Our experience with We Care For You has been great (so far) We had a house full of large, heavy furniture and the moving team showed up (with plenty of man power) and worked non stop to carefully dismantle and protectively wrap and protect every piece of furniture. They were all nice, friendly respectful and strong. We had a second pick up at our storage facility, and they continued their efficient packing process there. We are very thankful for the 30 days free storage provided by We Care For You, because our new home was not completed yet. We expect to received delivery next week. Working with the office personnel has been pleasant, and they provided us with all the information needed for a smooth process. I am hopeful we get the same team for the delivery because the did such a good job at pick up.

Great service! Short notice move? NO PROBLEM FOR THESE GUYS. I called they answered and 2 days later they arrived on time (10 min early even) and did an excellent job. Nice big truck, shrink wrap, boxes, and more. Theyre ready to move anything. Smooth transition and awesome personal attention. Always helpful and willing to put your stuff where you want it. We Care Movers has by far been the most stressful company to deal with! I requested to get my household goods released 4 times before they actually released, loaded and shipped. I dealt with Robin and Max who each told me different information each time I called and they never told the other what we had previously discussed; eventually they stopped answering calls from my number and I had to call from other numbers to reach them. After they originally told me my goods were released on June 25 (voicemail recording to prove this), the goods were not actually released until July 15. It is highway robbery how they charge based on the amount of steps for long carry and even this is a money scam. When I initially hired the company I paid a long carry fee which was for the delivery location and the company stated it was for the pickup location which was not above the allotted distance and there was not a long carry at the pickup location! I called We Care Movers on the date of delivery asking why I was being charged an additional long carry fee when I had already paid it upfront. The lady, Robin, did not even stop to hear me out and stated that whatever the driver said needed to be paid had to be paid. The driver’s company worked with me and moved the furniture in without charging me. Luckily I had 2 friends with me on the day of delivery since this move had been so difficult I wanted witnesses present in the event something additional happened on move in day; one of my friends that were present had to help move all of my stuff in as if he worked for the moving company. When they loaded the truck they had my TV laying on the side squished between large furniture (pictures to prove). The only good thing from this experience was once I finally got all of my belongings, everything was still in fact. All in all this was a terrible experience and made things even more stressful with trying to move across states and start a new job! I had to contact the Ft Lauderdale police department to attempt to get my household goods! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Save yourself a headache and pay a little more to fulfill your moving needs!

Keno and Tyree packed our Aunts belongings, some of which are over 100 years old. The care that these two men took to ensure the safety of these furniture pieces is something I have never witnessed before. This team was patient, careful, and sensitive to our familys needs. If it were possible to give 100 stars on this review, they would have earned every one of them. Without hesitation, these two men would be the first folks I would ask to move any of my familys precious belongings.

Too many issues with their out of state delivery. They slightly all my furniture and cost me thousands more than was supposed to. 1) Almost all my wooden furniture was scratched on delivery. They use cheap wrapping blankets and tape, that they just come off in transit. 2) The pickup driver took a look at the items I had and asked me to pay about $1500 more than was quoted claiming that the initial estimate was not correct. At that time I had no other choice. 3) After giving final confirmation for a pickup date and time, they called on the last minute to change pickup date to the next day. This made cancelling my travel arrangements impossible and cost me several hundreds. This pick up date was also out of the date range I had specified. 4) One of the staff at their dispatch office is very rude on the phone. I had the worst customer service experience by far, with this person.

I have to say the CUSTOMER SERVICE and follow up I received was OUTSTANDING! I for my most recent move. I had them move my 1 bedroom apartment to a local storage. I firstly impressed with my 1st call to these movers and they were very professional and really did a great job of LISTENING TO MY NEEDS. They presented me with options that would be best for me. I cannot tell how pleased I was with this process, from start to finish.

CHUNK OUT OF A LARGE DRESSEER, CHUNK OUT OF THE PIANO. MISSING PIECE ON AN EAST LAKE TABLE. BROKEN ANTIQUE PLATES, WATERFORD CRYSTAL, LLARDROS. MISSING: REALLY TOO MUCH TO LIST BUT I WILL LIST A FEW. A BOX OF PICTURES OF MY BOYS ALONG WITH A JOURNAL I KEPT FOR THEM GROWING UP. MY HUSBAND FRAMED DIPLOMAS AND FRAMED BUSINESS CERTIFICATES. PLANT STANDS. I ALSO DISCOVERD THEY HAD DELIVERED SOMEONE ELSES BOXES. I CALLED THAY SAID THEY WOULD PICK THEM UP. NEVER SHOWED. I CALLED AND SAID IF I HAVE SOME ELSES THIGS SOMEONE HAS MINE. NO ANSWER. I AM FILLING A LOSS REPORT. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Awesome professional and friendly service. I had two moves reserve this weekend, one on Friday to a rental house and a LARGER ONE TODAY to storage. The communication earlier to the moves was great and both crews were TERRIFIC. Really great people who worked speedily and dealt with some heavy furniture with EXPERTISE and a smile.

