In my opinion, Binex Line is the best shipping agent on the east coast. In the past, we have tried several other carriers with poor results. The NJ branch answers emails promptly and do their best to keep unforeseen costs down. Anyone in the import business knows of the delays and pitfalls that could happen but Binex and their working partners go the extra mile to help. I highly recommend them and ask for David Oh.

I recently engaged Binex Line Corp to assist with importing some hardware I had manufactured in China via Alibaba. This was the first time I imported enough stuff to require sea freight and I needed assistance with customs. I had an exceptional experience, with hand-holding all the way through the process...from filling out the forms, to where and when the freight would be picked up, to accurate representation of the costs/fees. I had the unfortunate experience of doing business with this company. They were hired by one of my vendors to ship my products from China and deliver them to me. I now understand why they have so many one star reviews on yelp. In addition to being disorganized, they are now asking for unexpected warehouse and pallet fees and holding my shipment hostage unless they are paid. The shipper has already paid all shipping fees but these charges are a surprise. There are so so many freight companies available. My advise to any consumer would be to save yourself the frustration and stress, search elsewhere.

Had the best experience with them. They walked me through a very stressful situation telling me exactly what to do and helping me every step of the way.
