I can always find what I need and if I cant someone is available to help me. If there are more than 2 people in an check out lane they open another one. Everybody is knowledgeable about the store set up and if they cant help you they will find someone that can. Shelves are always stocked and if you need something and they dont have it they will order it for you.

Always very well stocked! Nice range of healthy foods, kitchen is good! Flower place is good! Starbucks is good! Bakery is alright wish they had more creative designs! Only complaint is that stupid table in the middle when I checkout!! I see people run into it all the time and it’s impossible to get by when trying to checkout and it’s busy!!! Remove it!

I dislike the layout and dont find what Im searching for here. However, they give a 10% discount to students at WIU.

Good grocery store with fair prices. Used to shop in these all the time when I lived in Iowa. Compared to Jewel in Illinois, these prices are cheap! I used to eat lunch at the deli all the time, huge hand made tenderloin, 2 sides, and a soda was less than $8. Always ate here on the weekends before going fishing, not sure if they still serve breakfast at all locations. Clean store here in Fort Madison with good selections and fair prices. Wish had one in Illinois.

Place was clean but not much on the shelves, meat was a little pricy but i dont mind it.

This is only my second time at Hy-Vee, but Ive enjoyed each visit. Large selection of groceries to choose from. Impressive deli, bakery, and fresh meat counter.

The breakfast was pretty decent for 8 bucks. I definitely didnt leave hungry and everything tasted good. Also had five Hy-Vee workers ask if they can help me. Most places dont even ask

What happened to the Chinese food? The taste and price changed. It used to be great. Now Ill never go back. Chinese buffet is where to go now!

Hy vee keokuk, DO not order flowers to be delivered. Asked for specific things and got nothing, wanted a balloon and a dozen roses. Looked like it was thrown together and I was charged more than they qouted..98$

Always the highest quality groceries, deli products, fresh meat selection, and hot food for dine in or take out. Hy-Vee also has the friendliest employees of any national grocery store chain. They go above and beyond to be courteous, friendly and helpful.

We were visiting from out of state. One stocker helped us so much I wished we could tip her.

For a chain store they do a good job but I would try to find a local farmers market to get the best vegetables

I love being a Hy-Vee Perks member, the fuel saver has been a money saver for sure. Great customer care, I love the quality of their meat and the fresh veggie and fruit section.

Its a Hy-Vee store. The people that work making donuts and slicing the breads and such never wear gloves when handling ready to eat foods. Dont buy donuts or bread from the Bakery.

Its a grocery store good as its going to get

The seafood here is of amazing quality, and thanks to that I was able to make perfect honey glazed salmon portions for my grandma. The staff was nice too, got help from an employee whom I didnt know was off the clock but was more than happy to assist me regardless.

For once there was actually rolls of fresh pet dog food and the bonus was there wasnt a loaded pallet blocking the cooler its in.

We ventured over from Nauvoo to pick up some groceries. The store was old and dingy, but well kept for the neighborhood.

Hy-vee has some good deals and the fuel saver is nice. There deli and bakery rival any that Ive experienced. However, those perks mentioned above do not justify the higher cost of everything else, in my opinion. They are the highest priced grocery chain in the tri-state area.

If you wanna work here, dont, if you have a surgery or medical needs taken care of you will constantly be reprimanded, ridiculed, and harassed about it. Completely unprofessional and unethical management.. absolutely no moral backbone.

Worked here when I was younger Mary and Brad are some of my favorite people they always know what is going on in their store and always go out of their way to help others!

Check the natural gas pumps, the store reeks of natural gas, I get so nauseous every time I go in there. I do like that they have a cafe in house and a Starbucks. The groceries are however way over priced for no reason.

The employees are well mannered, friendly and always attentive. But the store is often low out of the things I go in to buy. This has been an issue for years and should have been addressed a long time ago. But the flower department is the best in town and their wide selection of alcoholic beverages is surprising.

Very good grocery store. All employees are friendly and help you when you cant find something. I shop at both, 1 in Fort Madison, Iowa and the one in Keokuk, Iowa. No complaints on either one.

Always the best place to get the best deals for your money. I do at least half my grocery shopping at this location. Always am greeted with a smile. Much thanks to the employees who work here. Youll deserve a raise.

There a lot of people in the store. Mostly employees. You couldnt think about social distancing, as they were stocking shelves, running pallets etc...

Went in for the J&J 1 shot covid vaccine. My appointment was not until 1:30pm and the got me in and out before noon.

There are often few good options for finding quality groceries in ruraltopia, but HyVee has always come thru. This is for the store located In Burlington Iowa (on Agency St). The employees are friendly and helpful. While maybe not having the vast selection of items a large metro store would have, HyVee’s selection is adequate for my needs when I travel to Iowa. The Pickup service is great and rivals that of the metro grocery stores like Kroger and Albertsons/Jewel/Osco. Very impressed. Their app needs some work however. It’s slow as bones. Love their health-Organic food section. Liquor section could stand to have more microbrewery representation, but they do have some Millstream and others we exclusively buy.

I would think you could bring in your stocking crew say 4 hours before you open so that it wouldnt be so hard to manuver through the aisles. Found most of what I wanted.Usually not this disappointed in my Hy-Vee.But maybe thats standard fare on a Sunday.

As far as I can tell there is only 1 motorized scooter for disabled people. Was a little disappointed with that, otherwise a good shopping experience. New checker opened a register when there was a line which was a plus.

It was hy-vee... nothing special---other than their milk department is especially messy with dried mill spillage on many of the jugs of milk. In addition, the expiration date on much of the gallon jugs of chocolate milk is nearly always within a few days. Today is no different: 7 gallons of hyvee chocolate milk----all expiring in 3 days. Ugh.The cashier is very nice!!

I love hyvee but the pharmacy there is pretty slow and not as friendly as the Washington Iowa one where we just moved from... really thinking about transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens because of the service???

The people are great at this store but it is in dire need of refurbishing. The deli menus are in need of variety and it would be nice to have the Chinese other stores have. Too much Italian in the salads. I would give my right arm for Greek food. The bakery could use an update too, include German pastries including Kolaches and sweet breads. Auntie Anne type pretzels would sell really well. This part of Iowa is mostly Germanic.I really love the delivery and pick up options. You aced that one. Also it would be nice to have nuts in some bakery products. Just label them so. Thanks!

Cheap place to get groceries and all around good staff, you can even go there in the morning and afternoon for warm cooked meals.

My husband and I was waiting in line for this gentleman to be done when this woman came up, walked in front of us and the cashier checked her out, I told my husband we were first and the cashier said “no she was, she forgot her credit card I had already ring her up” in all Reality she was ringing her up when we was standing there. Its BS!!!! That cashier WAS NOT doing her job!!!!!

While two employees were super, helpful,& friendly a 3rd was difficult - must of been having a bad day.

I have always been impressed by how nice the employees are at this Hy-Vee location