Wanna say thank you for making the impossible in my eyes possible. My family and I wanna thank you and the crew for a stress free move. Considering all the horror stories about moving I am by far happy in the decision I made in contracting you and the men that picked us up happy. Even my kids had fun during the move lol... If only I could not rate this company. The fact that I have to give them a 1 star pisses me off. Terrible. Just terrible. Called to get a quote for the moving and got it for 1640. I asked all the right questions, questions about shuttles in NY which cost 250-300 and they said I wouldn’t need one. When they picked up my things from storage they said that 2 bar stools and a guitar were too big and needed extra space in the 18 wheeler (which again, was not supposed to be the vehicle transporting my stuff). No problem, I paid the extra 300 for the space. So far I paid 1450 with 700 deposit, and 750 upon pick up. Now the last payment was supposed to be 492 like we agreed on before. That was not the case and was told I had to pay 975 at delivery. So the move went from 1640 to basically 2500. I called the company and spoke to a lady named Robin. She was zero help and did not care to listen to anything I said or asked. I asked her plenty of times as to why the price is at 975. She just kept repeating we take cash or the other payment methods. I asked why did I need a shuttle if I had called and made sure we didn’t need one, because I knew it would be extra. I told her I asked all these questions before hand so I wouldn’t get surprised with additional cost. Well to my surprise I got charged extra and her only explanation was the payment methods. 100% do not recommend this company, so you would not have to waste your time talking to Robin who was zero help and didn’t care about anything except getting paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Highly recommend We Care for You moving. They did an excellent job fo my 1BR part of a house move for me and finished in under 2 hours. They were very efficient and took care to ensure that all items were accurately protected with blankets or plastic wrapping. We cant recommend this team of movers enough. They made our move REALLY EASY and we had a great experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very stressful, the fellows that delivered my furniture were much later delivering than I was told. This company takes your things off one truck and puts on another and care is not used when doing it. My sofa was stained, a lamp shade broken, wand on vacuum missing, one table missing completely and they give you a sheet to saying inventory is complete but you dont get to look back at the inventory sheet. They want cash up front before unloading the truck and they will not unbox items that their company boxed. Also, they put my table together and it is not balanced correctly, plus I had to fight to get the bed frame put together correctly. I wrote a complaint to the company and received no reply at all. Very tough to deal with this company. Do not use them.

I booked with a Broker and they sent We Care Movers to do my move. I must say the guys were great very nice and respectful Dwayne and his crew were wonderful very caring and the overall experience was good one. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I used We Care For You this week to move me from Miami to Chicago, my movers were great very nice and very helpful I am glad I chose this company to move me. They are real movers with real trucks and honest people. I recommended them already to my family and friends.

I had my move done by We care moving and by far they are outta this world. Professional and Courteous. Big or Small if I ever have to move again I will chose them over and over again!!!

Buyers Beware! You must buy their insurance or you will get theft, damaged, yelled at, lied to, paid $.60 per pound (value of merchandise wont matter), delivery month late, more than 10 people handling your property at different times, no weight paperwork, complaint process worthless because contract terms not the same as complaint, handlers steal with impunity because they know theres no reprecussions, evil deliberate gouging of furniture, and youll be sorry you used them. Their company name is a joke on you! they definitely dont care for you!!!

Originally went through Perennial van lines companyWho outsourced to ‘we care for you’ to deliver the move. The amount they charged was larger then the expected and originally quoted which I understood is because of the cubic feet being larger . I was fine with that . But they were extremely difficult to get a hold of “Robin” who answered the phone kept telling me the wrong information and could never tell me when they’re going to come and deliver the items, they told me Saturday July 10th and then didn’t even end up delivering until July 14th Wednesday. The driver didn’t give me 24hr call in advance, as promised. In the move they punctured my walls, lost equipment, and messed up my hard wood floors as well. The furniture was cracked or broken in various areas . THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A NIGHTMARE . Do NOT use them . Worst experience as a costumer. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Its rare to find service that not just meets, but exceeds the expectations of the customer. My recent experience with We Care Movers on 3/2 was exactly that. The crew ( I nicknamed AT&T) was on time, hard working, professional and very courteous. I had the choice of several companies for my move and WeCare was straight-up, up front and transparent with my needs and the cost. The equipment (truck, pads, etc) was clean and the crew took great care with my belongings. A first class experience for me and will certainly be at the top of my list for future business... Bait and switch basically. Was told by original broker Danny at Landmark storage our items would be delivered in the same 26 foot truck with the same crew. This company We care for you was who he apps re early gave the contract to. They showed up late had to take our tape to wrap stuff and throw empty tape rollers everywhere inside and out. Also charged an extra $1000. Then we restated that we did not want them to put our belongings into a semi the new apartment were moving to doesnt have room for it. Well here we are in Colorado and they call up and say they are delivering it in a semi and must do a shuttle. Also not delivered when promised by 2 days late. Also final cost was double the original quote plus an extra $500 for shuttle they were never supposed to use. Would not recommend Danny at Landmark storage and moving or We care for you. BTW supposedly you get a discount for being a veteran, part if their bait and switch.

