I went into this place and just smelt the breath of one of the employers and knew I did not want to have anything done in this place. I own 2 small businesses and Ill tell you what I would never run them the way these people do theirs. I definitely know what drug addict when I see one andevery person in this store is a drug addict 100%.

This person robbed me. Sold me a car on ebay and the entire front end was totaled and is shifted and the left front wheel turns half the radius as it is supposed to. Listed it as good condition seats were ripped, scratches on every inch, bumper cracked, mechanically needs 7 grand worth of work. Worst person to do business with. Currently working on a legal case against him. stay away

Purchased a Brand New scooter in 2012 only to find out when signing the contract it was a brand new 2008. I decided to get it anyway, which resulted in months of trouble.. At first, it ran great, then within a few weeks it would stall at every stop. This turned out to be that the original 4 year old gas had turned to varnish.. They cleaned it and all was well again for a few weeks. Then it started doing the same thing.. After another fix, the front end started feeling loose. Turns out the front axle bearing was falling apart. They replaced the front wheel assembly. I had a friend go buy an exact duplicate during a period where mine was running well. They sold it to him with LITTLE or NO OIL in the engine. He only found out when the engine seized and they wanted several hundred dollars to rebuild his brand new engine.. they blamed it on him not checking the oil, which shouldnt have needed checking when it was barely a couple hundred miles old. So much for a warranty. Now, its been a couple years. I havent driven it that much because it feels like its ready to fall apart. I cant find any competent place to service it. Save your money and go buy a REAL scooter from Varsity Cycle instead.. Having a quality scooter will be worth the extra money you paid. Unfortunately, Varsity cycle wont work on the crappy Znen scooters.

Most ignorant people Ive ever dealt with. Took a lien out on my scooter before the last scheduled payment was due. So I had to go to the Tax Collector to receive my title. When i get to the title place, waited in line for 45 minutes. Get to the person and they advise me that i must call USA Wholesale and have them call the office in Tallahassee to release my title, because USA Wholesale didt follow protocol and call Tallahassee to release my title. Now 3 months after i should have received my title i am still waiting for them to clean up their ignorant process. The title is electronic, and per the Tax office since the beginning of the year if a title is electronic you must call Tallahassee to release the title. Now in December of the year they still are not doing things correctly. My advice STAY AWAY! Go to a dealer who is reputable.

Took my sons little mini-bike there to get the back tube replaced. Pick it up a day latter and $50 lighter only to find out, the Jackass put a patch on it and did not replace the tube. STAY AWAY!

SERIOUSLY? Drove all the way from Miami today (Saturday)...got there just in time for the store to open at 10:30 per their website....only to be greeted by a nasty woman who rudely says can i help you?were closed...were only open M-F ...then she proceeds to walk back in the store. SUPER SHADY! Seems like this place is a front...

This place has dishonest people from owners to the secretary answering the phone, they all lie. I would advise you,if you dont want to lose your hard earned money do not buy from this place. The picture may look good on the internet but once you get your vehicle you will be extremely disappointed.

Left my scooter there for an appraisal to fix an electric start and change oil. They took one week just to give me a feedback and when they did they told me the service was done. I told them to tell me before how much would be if i would agree with the price. They never contacted til it was done. Everytime i contacted them, some guy on the thrift store in the front answered and he said there was nobody back there in the autoshop.

DO NOT BUY A FORIEGN SCOOT TO GET THEM REPAIRED YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO WHOM EVER SELLS THAT CERTAIN SCOOTER....and if the shop is bad like this one GOOD LUCK !!!!!!

This place is a joke same as sun scooters, guy at this place was trying to sell me a scooter he just repoed with a screwdriver sticking out of it! I was like I just told you this is for my daughter! He didnt even know you needed a motorcycle endorsement for anything more than a 50cc but he kept pushing! They seemed like they where living out of the back office! Messy is the word only used scotters and old parts! Sad but wasted gas and about 30 minutes! Avoid if you can!

I purchased a Ridley from them and used National Auto Shipping and overall i have no complaints!

GUYS THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM. They only sell old and damage motorcycle, the store is a total mess, they dont even have one of the scooters from the web page. STAY AWAY.

Worst decision Ive made all year. I bought a scooter they told me only had 44 miles on it and less than a month after getting it everything started breaking. Ive now replaced the clutch, CGI, cylinder, gasket, fuel pump, breaks, throttle handle, carburetor and the side mirror that broke off. The fuel gage doesnt work either and I have to track my mileage so I dont run out of gas. The mechanic there said he fixed it but the gage says the tank is full all the time even when the tank is empty. I pretty much have a new bike at this point from all the repairs Ive had done. The mechanic at Salento Scooters said no way the mileage was correct after looking inside. Wish I would have seen the reviews before dealing with these scam artists. Dont buy from them even if your desperate, youll regret it in the end.

Bought a new scooter from this store, mind the fact I paid $1,800 in full. The FIRST day it broke down, died COMPLETELY, I could have licked the jumper cables if I wanted too and not felt a thing. In my attempt to jump start the scooter, the kick start fell off, revealing rust under it. So much for new right? May I mention I LOST MY JOB over this brand new scooter dying on me on my way to work. I took it back to the store, for them to completely undermine and degrade my intelligence, saying I probably had the kill switch on, or didnt hold the break in. Im not an idiot, I know how to use the product I just purchased. They then ZIP TIED the broken kick starter back together!!!! Resulting in it scratching other parts of the scooter, rattling, sliding all around, and rendering it USELESS when the scooter DIED ONCE AGAIN TODAY. Which of course happened when I was going to work so I had to pay out of pocket for a taxi. I told this store the FIRST day there is something wrong with the scooter and they denied all accusations saying thats not how they run their business. When I talked to them about all the issues ive been seeing from day one, including the completely dead new battery, terrible sounding breaks, broken kick starter, having to fight with the scooter to get it started, it would run forward as if im holding the throttle, when im not!!! Causing me to unexpectedly fly into intersections! This store is run by moral-less, shady, scumbag idiots. They sold me a Lemon knowingly. Ive now gotten myself representation to make sure i get justice for this. DO NO GO TO THIS STORE, IT IS A GUARANTEED ROBBERY.

Listed car as no problems and 75% tire tread left, tires bald and clicking noise almost burnt up car. They knew about it and acknowledged it to me.

I purchased a chinese knock off from Jeniffer at this store in June, she personally assured me all the used scooters underwent an inspection..complete B.S. - The speedometer reads 20 mph to fast, the front brakes were badly miscalibrated, and the battery died in front of me as they were trying to start it in the store. What takes the cake however is the fact that they didnt put any oil in it and the engine fried after 15 minutes of riding. I was told I had a 30 day warranty for parts, and the owner, Joe, told me personally the labor would also be covered. Long story short...it took exactly 5 months and 13 days to receive the replacement parts and they refused to pay for labor. These two are undoubtebly the dumbest pair of jackasses in the scooter business that you will find in South Florida. Theyve proven that they have zero technical expertise, they did everything to avoid dealing with me including ignoring messages, emails, and telling me they would return calls that they NEVER planned on returning. After I had the scooter fixed, I realized they forgot to send me the title after I purchased the vehicle and now claim they have no idea what they did with it. I originally purchased it as a gift for my girlfriend and now I just want to sell it and lick my wounds, but I cant even do that now because they lost the title. Utter incompetence and dishonesty is all you will get if you step foot into USA Wholesale Scooters.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOD-FORESAKEN PLACE!!!
