Was told by Larry to bring our tractor in and they would get to it asap... well... Many calls with no return call.. wont communicate with customers.. dont do what they say.. 3 months of them having it with nothing done we had to go pick it up.. not recommended at all.... nice guys who like to promise but never come thru.. will never use them again!!!!

We just purchased or tractor and have not really used every available assets on the tractor at this point but the tools we have used have been great.As far as the customer service I have nothing to say but great thinks from all of the staff there.The service manager put me in touch with the sales department and it has been constant contact between us both to insure our satisfaction. Just purchased a brand new Kabota LX3310 . Fastest and best service ever. I went in on Wednesday at 12:30, Joe showed me the tractor, went through it thoroughly. I filled out my credit app and left around 1:00. Melissa emailed my contract that evening. I E- signed everything. I showed up Thursday morning and signed 1 piece of paper and left with the tractor.

Terrible. A good 1 out of 15 times do they ever have parts on hand. Same old story. Well have to order it and it will be a few days. Even with very common items....

Im sorry but I have tried to remove this visit from my time line. I have never had the pleasure of needing a rental or lease of any machines. When I would haul cattle and drive by your business would pop up and say that I visited. As far as the one star that shouldnt have happened. What happens when you eat and run. Sorry for that. They had everything I needed. The people were very nice. I have old equipment so it can be hard to find parts because of superceding numbers/parts but they found them for me.

Needed to rent a piece of equipment on short notice and Ryan, with WTC not only was able to provide it he also delivered it with no questions asked. Very easy dealing with Ryan and he was outstanding. Couldn’t ask for a better person/company to deal with. Will definitely call him again.

I buy my dog and cat feed at Wickham Tractor. I dont need farm equipment. Even with my little purchases, they are always attentive to detail, friendly helpful and and kind. Prices are reasonable, and sizes are perfect for my multi animal household. My dogs and cats enjoy the food. Super nice people, if I needed heavy equipment I would definately start here.

I bought a L3560 from Matt at Wickham Fort Collins. They were easy to deal with and no pressure. I felt I got a good deal and they included delivery to my ranch about 35 miles away for no charge. Matt was good at keeping me informed. What I liked best is there was no high pressure and they were informative as to what tractor would fill my needs.

Kortney is great on the service and scheduling end of the business, she is extremely thorough on getting the right parts on time and communicating every step through any repair, including costs. Nick is s great field service technician, who is extremely thorough and efficient no matter how big or small the parts that need replacement. Nick has run a overhead, a/c pump replacement, fixed a leaking hub seal, and thermostat replacement on my mx215.Thank you for keeping my machine up and running at any given time and within a short period of time! Hopefully Wickham can expand to the Prospect Valley Area.