Hello I am a former employee for this company just writing to warn you potential customers the owners name is Michael Harrison out of Fort Lauderdale he is a con man he will quote you one price and then when he gets to your house he will charge double and if you say no you will lose your deposit. He also sells his jobs to brokers third parties which is a big no no. I have integrity and am a faithful Christian so I quit as soon as I saw all the foul play. He also stole my money he never paid me what he owe me working for him . So I worked for free. Had to borrow money from family to pay my rent that month

This was one of the worst experiences. Not only did they damage most of our items they underquoted us $3,000, showed up late and boxes were open, they lost over 20 items including 2 TV’s. Oh but don’t worry, they reimburse you .60 cents to the pound, so my $800 tv will be reimbursed in 9 months for $6 dollars. Horrible horrible company. I wish I could personally call anyone trying to use this company to warn them how terrible it is.

We care for you has moved me 3 times within the state of Florida and once from Florida to New Jersey. The standard they set is unmatched. Terran and Nelson felt like family friends they were so cordial and friendly. All of my items arrived in the same shape as when they left. Four different moves over 4 years leave a lot of room for human error and they have simply not let me down. Always exceed my expectations, if you are in Florida We Care For You is who you need to trust to handle your move.

They broke my mothers vintage furniture and stole Items from my inheritage. They went through our boxed items. They were sneaky . These people overcharged us. Never hire this co.they did not try to fix any of this. Bad company.

Drivers on both sides were fantastic- Crews on both sides great but destination crew was literally the best Ive ever seen- care for our belongings, amazing attitude, care for our home, great communication. Origin crew was great-managed well but a lot of guys and not so intuitive - Sales agent was correct on his communications up front and quote was accurate and moderate. Only issue was customer service didnt do a great job communicating with us or driver. Sales knew we would need a shuttle but no one told the driver until I talked to him on Friday before the Sunday move. We kept looking for updates prior and got... crickets. We had to chase communications last 2-3 weeks.But destination crew made up for entire process. Terran, Shane, and Mike - a small crew for our 3400 sq ft home plus garage, were so professional and calming. Our new house at 4,000 altitude with a difficult driveway- one single door for 3 stories and no garage- so our tools and garage cabinets had to go to the bottom floor- these 3 handled every step with poise like Ive never seen. And they weigh probably 380lb between all 3 of them- amazing ballet of moving we witnessed, with smiles and light hearted humor- these 3 took a normally crazy stressful process and made it painless and a pleasure. My wife and I were so happy during and at the end of the move- cant 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 this team enough!

THEY ARE ALSO NOW CLAIMING ON THE BBB WEBSITE THAT THEY NEVER SERVICED US EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PHYSICAL PROOF) National Express Moving company delegated our move to this company (We Care For You) and it was the worst experience of our life. We were moving from Florida during the 2020 pandemic to be closer to family and it took them over 3 weeks to deliver our stuff. We have a 4 month old baby and they left us without clothes, furniture, and basic household items. When they finally arrived our sofa, crib, recliner, and multiple boxes were broken. They charged us over 500 dollars more than what they quoted because of a stair fee they neglected to mention. I later examined the contract and a stair fee was no where to be found. We wanted to file a claim with them but it requires you to mail all documents and its based solely on their discretion. PLEASE dont use this company!I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT MY HUSBAND MADE A REVIEW AND 7 HOURS AGO A FAKE ACCOUNT PRETENDING TO BE HIM BY JUST CHANGING ONE LETTER IN HIS NAME MADE A FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW MOCKING WHAT MY HUSBAND SAID IN HIS REVIEW! I wish I can give them -10!!! Wht can I say and where do I start from!!! Unprofessional and careless...so many broken and scratched furniture.. I just don’t know how they got so many good reviews !! I wish I can do something to let everyone believe how bad they are!! Foul words were used against my husband when he was going over the calculations to understand why they kept charging him extra every time they call!! From the start, they gave him a price and told him we don’t need to come take a look at ur furniture.. later on they priced everything differently even though we provided most of the boxes and helped pack all of our clothes and personal items!!! They arrived a week late and whenever we called they would not answer.. every time we try to reach the manager, the person who answers says she was the one.. I don’t know how many managers this disgusting company has!!! Their truck(carrying other furniture for two more houses around) did not fit into our complex so they charged us more for a U-haul!!! Then they charged extra because our place has a stairs.. then they charged more because our apartment was on the back side of the street!! Ughh don’t know what more can I say 😤 if they are professional and ‘CARE’ FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE TEY CLAIM, THEY WOULD HAVE REPLIED AND APOLOGIZED TO THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS THEY’RE HAVING!! Also all the boxes came like they had been thrown from place to another.. our dining table arrived without the legs..my watch was stolen from my bed while moving..... still have more to say abt this uncaring company

I am adding to my wife’s review and I would have to say that everything she said is absolutely correct. Not only that, we found that they lost 5 items and we got someone else’s plastic container. And now, no one wants to return our calls. They deserve to be out of business.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service. If they didnt ruin half of my furniture, they lost the other. Stay far away!!

