I hired Matthew to complete my job. After he came and spent a significant amount of time looking to see what screens needed to be replaced, I did not hear from him for a couple of months. He then contacted me via email and apologized and promised that if I hired his company, he would finish in by the end of the week. I agreed, he was supposed to start that weekend, I did not hear from him for weeks and he was hard to get a hold off. His work was poorly done, and the screens are already coming apart. He left the trash and debris around the house that I had to clean up. I spent a significant amount of money and all the screens that were damaged was not replaced. I am so disappointed. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I will never use this company again.

Did not show up when he was suppose to, difficult to contact, shoddy craftsmanship- screen is not cut properly and is sticking out all over the place, cushion inside door is pieced together with leftover scraps and has fallen offAsked for more money to complete the job once started and refused to leave the extra screen I purchasedDid not come back to fix the job when I texted him the pictures of poor work

One of most friendliest companies well mannered and respectful professional and take pride in their work. They upgraded my patio when other companies tried to sell me a whole new enclosure they save me thousands and thousands of dollars.
