Horrible customer service.. walked in and got told right away to walk around because they had just mopped right where I was walking. Then got up to the counter to pay for my things and another customer just put their things up on the counter when I wasn’t even finished with my transaction and started to pay for what they were getting and the cashier allowed it by serving them when they weren’t done with me.

I pumped 20$ in gas last night and now have a 65$ hold plus the 20 on my account ! Wont be back absolutely ridiculous

Okay so let me start with how excited I was to see a Dunkin Donuts Express sign. The idea of get a jelly filled or blue berry cake donut had me drooling. So guess how sad I was to walk in and be told, sorry no donuts, just coffee. WTH????? The poor cashier who was very friendly is constantly getting hit with disappointed customers. Do not call yourself Dunkin Donuts Express if you cant provide the donuts. Mt.Pleasants express got it figured out, come on Fort Madison!

Has prepared food for a quick bite to eat quick drinks to grab & go friendly people. Pull in and out from hwy.

Lots of selection in the store and friendly staff.