Using this moving company was the worst mistake of my 75 years. They arrived late, broke many articles in moving (including priceless antiques), left the house a mess according to the friend who stayed after we had to leave, demanded over $1000 to complete loading or they would leave my furniture behind, and delivered the furniture after their due date. Most importantly, they left my computer in the house, to be found later, photographed, and mailed to me by my realtor. Never, ever, consider using this company. This was by far the worst of my four major moves.

I used this company to move for a different state last year. They were friendly and they did my delivery on time as they said. The not so good part was the fact that the lost one of my favorites and most expensive piece of furniture, and even opening a claim with them and receiving a couple calls back from them, they never solved my problem. I never received anything for it and it wasn’t cheap. Also, I had most of the boxes damaged and a few broken items inside that they said that there was nothing they could do since it was packed by me, even you seeing that the boxes (plastic boxes even) were totally in bad condition, showing poor quality of service on the way the did the transportation.

Worst experience ever!!! Everyone is rude including the manager. They were subcontractors for American Plus Moving and Storage who was equally as awful to deal with.. They kept changing the dates… they told me my stuff was sent out on the 14th then they called back today to say it was shipped today. I asked the rude woman to have a manager call me and she said with full attitude, “WHY?”. They are not helpful at all. Trust me. Your move will be a disaster and my experience still isn’t over.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! They substantially underestimated the cost and hit me with an extra $2,000 after the truck was loaded. They stored my furniture for several months and by the time we got it, alot of it had mold and mildew on it. The packing was horrendous; glass items were thrown in boxes. We incurred over $2,000 in damages. The final straw...we were offered $71.00 for our loss. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

This company is absolutely the most evil company. They put me and my wife in the most stressful experience weve ever been through. They never returned or answered our calls. They delivered our furniture late. and worst of all they charged us 600 dollars more than their original quote. 2020 was hard enough as it is without having to deal with immoral companies like this. Please Do Not Use This Company. If they get assigned to you by a broker run for your life!

I wish I could leave fewer than on star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your home and belongings. To start out, one of the guys who packed my house stole one of my credit cards. Since Im still in the process of unpacking, I cant say if anything else was stolen. The guys who moved my furniture out of the old house also punched holes in the walls and tore up the wood laminate flooring on the stairs. One guy slapped up some hole filler, but it was necessary to have a handyman come back and fix the mess they made. In the handymans words, it looked like a 3 year old did it). The company did pay the handyman the $130 he charged. They also left without packing or taking some items. Again, in their defense, the owners came themselves to retrieve the items left behind. My things were delivered in two deliveries, the first set on a big box truck and the second on an 18 wheeler shared with other deliveries. The first set of delivery guys were actually great. They were pretty much the only highlight of the experience. They were courteous, careful, professional and very nice. BUT, the packers didnt make it easy on them as they lost the hardware for my furniture, so my husband and I had to buy replacements. The rest of my stuff was delivered on the 18 wheeler. The driver of the truck (a contractor) was a very nice, professional man, but he was 60 years old. He hired a local day laborer to assist, but they were unable to bring the large pieces up the stairs, so we are going to have to hire a second set of movers to bring the large pieces upstairs. My furniture is large, so its not an easy task, but the furniture made it into and out of my old house, which was also a two story house with two landings on the stairwell. Knowing the size of the furniture, how they sent a 60 year old man with a single assistant is beyond explanation. Oh...They also bait and switched price. They WAY underestimated the quote, and then jacked up the price saying that I had more stuff when they picked up than when they quoted, when in fact I got rid of items and large pieces of furniture after the quote. After starting the unpacking process, I think the reason it seemed like so much stuff (and I did have a lot of stuff to start out) as because the packers used exorbitant amounts of packing materials, to the point of riduculousness. They packed pillow shams in bunched up packing paper as if fabric was breakable. But, while Im not finished unpacking my things, it seems most of the packed/boxed items were well packed, and Ive found little damage to the items they wrapped/packed; I only found a few minor scrapes on the furniture itself. They apparently pack well, but destroy your house, steal your belongings, jack the price after misquoting and send (some) delivery people who cant do the job. As mentioned, the first set of delivery men (Lorenzo and Juan were great, but they were pretty much the only positive along with the excessive packing materials). If you receive a low quote from this company, please do not choose them based upon price, as it will likely not be accurate and even if they would end up cheaper, even after they up the price after the fact, it is NOT WORTH what you will go through. I know there are challenges with most moving experiences, but the experience with We Care proved they dont.

I just wanted to share my experience using We Care For You Movers, these guys went above and beyond their call to duty I am very impressed by the professional young men who did my move and I am very happy with the services they provided. I have already recommended them to my sister and the neighbors these guys are actual movers not brokers and they were honest with me and came through on their promises. Definitely use them.

Typically I dont do the review thing but I wanted to make people aware I booked with a broker and they sent We Care For You to do our move. The Guys were GREAT they went above and beyond to help and make my experience a positive one. After hearing horror stories I want everyone to know this is the company to use. and they not a broker they are the actual mover Go with them.

