First time getting bingsoo. It was not as full of flavor and ingredients as I have had before. Kind of disappointed for the money.

This cashier has aweful working ethics. She wouldn’t tell me how much is total amt and she was just standing with airpod in her ears said nothing but staring at me seriously. Also, i was trying to pay apple pay and she refuse me to pay with that since they dont take credit cards less than 10dollars but i saw so many other stores they were ok if i pay with applepay even though they have 10dollars minimum policy. I mean most of unnecessary part was her working ethics. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one.Very unprofessional. I dont want to give even one star.

Being from the area I know to take customer service with a grain of salt around here but what I saw at cafe bene today was over the top. Some people shouldnt be in service like the young man behind the counter. He spent five minutes with me without making eye contact a single time and dropped my change on the counter in front of my hand. Then he screamed at a child about 11-12 for not wearing a mask in front of the entire store and literally cowered in the corner. He lost that sale and a couple of customers - at least.Why work in a coffee shop if youre afraid of .. people?I remember when businesses appreciated their customers.What a terrible place - cafe bene

Apparently they stopped selling Ice cream taiyaki? It’s still advertised in their windows and I was super excited to try it, but they simply do not sell it anymore - and according to the woman who was working, they’re never going to sell it again. I had a waffle which was good, but their tiramisu cake was kinda dry and the service is pretty slow. This is a cute place, however I wish they had the items they advertise online and in their windows, such as the shaved ice and taiyaki.

The drinks are great, everything is clean, and the aesthetic is amazing. Everything just has a nice, chill, productive vibe. Love it.

Love this space especially this is one of the 1st coffee place that I visit that allowed seating on the premises with adequate social distancing. Friendly and professionally staff. Delicious beverages. Loving their maple macchiato and caramel macchiato. I will it my mission one of these days to order the affogato!

Caffee Bene is great with drink selections and some food but the parking is terrible since the Bank of America next door makes sure only customers can park there.

Came here with co-workers after lunch and I was surprised at how spacious it was. There are a lot of tables, chairs and free wifi for studying and working. I ordered the green tea latte which I thought was too sweet and didnt taste like green tea imo. My co-workers strawberry frapuccino looked pretty! I think this is a nice quiet place to sit and relax. As a tip, do not park in the Bank of America parking lot. Theres someone watching and he actually warned us not to park there.

I have been to this franchise at this location and one in Seoul and this one had far more variety on the menu. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, comfortable seating, food and beverage. The staff was friendly too. They arent open very late though. Since they are in an area that really doesnt have many bar options, I think they should stay open a bit later so friends can stay and talk longer!

Really good cafe to hang and study or do homework. Lots of coffee and tea drinks and sweet offerings. Place is a bit pricey, but its more comfortable than Starbucks and has more desserts and sandwiches to offer.

Certainly a decent spot to come and either work, study, or just have a nice chat with good company. Decent menu and large place with high ceilings so you don’t feel so cooped up. The bad wifi and microwaved food is keeping me from giving 5 stars, but then again, what do you expect from a chain cafe?

Store was clean, drinks were great. I ordered a red-velvet latte on ice. The girl working there had been there all day so it was just cute when she said that they didnt serve it on ice. I assured her it was possible. She did it and it was lovely. Friendly environment.

This is a great spot especially for late night coffee and dessert even on weekdays. Has plenty of Korean bakery staples both in baked goods and beverages. Tons of space to spread out in and a nice cozy atmosphere. They have taiyaki which I didnt try but is always an intriguing option. $10 minimum for credit cards, parking available but quickly fills up.

It was one of my favorite place to work out of home. Staff is extremely friendly and nice. The problem isnt only they dont have vegan products but also they dont aware about gluten allergy. We wanted to sure about one of their ice cream base desert whether gluten free or not (because of the serious allergy need to know) but they dont even know their products ingredients. Since then cant dare to eat.

I know Caffe Bene is a franchise, but I swear that this is my favorite one. Its clean, its spacious, and I absolutely adore the aesthetic that they have here. The staff is very clean, helpful, and respectful, and their menu is very versatile to cater to whatever it is youre craving from them. Whenever I eat out in the Fort Lee area, I always make sure to stop by Caffe Bene for a quick coffee or a nice dessert.

It is a great place to get work done. I will continue to go to this establishment, but must regretfully comment on their less than stellar customer service.The food is okay (a little overpriced). Id say the best thing on the menu is their spicy chicken sandwich. My only complaint is that some of the workers seem so rude. In my experience, they have a very negative attitude towards me. When I asked one of them for a straw for my drink, she begrudgingly granted my request. She just looked very bitter giving me a straw. It may seem like a very trivial encounter, but this has happened on multiple occasions where I felt a negative vibe towards me.

Great place to kill a few hours.The best ice coffee that I did not make myself, in that its not watered down like most, when they add ice.Coffee places have become much the same. What makes this place very good is: large space, cozy and well situated tables and chairs, power strips do exist, good WiFi.

Very spacious.Subpar coffee, but the desserts are good.Cold brew is more bitter than smooth (this coming from a person that drinks coffee for the bitter yumminess, not the caffeine.) The water to bean ratio is off and the beans may have been soaked for too long, or maybe ground too finely for cold brew. Or maybe its just that the beans are of lower quality.

Mediocre coffee, baked goods are overpriced. Two things that will drive me to this place: 1) honey toast with whip cream and caramel, 2) shaved ice with red beans. Thats really about it.
