My husband recently purchased a cart from US Pawn, followed by a Dyson vacuum cleaner I found on OfferUp that just happened to be at US Pawn as well.Recently (Valentine’s Day) we received a call from D-Angelo from US Pawn asking how we are loving our purchases and if everything was working okay. De-Angelo also mentioned there were new jewelry pieces and others he things we may be interested in looking at. I personally have a thing for any business that will pickup a phone and call there clients/customers. I e went right in and spent a grand. Lol.Luis and De-Angelo took great care of us, by answering any questions we had. All in all it was another good experience. We’ll be back soon for a jewelry cleaning :)

Morris is amazing ! It was my first time going inside a pawnshop and I didn’t know what to expect. The manager Morris greeted me as soon as I came in made me feel so welcomed and at ease. I then proceeded with showing him my jewelry to get the value. He took his time apprising it and even showed me how to check if it’s real . Awesome guy great customer service ! Defiantly going to recommend my friends and family .

Morris the manager is very assertive with customer needs! Not only do they offer small loans, they sell quality products! The salesperson Mike is starting conceal weapon classes. He also assisted me with the purchase of a new Gibson guitar! Quality products and awesome customer service I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good deal!

I got to tell you I have been to many pawn shops in my day and all over south Florida and the A Team you have on staff here on Sunrise including Morris, Denise, and Mike make the experiences I have here all worth coming back. I literally spend an extra 15 mins every time I am there just talking with the staff because we have all built a relationship at this point. I needed to sell a ring. This was my first stop (it should have been my last). I was helped by Denise. Make sure you ask for Denise!! She could tell I wasn’t sure what I had and never even made an offer. She cleaned the ring and educated me on everything I needed to know about the ring. I later visited 5 other pawn shops in the area. None treated me even close to the professionalism and kindness that Denise did. The next day I walked into US Pawn happy to see Denise standing at the counter. She made an offer and beat the competition offer without any type of haggling!! I happily sold her the ring!! Great experience, could have saved some gas and time if I made it my first and only stop.

Last week I first went to a pawn shop a little further away...mistake! Then I decided to check out US Pawn..now 100% transparency...definitely doesnt look great on outside, however, inside is a different story. I dealt with Ray and he was more than fair on my pawn. I needed X amount of money and he did everything he could to make it happen. Thanks Ray! They have great items inside as well as a great selection of vehicles. It was also great talking motorcycles! Trying to sell a 17 year old motorcycle helmet for 150 bucks. Banking off the fact that its from a good brand so some unsuspecting new motorist will overpay for this. Helmets last 7 years at most even if they arent worn at all. This is really dangerous.