I feel damaged in so many ways I cannot describe. This was the worst decision I have ever made.I have my quote doubled at the end, the items I had extra to add were not officially added to the list and I had no opportunity to check.I payed extra to pack my daughter’s doll house and it never arrived. My brand new vacuum cleaner never arrived. My daughter’s nightstand came in pieces. A box with electronics that my husband packed with our go pros cameras, video games remote controls, and extern HDnever arrived either and with that, all the pictures and documents we still hadn’t uploaded to the cloud.They storaged my furniture in a warehouse while they said it would be here in 3-5 days.We were at a hotel waiting for our things to arrive. With a dog and a young child.I tried to call so many times and nobody ever answered or called me back. We had to pay extra time at the hotel because there was no bed to sleep in my new house.I tried so hard to make this experience less traumatic to my daughter and this horrible company made it so hard.Finally, after 4 days trying contact, someone answered me and said they had my things in a warehouse and they “thought” they were supposed to keep it for 30 DAYS! And that they didn’t have my address.I have confirmed my address SO MANY TIMES.I am so upset.When everything arrived and we noticed the things missing and broken, I contacted them and they said: contact Moving Claims.So I did.I spent 4 HOURS submitting papers and documents.After 3 months waiting for an answer, they offered me the RIDICULOUS $45,00 to reimburse me for all this damage.I want to cry. I am so angry and so upset.I don’t need the $45. Take this $45 and give to those people who stole my stuff. They might be needing more than me.I will have to learn this lesson. A VERY EXPENSIVE ONE.I HOPE NOBODY ELSE FALL FOR THIS.They are horrible. In all the ways possible.

I just had to jump on line to write this review ASAP about how incredible WE CARE FOR YOU MOVING is. It all started when I had contracted with different movers who did NOT show up on 7/13, leaving me scrambling to find a mover at such short notice. That is when a friend recommended WE ARE FOR YOU...I immediately reach out to them and spoke with a woman name Robin, who took her time in understanding my situation. She transferred me to Max who said their scheduled was completely booked solid and would not be able to accommodate me. I was pulling out my hair...I received a call from max 10 minutes later telling me they had a last minute postponement and can do my move on 7/14. I was amazed and just knew I had my angels working for me. Needless to say, on 7/14 11:32am, WE CARE FOR YOU movers showed up and ready to work. Max had given me a price and did not raise it by 1 dollar. They moved me out of my home in Fort Pierce, FL on 7/14 and by 7/21 had my belongings delivered to me in Atlanta, GA without issue/no up-charge/and no damages. This company surely take pride in the work that they do and really care when a client finds themselves in a jam. I am blessed for my friends recommendation of WE CARE FOR YOU and am so happy with their professionalism, hard work and the ability to make the impossible happen in such little notice. I am forever thankful and will recommend recommend and continue to recommend WE CARE FOR YOU.

Everything was so sleek and peaceful. They super-organized our possessions in the best possible way. Ended up saving our items adequately. Helpful persons! For my future move, I will just take this mover and recommended them to anyone seeking to get highly regarded and highly trained movers.

This experience exceeded our expectations. On moving day, Terran and his crew called us to say they were on their way and arrived slightly ahead of schedule. They packed mirrors, furniture, and paintings with great care and were very organized. I particularly appreciated how they were able to accommodate both some long and skinny, and some wide and flat objects that dont easily fit into a standard box. We recommend them highly!

They packed all my items carefully yet efficiently without wasting any time. Once the movers arrived to my destination they handled their business! Not one scratch on my furniture and they even helped me put my furniture back together! These guys were so nice and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

They were quick, very detailed and most importantly they were very professional. I am definitely going to give them a call when we finally move into our home soon. They wrapped everything for us and took very good care of everything when moving our property. First time hiring someone to move and I definitely DO NOT REGRET IT! The movers were quick, respectful and also experienced. The price was very affordable. They provided 4 gentlemen who got lots of working experience and also they diligently took care of the furniture. They ended half an hour before schedule. We love them because of their supplemental outstanding in the service!

They did not move all my stuff. Just left it there at the old house! Did not find out for 5 days when they delivered to my new house!!! Since I am 900 miles away I am now having difficulty getting the rest of my stuff! No phone call, no option to pay more, no notification what so ever!!!!! I could go on and on!!! 😡

It seems this company is good at local moves but needs to get out of the long relocation moving business. Their performance on long term moves is hideous, perhaps they are stretching too far in their business growth ambitions by expanding to Interstate moves.Neither of the owners of this business have the capacity to conduct themselves in a professional manner in your everyday dealings with them - shouting at you over the phone when you are trying to ask when your furniture will arrive.This is a Mom and Pop business gone wrong, friends.They need for Gordon Ramsey to come in and shake them up.Add to that, questionable bid doubling once the truck is loaded and poor communication and Customer Service after our furniture was carried away and you have a recipe for disaster, which is exactly how I would characterize our dealings with this company.SAVE YOURSELF SOME MISERY AND BYPASS THIS COMPANY IN YOUR DECISION OF WHO TO CHOOSE TO MOVE YOUR GOODS.

I moved from Florida to Maine this past week and I must say I am delighted that I chose We Care For You to move me and my family the crew did a great job packing my items and we had an overall great experience . I had a damaged leg on my sofa and the company really did a great job getting it resolved I would absolutely recommend this company they certainly live up to their name.

