Excellent customer service! My wrists are XXL and they had the perfect size strap for my watch. I was so pleased that I bought an engagement ring for my future wife! Heres the kicker, they resize in house and they dont charge for it! If you go to Kay Jewelers or any mall type jewelry store, they will charge you for resizing and itll take a week. Added bonus, the watch guy is a fellow Cuban sandwich like me! Haha see you guys soon!

This review is a long time coming been coming for 20 years this is a great family owned business they treat you like family and theyre extremely attentive no matter if youre spending $50 or $50,000 I go there for repairs on watches batteries mending and welding broken chains theyll do anything related to jewelry customer service is number one great people. The most important thing to me is that I trust them and I know Im getting the best price I dont need to shop around and they have an amazing selection.

First off, I wish to not give you any stars, I called from another country to inquire whether you carry a particular piece of jewelry so I could pick it up when I was travelling, the person who answered the phone said they were too busy to assist me and went on to explain how much work it would be to determine if they had what I wanted. Hell, if I couldve come in I wouldve. Meanwhile, the other jewelry store I called Koosh Jewelers, called me all the way back in the Bahamas to give me a quote so I could stop in when I arrive. I wouldnt recommend you to ANYONE!!! Gosh... awful

Completely dissatisfied. I dropped my ROLEX off for maintenance. And it came back worst then when I brought it in for. First they changed my face out which I told them several times not to. Then they bent my hand on the rolex because they said it needs to be bent to go over the numbers. On top of that they added another $70 to my bill with out even a phone call. So now I ask how much for a new set of hands. They tell me $220 but then they still have to bend the hand so it wil go over te numbers.

Took a toe ring to have one of the stones replaced, but stone fell out within days. Took it back, replaced again and again. stone fell out same day! Went back for refund and was told he wouldnt refund because he fixed it twice...what??? He never fixed it at all!!

Horrible expirience!!! i bought a ring at 2500, but do to my inexpirience it was too small and the quality of the dimand was average. I went to the mall (littleman lewlers) and got a ring 3 times bigger and the dimond was better quality, i only paid 1100. After, i needed to get a wedding band so i went back because the lady said that we could always come back and still get the same value that we paid. when i got there she said i used it for to many days wich was only a few months so it lost value. so i asked her how much credit would i get for a 2500 dollar ring and she said 200 dollars. So i kept the ring as a reminder to let me know not to trust anyone...oh by the way the ring was resized and a dimond fell off. they did replace it that was the only thing good i could say about them
