Dont waste your time with these NON- CREDIBLE 4 star reviews! This dealership hires mediocre, incompetent, irresponsible, and under paid candidates! This is @ the root of their problem! The president and vice president are the ONLY ones that eat filet every day!!! They have absolutely NO regard towards their employees wellbeing and much less any consideration for their professional advancement! I speak from experience and contract all of my Caterpillar related service work through their Caterpillar arch competitor - Ringpower! I have NO problems with Ringpower, since they have ALWAYS delivered consistent quality and service all the time right on time!

Alex, and Wendall. What can I say. They both jumped through hoops to assist me today. Unfortunately I showed up at their break time, but that didnt matter to them. Alex went back with his team mates and sorted through all the new delivery parts off the truck, and found my 3208 parts. I was, ( thanks to them), able to repair my engine, and put a boat back in service to meet a schedule. Well done to these two and the whole staff at this Fort Lauderdale location.Well done!Rick Hogan

If you want the job to take twice as long and be done at a very low standard call Pantropic. They charge twice as much and finish half the job. The management is almost impossible to get a hold of. Half of my hose clamps where not tightened on my engine after a rebuild. Pump was stripped when put on and never was told and they left it. Management is terrible!

Awful Service they do not care about the customers they lied to my face more than once stating they did not have part in stock which it was a lie they had it in took 3 days for them to lie again in my face stating the just received the part not knowing I already investigate that there parts department had it plenty in stock so started reviewing all service invoice and they have lied to me in the past in regards to there parts availability I lost over 13,000 dollars in rental and service fee and parts also take in mind I had a engine overhaul that cost me over 20,000 dollars yet my truck keep having the same problem which was power failure.