DO NOT use this company! I am not sure where these good reviews are coming from, but I don’t believe them. They will quote a reasonable price then charge another price when they show up. They will be sure to contact you plenty before your things are picked up, but they become extremely unprofessional and lose the ability to communicate once they have your items. The actual movers weren’t horrible, but the customer service and everything else was.We were told we would have our items on a certain day, but when our items didn’t arrive, they gave us the runaround every time we called. We were always told someone would call us back and they never did or we got voicemail. Again, the communication is terrible. When my husband kept trying to reach out, the people on the phone would become rude like they’re not the ones who aren’t communicating well.Once our items were finally on the way, they told us the remaining payment would be hundreds more than what was written when our items were picked up. They also called and told us that they charge extra per floor if you don’t live on the first floor(even if the place has elevators). I honestly believe they make up charges as they go.So to recap:-we were quoted a reasonable price which was doubled by the time it was all said and done. We ended up paying a couple thousand more than quoted to move a 2 bd/2 bath from north Florida to Georgia.-they have random hidden fees that they don’t tell you about until the last minute.-once our items were picked up, the communication became terrible.-our items were not delivered when they said they would be.I suggest those reading this go with a more reputable company. Chances are there will be better communication, better professionalism, better prices, and faster timing.

My move went great. My movers were so nice and helpful they did a really good job despite the conditions. My building didnt reserve my elevator and things were not ideal but they worked thru it and got it done and I am very happy to be in my new house. Thank you We Care You a Great caring company

We moved out of state into a storage unit. They said they would leave the blankets on the furniture for protection in and out of the unit. When we were done with the blankets, call them and they would have a driver come by and pick them up. The blankets were $10 a piece and we kept 50 of them for a total of $500. True to their word a driver did come by months later and picked them up. the problem is they only gave us $3 per blanked for a total of $150. Everything came on time and most everything was in good shape however I would give them back their blankets straight away next time.

I dont even know where to begin. 4 days after our scheduled delivery date the said they were still in the original city we moved from. We went from Tampa to Orlando so not a huge distance but still. They told me they couldnt deliver until they had a full truck or else they would loose money. We finally got our stuff and our bed frame was broken. Their customer service department is the worst part of it all though. When i tried to complain i couldnt find any type of manager or complaints department. They are crooks. STAY AWAY!

These guys showed up on time, COMPLETELY PERPARED, were courteous and professional. I cant recommend them HIGHLY ENOUGH, they did a great job with a smile.

I booked my move using a moving broker and quickly decided that was not for me so I found We Care For You who is an actual mover they came looked at my things and gave me a price said it was final price and my bill would not change, Best gift they gave me because I had limited funds to get this move done, well they picked up and guys were great, my things arrived in Texas right when they told me and guess what Not a dime more I am so happy with this company they did a wonderful and honest job and I want to tell everyone about it. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my family and friends they really lived up to there name.

I had a very frustrating and emotionally difficult experience with this company. Used them to move from Florida to Texas. We never intended to use them — we were just connected through a broker. Customer service was a bit pushy in the beginning. But we were stuck with them and continued on. The movers themselves during pickup were great. But it went downhill after that. Never heard from them for a week. Our drop off day came and went with no delivery to our new place. Days followed of no communication and little to no answers when I called. I had to look up the Sunbiz profile to find the name of company owner and contacted her on Facebook just to get a response on where our stuff was located. After some back and forth, she said the driver couldn’t be found. I started my new job with none of my clothes and had to borrow clothes/shoes from a friend. Days after that our stuff finally arrived but we dealt with similar issues to other customers — pressured into paying $400 more (in cash, no exceptions) for an extra 7 or so steps on the stairs/distance from truck. We had broken furniture and dishes, damage on a painting, etc. but their damages policy was pointless and wouldn’t really cover what was broken after reading the fine print. We were very lucky in comparison to the nightmares others had experienced from similar companies. This entire experience has made me realize that I just don’t ever want to use another moving company again… For my next move, I’m just going to rent a U-Haul. It is not worth the stress.

I wanted to share my experience using We Care For You, first Joe was great he explained the move process and really came through with his on target quote. No surprises very happy about that. Now the boom diggity my movers Shane & Darrio were the cutest moving team ever they did a wonderful job and I so happy with them I recommend using this company and and requesting these 2 guys they were great the third guy was always in the truck so I dont remember his name but he helped too lol.

Very happy with my choice of Movers We Care did a great job and the price was right. Terran & Darrio were such nice and respectful guys they deserve a raise . Keep up the good work my mom will be using you guys as well.

First let me say I had a wonderful experience using this company, it started out frustrating because I was going thru personal issues and took out my problems out on my movers but they remained professional even with my bad language and rude disposition. I do want to thank them for getting my items picked up and delivered safety especially in this crazy time.I know they had a hard time dealing with my entitled attitude I gave them but they remained professional and got the job done. Great work fellas your much appreciated even though people are jerks sometimes.

Just thought I would share my experience using We Care For You movers, the guys were great and the move went off with out a hitch I just wanted to be sure to let everyone know I am a happy customer, because many times we dont show our appreciation for a job well done.

