receipt to prove i bought the charger at Sears. The last time the same charger died it was in the computer but the warranty is good for 1 year and that was just over one year old, so I bought a new one. Sears knew it older because the receipt was in the computer.To Sears credit, I returned to Sears a week or so later. I told the cashier what happened on my last visit. He immediately called the store manager who took the time to research when I originally purchased the charger which was 8 months earlier. He immediately apologized and replaced the charger.

No Christmas stock . Tool dept has low inventory. I wont be bk.

This store is having a blowout sale and I think it maybe closing. Even so the employees are slow to assist and act like your questions are bothering them. There were three... 3 ladies (workers) sitting in the shoe section just chatting as if they were in the lunchroom. It was crazy! I asked is everything free since no one wants to cash me out?

It was sad! The store is basically empty the prices are high there are no sales associates its about to close and it should.

Better you do not bring your car here on Sunday, totally slow motion. Even with appointment it took about 2 hours to get my alignment and balance in my truck. Never again I bring my truck here.

I like shopping at sears. They always have deals and rewards. The only issue with this sears is that they do not have many registers open. Their is no one to assist upstairs in the child section. But the employees are very friendly.

I went to this Particular location because it is close to me and I didnt know this location is still open..i went here found some nice clothes and tools for my brother in law and other things for myself and the prices are very good its ashame the outside of this store is not very appealing but the inside could also use some work....but unfortunately has a very bad smell inside ..i wish they would tear down this store and just remodel from the ground up its needs to be remodeled desperately...I have always liked Sears stores ....

Vehicle pickup was in less than 2 minutes. Highly recommend this sears. Went inside to take a peek and store is loaded with merchandise unlike the previous review claiming there was nothing. Yes is an old store but is a great convenience to have

I love this place, yes it is an old building, (been there since 1954 I was told) but is has character. Most times you might be one of the only customers in the store, but the employees are very helpful, especially in the tool department (my favorite place). I always seem to find great deals there and most times you have the store to yourself.

This store is easily accessible geographically by being a stand-alone Sears. They always have a well stocked Mens clothing area. The store improved with its atmosphere-(scented rooms;fancy hand soap in bathroom). I do miss the electronics department.

I went in shopping for a mattress and wasnt able to find one. The store is located in an inconvenient plaza. When you walk in it seems as if things are missing. The shelves are scattered. No one said hello when we walked in the store. The down escalator is out of order and I had to search for the elevator. There were no clearly visible signs pointing towards it. If you need a Sears this one is available. But it isnt the best one Ive been to.

You can find some really nice items for a reasonable price! We bought some clothes and some patio cushions at almost 1/2 price

Unfortunally the store closes at 7pm, I arrived 6:57 and the workers told me was closed. I did cross the street to the home depot and buyed the tools I needed it for almost 500$...

Very run down, barely any variety at all, and they seem to have business hours whenever they feel like closing they do. Wasted two trips there when it said it was open to find the doors locked. If it wasn’t for the vacuum cleaner part that I need there taking seven days online I will never go there again.

They follow you around like if youre a theif. very racist people. And are not helpful nor welcoming. They need someone who are happy to be there. :(

Like most brick-and-mortar stores these days, theres a lack of concern for the person. Its all self serve. They used to be known for good service. And Sears doesnt back up there products.My landlord bought a new washer. It had a problem. He tried calling and calling, and only finally got through to a person. The customer service rep. was in the Philippines. He took a report and nothing happened. After repeated calls my landlord finally gave up and bought a new washer, from somebody else.But other people report the same kind of treatment from other stores. And they dont open till 11:00 AM.--but what do you want in the internet age.

Had a little shopping to do. And my husband put two new tires on the car. A great little Sears.

I love this Sears! But just now I was sitting on the carpet and a Bobby pin is on the floor! Then I look all around the floor and theirs so many bobby pins all over the carpet! Seriously!

The worst experience of my life. I have the home warranty but, keep getting the run around and after 7 technician from his department still no one has taken ownership of this issue. Bottom line, I have been without a refrigerator for 2 months even though my claim was label medical emergency. Do not buy Sears products.

I enjoy taking my time in this spacious store looking for the good deals and with my Shop your Way points they turn into great deals.

Ive been shopping at this years for over 35 years. I first went there when I was a child with my parents and I continue to bring my kids there now. I have purchased numerous Craftsman tool sets and individual tools from here most recently I bought an AC unit which is doing very well.
