What a lovely experience I had! The gentleman was about to close he stayed open to myself and my husband and let us look as long as we wanted which we were there pretty long LOL he worked with us on the prices and we came out there with a beautiful Tumi set! Definitely will go back!

Very poor service. The person I interacted with said they were the manager. Very poor communication skills for a salesperson. Kept on asking me if i was looking to purchase that day. I actually was looking for 5 or 6 pieces of Victorinox or Briggs and Riley luggage. In stead of trying to answer my questions, the salesperson kept on asking if I was looking to buy today. Very poor service.