My husband and I last night; finally finished unpacking our last box from our move with We Care For You. Let me firstly state how AMAZING We Care For You was during our move. We made a mistake and booked our move with a Broker Company, what a nightmare. The brokers were so nasty after collecting our money and then refused to answer our calls when we had simple questions to ask. Luckily for us, the only thing the Broker did correctly was place our move in the hands of We Care For You. The name of this company speaks volumes. During our move out one thing after another kept going wrong with our building our elevator broke down during our final stages of our move. The movers kept us calm as we dealt with the ordeal. After waiting 1 hour and no elevator fixed, the movers offered to walk the remainder of our items down 3 FLIGHTS of steps. We still had a diningroom set, boxes and some misc items to move out. There was a hefty charge, but like I said WE Care For you is amazing. They worked with us on the fee and it Did NOT break our pockets. The movers were terrific and hard working and did not complain, not once. Even having to walk up and down the 3 flights to get the rest of our stuff out. We received our items yesterday in Illinois and the movers sent to us also did an amazing job moving us in. We are very pleased with the services and how the company figured things out with care and no stress to us. When I checked back with some friends and neighbors from the building we moved out if in Miami the elevator had not been fixed until the following afternoon. People a word of advise, please tip your movers especially when they are doing all the back breaking work.

Well I’m writing this review to save you some time and money this company started out great joe was amazing at his job, the guys who handled my car transport were great! But when it came to my personal items being delivered on time they were the worst!!! I moved from Florida to Indiana for a job. I was told they would hold my things for me in storage for free for 30 days cool great! I told them once I found a place a date to bring me my belongings. They responded with a “okay we will call you when they pick up your stuff” that was Sunday. The next day I get a call stating that my belongings will be here the next day.... the next day is Tuesday the 21 of July my date of moving into my apartment date was the 23rd. I panicked the driver told me to call dispatch I call a women by the name of robin picks up the phone telling me “ you better go tell the people at the apartment complex to give you the keys because it’s coming and if you don’t get it you’ll have to pay 600 to 700 dollars” and wasn’t very helpful at all didn’t seem to care about my belongings or myself and became very rude once I told her that I already told mike my move in date was the 23rd of July. On top of that I was at my new job it was very frustrating to have to deal with that type of attitude when I just needed help. After the fact I get another phone from robin telling me that I need to find a storage unit to have my stuff put in those were my only options. I was very angry and I did lose my temper. Now, I have to wait till the manager calls me back to tell me where I have to go to get my stuff from because they put it in a storage unit claimed I refused delivery and that I was “hostile” . The name of the company needs to be changed to “we don’t care we’ll drop off your stuff where ever “ Do not waste your money here find another means of transport their customer service sucks robin especially needs to be fired or have special training on her nasty attitude she thought I didn’t know I was talking to her and told me she was the manager but the day before she told me no managers were to be found!

There is no way these many people rated them above one star. This is the worst most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I went with them to save some money but ended up paying more than the highest rated moving company after all the hidden charges. We moved into our apartment on the 24th they didn’t arrive till the 30th. Our furniture was broken and our storage boxes are destroyed. Please don’t use this awful company. When I called they would never answer and they don’t have a complaint or customer service department. Always sent me straight to voice mail.

A recommendation was made to me to use We Care For You for my move. I did price out 2 other companies before reaching out to this one. I used the company to move me out of state and had used them for storage for at least 4 months. Due to COVID19, losing my job and not being able to afford my place longer, I was glad to have contracted with We Care. Now back on my feet, got them tondeliver my belongings and nothing damaged. The price was very reasonable and they handled everything with Care. It was great having them help me with my move, everyone was very nice and professional.

I literally had two days to move last minute. Robin worked her magic and scheduled the move exactly as I needed it in a short window with a fair price. Jason in Operations was wonderful and accommodated my request for earlier an early pack and even earlier move daysm. terran and shane were excellent movers they took care of all of my things and were so efficient. This was the best moving experience I have ever had. Thank you We Care! I will be using you again.

By far the best movers I have had the pleasure of using. I used a broker agent who connecting me with We Care For You Moving for my move from Florida to Illinois. When the movers step into your home the supervisor assigned for my move took his time to explain the process and went over all the documents and charges with me beforehand. The movers once they began to work; you can tell that they take pride in the work that they do. They do very clean work. All of my items were handled with care and the all of the movers including the office staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will need to move again for a new work assignment in another 12-18 months and I only plan to contact We Care For You to perform my move.

This company was a blessing. We had to move very quickly due to a job opportunity in another state. The company moved us from Florida to Arizona and it was by far the best moving experience we have ever experienced. They accommodated us in such short notice and our items arrived within the week we requested. The price we paid was very reasonable and affordable. We appreciate the company and everyone there who made what seemed impossible possible.

The movers were punctual, HARDWORKING & PROFESSIONAL. Couldnt have asked for a better team. They also made sure we saw any cracks or nicks in our furniture before they wrapped it- damage done from a previous move. Recommended a lot.

