Armando in the front office, wasnt wearing a mask and had terrible customer service. It seemed like he didnt like his job and he was slow in helping us find the information we needed. Otherwise we like this establishment and buy many tools and material there. However we have never experienced such bad customer service until Armando. Please hire better people in the future.
