I come here atleast once a month and I love this shop so much. John is always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to these beautiful crystals. I believe they have a big selection compared to where I was purchasing my crystals before and I must say my most favorite gems have all come from this shop.

The owners were courteous nice and very knowledgeable on crysyals and the usage of them. Me and my wife even had our kids with us, they showed great patience well definitely be back!

Lots of niece pieces but there are a lot of things that are overpriced. I think if they lowered prices slightly they would pickup more business. I buy a lot of my stones direct from India but $25 for a chunk of rose Quartz is absurd

I went there today and the general vibe of the place was so COLD and unwelcoming. it was completely silent, no music was playing and the staff were just eyeing my friend and i the entire time as if we were going to steal something. not friendly at all, didnt offer any greeting or good bye, just silently stared at us- it was so unwelcoming. customer service was bleh. i hate to drag on prices but it is SUPER pricey-a small rose quartz tumble was $7. i get its a small business but other small businesses such as etsy will definitely have better prices. i can understand expensive prices from small businesses but i would not spend that much on a place so unwelcoming. i wouldnt recommend this place for beginner crystal users or people who collect crystals for aesthetics.

Ever since visiting the gem and mineral room in the American Museum of Natural History as a kid I have been obsessed with them. I love their colors, crystals, and mystical properties. I was eager to visit the Crystal Cave Rock & Gem Shop to see what they had. There arent too many places like this in my area and I think they have one of the best collections in Broward County.According to their website they are a family owned business that has been in business since 1972. They specialize in mineral specimen, cut gemstones, cutting rough (for cabochon, and faceting), metaphysical tools, lapidary equipment, books, jewelry, and gifts. They also have fossils and petrified wood.Prices range from as little as $1 to many thousands of dollars. There was so much to look at, huge pieces of amethyst, colorful geodes, and loose mixed gems. They had my favorite peacock copper ore. I also loved their jewelry, they had some nice gem necklaces for only $10. Perfect for the next time I need a gift. There was a lot of staff around eager to help if you had a question.They are open Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm and we are closed Sunday and Monday. Come check them out.

The minute my family and I walked into this shop I felt unwelcome and looked down on.They have absolutely gorgeous items, which are a bit overpriced; however, I understand it can be difficult for small businesses to stay open. I would much rather spend my money at an establishment with a better atmosphere. This store was silent and I was constantly being watched, when my brother got away from my mom and I for a split second we were warned to watch our child. For some looking for a specific piece it might be the place, but for a witch, spiritual, or hippie kind of person this is not the place. Worst energy inside of a gem shop.

They do have a lot of knowledge about every piece they have, The price is good for the quality they have. I will be back for more healing crystals and bring my friends. Recently visited and while this crystal shop has beautiful crystals a lot of their inventory is overpriced, not surprise they have collected dust over time.This being said I have been in the crystals industry’s and even sell crystals myself in my own shop.For this store to be overpricing there stones just shows the intentions behind what they are doing..Crystal vision has more fair prices for crystals.The prices aren’t fair at this location would not recommend shopping here.Also I noticed false advertisement of crystals that weren’t what they were marketed as, for example selling”citrine” when it’s clearly Baked amethyst is NOT citrine.One of my pet peeve is dishonesty.

Ignore all the negative reviews this place is great! Was looking for a clear quartz cluster and they had a great selection and prices were reasonable. All staff were willing to help and not sure if it was the owner but gentleman was very courteous.

Fantastic crystal and stone shop. They have many various types, shapes, and sizes with reasonable prices. There are polished, natural, and even set stones in jewelry or for pendants. Great layout with descriptions of most of the items next to them. If you have any questions the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Came here about a month ago for the first and last time... This shop sells crystals for their aesthetic aspect, not their metaphysical properties. They lack the understanding that crystals are more than just pretty display objects. The products are way overpriced. Can easily find the same quality for cheaper elsewhere. The attitude of the store is rather snooty. They dont like anyone to touch anything, and they constantly eyed me like I was going to steal something. On my visit, my friend who was with me accidentally bumped into something and knocked it over. It didnt break and he apologized sincerely and set the item back carefully in its proper place, and the lady who was working told him dont do that again with an attitude. He apologized to her and told her it was an accident, and she said yes, but dont do it again more curtly. Didnt spend a single cent here and wont be coming back. Horrible way to run a business.