After a 5 days of speaking with several moving companies I chose to use We Care For You to SHIP my mothers furniture from WA to HI. Not only they were the most reasonably priced, they also came with pretty good online reputation. I was happy with the service on both ends. The teams they used to package, transport, and deliver exceeded my expectations. All items were wrapped carefully and delivered in ONE PIECE. I would happily recommend this business to anyone moving to other state.

Be careful with this guys or better dont use their service. They will lie to you on the dates until they get your payment. After that, they will say that the contract that you signed during the pick up says they have 30 business days to deliver your items. And they wont get your calls or in case they do, they are totally disrespectful.Also, expect extra charge of 60 percent or more over the balance payment to be done at the delivery. If you dont agree they will keep your things while charging more and more for every day. So there is no choice than accept whatever they want to charge to finally get your things back.Customer service is the worst I have experienced in the US.And also I asked for a receipt indicating the total cost of the moving THREE times via email and once via phone and never got it.Terrible

Hands Down the best company ever!These guys really know moving. The men assigned to do our move worked diligently and as a unit. As a college student, I worked during the summers for a moving company. I had forgotten how hard and back breaking moving could be. We Care For You Moving offered my wife and I a price that was within our budget. They honored the price without any hassle or any upcharge. Very honest company. They arrived on time to our home in Naples Florida and delivered our items to our new home in San Dieego California within the window we gave them. We highly recommend this company!

We Care For You movers delivered my furniture yesterday from Ft. Lauderdale to Greensboro, NC. Mike and Will did a fabulous job. It was very obvious they were a team and had been working together. If you call We Care, request Mike and Will, respectful young men!

We care for you movers, THANK YOU! I cannot verbally express the admiration I have for this company and a new found respect that we have for movers. Moving is a hard job especially when you are doing all the heavy lifting like the workers sent to do our move...We moved on 1/17/19 from Sunrise Fl to Tennessee...My wife and I searched high and low for best movers in Florida that was able to work with our budget. I had movers price our move at $4200 and more. After a few back and forth, We Care for you meet our budget at $3800 and we were still able to give a reasonable tip to the hard working movers that did our move. A couples of the movers we had such as James and Mike wrapped, protected and handled our stuff with TLC. They wrapped everything with blankets and then proceeded to use a black plastic wrapping, which I think they called shrink / shrink wrapping used for extra protection. When our items arrive to Knoxville everything was amazing. The movers took everything off the truck and placed everything were we asked. Everything arrived without damage and the guys that made the delivery were equally fantastic as the workers in Florida. Our family during this had been dealing with a lot of stress and it was amazing that moving was not one of the many things we had to stress about. At first it was nerve wrecking, but once the movers began working we just knew we made the best decision ever. Trust us folks, when I say we have no regrets.

You get what you pay for. Lost items and extra charges before you get your stuff. Stay away from this company.

They know the contracts better than you. These positive reviews were posted by their own company, not actual clients. They are deceptive and manipulative. They will steal your items. They WILL change the price. They WILL treat you poorly. Proceed with caution.

I used We Care Movers this past weekend and I wanted to give a Thumbs up to them Max and Terran and Tony were wonderful very helpful and polite I will use this company again in December when we finally get into our newly build home.

Just thought Id let you folks know, I used We Care For You this past Friday to move me from FL to PA and I must say I am very impressed how this company treated me and my family they were so kind and they packed and moved my belongings with such care. I am a Physician and My wife and I work hard for what we have and this company really proved their name to us. Very unprofessional and careless - guys keep off these amateurs who only ask to be paid. They brought things in late, breaking some of the stuff, also they were very slow and on top of these they just left the premises without reassembling furnitures which they were paid for and which the contract was binding them to do! Do not waste your time and money with those individuals who will go out of business soon

The worst company do not use. They charge hidden fees. .I signed a contract with all pro moving a company that contracts we care for you.. Now we care for you moving is trying to charge me hidden fees for fuel!? Its been six days and counting I still have not received my belongings. I moved from Florida to north Carolina its not far.. Robin is not helpful they do not call back to resolve this issue.. Very unprofessional.. Do not use this bootleg company

Recently moved from Coral Springs Florida going to Columbus, Ohio I was very happy I choose We Care For You they gave me a good quote and I had no changes or surprises they were very professional, I am so happy I did not go with a moving broker and directly with We Care they made my move go so smoothly they picked us up on time delivered us on time and the guys were GREAT !!

My Movers were great, We Care Movers are the ones who come out and pick your items up and deliver us, the broker we used was terrible but We Care really did wonderful job for my family and I would recommend them to do your move directly. If you can help it dont use a 3rd party broker use the actual mover youll get better service and better prices. Thank you We Care For You I am completely happy with your services.

I received my shipment over the weekend and I have to say that We Care For You did an amazing job. They arrived on time at my home in Florida and scheduled my delivery to New York within the time frame I requested. The movers were very professional and handled my items with care. The office staff was equally as nice and professional as the movers. The price went up slightly only because I added more items. Even with a price increase, they were very reasonable and worth ever cent.

How I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I am not a person of many words. However, I want to let everyone know that We Care For You helped me in so many ways with my move. They are much more than movers they are miracle workers. I am forever grateful for their assistance in making my move possible with everything that I was going thru personally. Many thanks!!!
