From my experience they are not the most honest. I took my Harley in for service. Oil change and a squeaky brakes. Was charged a a hefty price only to find out that the problem still exists when I called to ask them and tell them what happened they offered up other Solutions at it maybe instead of keeping the bike there and resolving the issue they told me it was fix.

There is not a word that can describe the quality of these men. They are professional trustworthy honest knowledgeable helpful and respectful. If your in the state of Florida this is where you need to take your bike. They will get you right all the time. They dont waste any time and they do honest work . They got me back on the road from a blow out on the highway. Not only did they me back on the road but I also gained some valuable knowledge from them Florin took excellent care of my bike. It all started with i believe his name was Mike but it might of been Steven calling me back from a missed call on his off day Steel Knuckle Customs South or nothing Thank you again for getting me home back to Atlanta safe. I have to say I found Steel Knuckle online, looking for someone to put my front new fairing on my FatBoy S. Spoke to Steve not knowing what kind of service he has done. Took a chance with him and he and his team did a fabulous job on my bike, very neat and careful with my bike. It came out so awsome. And I again took my bike this past week for him to install 2 new tires I had bought. Again the team did a great job and even replace my back brake pads that were badly needed. Excellent service and great crew. Highly recommend his service to anyone! Thanks Guys 🇵🇷 🇺🇸

The shop I was bringing my bike to never quite got anything right. Great guys, but thats not as important when youre trying to get your bike right. Steel Knuckle did great, efficient and timely work. Steve even called me after I had left to say that one of his new employees accidentally overcharged me and he had a refund for me. All of the above I mentioned is reason enough to earn my business. Add the integrity and you got a customer for life! Dont hesitate. Forget the other shops. Cant recommend them highly enough!

I was needing a fast repair on front flat tire and because most people are not working took payment in half when started to repair and final payment when bike was complete. He also found that my disc breaks on front tire were shot ( he showed me the breaks in person ) and asked permission before repair...that cost was added to final bill. Suggest all good loyal customers if cant pay full amount now for newtirez, engine work, make a deal with service using your upcoming $1400 stimulus government check! He needs the business and we have the money...just a few weeks away.

Highly recommend !! I bought a 2020 Indian scout bobber from copart. When my bike arrived in FL I realized it was way more messed up then the pictures had shown me online. I took my bike to a different shop which was a complete waste of time. Steele knuckle picked up my bike for free in there enclosed bike trailer brought it over and quickly diagnosed it (EVERYTHING) was screwed up including the frame. They did a complete rebuild and frame work. The job took a month which is understandable 100% with the amount of work and parts that needed to be ordered. They brought my zombie copart bike back to life and it’s badass. Thanks so much

I brought in my bike and was very glad that found this place because I am from out of state . I needed a special inspection since my bike is registered in another state . The Godfather took me in right away and did the oil change did all my fluids and didn’t kick me in the wallet to hard . I will always support a great place with a awesome passion and attitude about your bike.. The Godfather takes it very seriously and treats your machine like it is own, something you do not see at a Harley dealer, If The Godfather sponsored a bike night I’d be there in heartbeat . I am planning on having more work done & and I am going back too Steel Knuckle Customs to have it done.

Was recommended by a neighbor. Needed to have an electronIc compression release repaired or replaced on an S&S 124 on a one off bike. Knowing the nature of the bike, I knew it wouldn’t be easy. In any event, the original estimate was nearly tripled and I got the bike back with what looks to me to be a manual compression release since there Is no electrical lead to it. The bike still does not start properly, and it has more problems now then when I went in. Really great guys, but I would not use them for anything out of the ordinary.MY RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE:I tried to return your call on thursday, after 5 like I said I would, but the call went to voice mail. Im guessing your call was a result of my review. With all due respect, the battery you provided was the one which you selected during the original and revised estimates process. A battery with more cold cranking amps would certainly have helped the situation but after having spent 2k, to replace a $150 compression release there was simply no more money to spend. No offense, I know you guys had challenges due to the nature of the bike itself and I appreciate that and all your efforts. What bothers me, and Im sure it would you, is that there area conditions which now exist, which did not before the work. I texted Justin asking that he take a look when he was up this way so he could give me his opinion on my other concerns. That was on Sept 15th and aside for a text response of OK, I never heard a thing. My first question was that the original compression release had a lead coming from it, which had been cut when the jug louvers were diamond cut by the last vendor who worked on the bike, as I told you. The new compression release, you installed, does not have any apparent lead coming from it, leading me to believe that it is a manual one, not electronic like the one you were replacing. Without your response I still dont know.My second concern is that when the bike starts, with the help of my truck battery which it always did, the idle is now considerably higher than it was before. According to S&S, an idle speed of over 1k, on the 124, is one of the major causes of hard starting situations. Was hoping that Justin could observe and suggest an adjustment. My third concern is that the throttle cable is now loose to a point where it comes out of the shorter of the two guides that is mounted to the top of the carb, it keeps the throttle open making it nearly impossible to slow down and stop. This was not the case before you guys worked on the bike and Im guessing its a result of the fact that you needed to take the bars off to remove the tank. Again, something that wasnt easy and would not have to been done if the bike were of a more conventional/practical design and I get that. Still doesnt explain that the throttle isnt right now, when it was before the work.My fourth concern is the fact that the shift lever is now so far above the peg that you cant shift the bike with your foot. Dont know how that happened since you said you didnt move the motor which was the reason you had to dissect the top tube to get the valve cover off to replace the release. In any event, it was not like that before the work. Since I only have one left arm, it gives a whole new meaning to the term suicide-shifter lamo.In any event, I did not mean to offend you guys with my initial review, which you invited by sending me the link in a text. I waited for some response from Justin, beyond his ok by text and never got it. Ive had a number of fellow bikes who have stopped by to see the finished product, some of whom know you guys. They all agree that beyond the fact that the battery should be more stout, the other concerns are warranted and that things just aint right. Guess to sum things up, I still think you guys are great guys. If I knew then, what I would be stuck with now, I never would have had the work done. You can buy a pretty stout battery for $2000.