The store is very beautiful with all the different stones and crystals. I was looking for items that will help me with some healing and i found a couple, I was too embarrassed to talk to the associate and since he was the only one in the store and they were a ton of other people I did not want to bother. I did find a couple of things I wanted and the sales associate Luke was the sweetest and so informative as he finished my transaction he even recommended a book. The prices are a little on the high side but they are fair, I wanted a rose quartz palm stone but they were a little outside of my price range, but next time Ill hopefully buy one.

My first time here, I am new to the neighborhood and feel so blessed to have this so close to me. I will be back many many times. Excellent service gracious knowledgeable you feel better just being in the shop!

Great store, lovely selection, and the staff is super nice, knowledgeable, and informative. Its awesome knowing theres a store around the corner with such a wide variety of stones. The mixed tumbled stone bins are my favorite because it feels like digging for treasure. Must visit!

Great collection of pieces. I was planning to stock up on a couple of items, but one of the individuals working there wouldnt stop offloading their personal life on me. I couldnt concentrate, made it very clear I was trying to focus on the pieces, but he didnt budge. Ended up leaving my little collection and going elsewhere. Sad, I just needed the space to shop and wasnt expecting to be offloaded on. I know he meant well, but probably not the best time/place to vent your issues....?

There’s absolutely no vibe in this shop whatsoever. They don’t help you or greet you when you come in and it looks like there is just a bunch of kids who work there that are only there for a job and nothing else. It seems like they only sell crystals for money and not because they genuinely care for the crystals or their customers. All their prices are jacked up and they don’t even give you a deal. You’re way better off taking the drive and going to Flowlife Holistic Lounge in Fort Lauderdale.

Its been two years since I last wrote about the Crystal Cave. There are so many different minerals and the staff knows their business. I am redoing my home and will be buying some conversation starters there to spruce up the place. Every few months, Jackie goes and buys rare and beautiful specimens that I never see anywhere else.UPDATE! Jackie has got crystals down! I have gotten things here i have looked for my whole life. Jackie is able to get the most unusual rocks and gems and knows how to use them for health and healing. This is the oldest continuous rock and gem business in South Florida and it has all sorts of lapidary equipment

Very tiny and cramped inside. The selection is mediocre and the pricing is thru the roof!! for such tiny crystals and gems. Definitely Not worth it at all. Would Never buy from them. Will not be going back. There was either no staff inside or there was an employee that just looks like a fellow customer because if that is the case they were not welcoming and they were talking on the cell and paid me no mind. Not worth the trip, kinda hard to point out (signs in plaza all the same 🙄). easy place to get to (transportation wise)and parking is ample for a decent size lot.

What a hidden gem!! I passed by after work at they had such beautiful crystals, they have everything it looked like. And they even place the crystals in bags with little labels and it tells you some info about the crystal you purchased! They had jewelry, lamps, crytal points, rainbow quartz the works. Super cute place!!

The person under me...clearly wasnt there for crystal shopping.. more like complaining about how not to take control of what he was there for. Passive as ever! People are great, so are the gems in there.

The guy behind the counter was super nice and a lot of fun to talk to. They have a huge variety of small rocks and gems in here, great if youre a jewelery maker, but they also know a lot about the healing power of gems if thats what youre looking for.

I went last Saturday and the people were very nice there and had a great variety of rocks/gems to chose from! I will be coming back.

This store has alot of crystals but the only problem is there was more for looks instead of healing and meditation. But if you like crystals just for a show piece than the store is a good place little over pricey thoe but they do have beautiful show pieces.

Love love love this place. Been going here since I was a kid and they have everything. From jewelery making pieces to collectable gems they even have smaller affordable pieces for kids to starting up collection. Only thing I would say is the younger girl working there needs to learn how to give customer service and speak to people I did not feel welcomed when she was present, she made me feel like I just wanted to leave on a few occasions, quite rude honestly. but there is a gentleman and a few older individuals that was very interesting to talk to, alot of inciteful information and made us feel welcomed, you will always have a customer in me.

Absolutely beautiful shop and the people behind the counter were more than happy to see us and very attentive to our needs. Very open conversation and ready and willing to offer knowledge and new ideas. I cant stress how great this store is. Just look at the pics lol, some of these specimens are just too much to even stand next to lol. Any time I am back in this area I will be heading back to check out the new inventory. Seriously, this place has an amazing selection. They do custom pieces as well! You NEED to check this place out!

A beautiful shop, lots of minerals and some fossils, prices of all kinds, lovely staff. I have visited practically all the stores in Miami that sell these products, and in my opinion it is the best by far. I recommend it without any doubt if you are attracted to this wonderful world, I will return for sure.
