I ordered furniture from here May of 2020. I understand there are many back orders throughout the nation because of the pandemic. I ordered a bed, a couch and two nightstands. They delivered my bed after countless calls looking for an update after I paid. The bed is broken the wood is cracked. $1000 bed and I get a broken bed? I thought I was buying quality furniture...Also, one of the nightstands is so wobbly that clearly whoever put it together did not do a good job. $350 wobbly nightstand, you have to be kidding me. This place is so unprofessional. I have called and emailed and nobody can get back to me. Its a month later and I still have no update on couch either which is fine because pandemic but nobody checks in to let me know whats going on. Honestly, save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere these people dont care!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Diane welcomed us told us of the sales and incentives and even helped us to the car with our small items!!! LOL ..she was so helpful. We were initially in to purchase a mattress, ended up getting a bed frame and bar stools. Rich was very nice to and helped us with the 12 months no interest. We will definitely be in again for future purchases. Thank you again it was a pleasure shopping there!

We desperately needed a new, firm mattress & this was our first and only stop. We shopped in store and were immediately greeted by a very helpful saleswoman. She pointed us to the firmest mattress and we bought it on the spot. Additionally I relayed to her my neck problems and she helped me select a pillow. She set us up with credit, payments, and delivery. The mattress was delivered on the day we agreed and in the specific time frame she promised. The delivery men, Alex & Martin, were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. All around A+ on the experience. We will be shopping here for further major purchases.

Love this place! We purchased our dining table from here and from shopping to delivery we couldn’t have asked for better service. When purchasing they made sure we got the best deal with the current promotions and the delivery guys were fast, careful and kind! Love that we have a place like this in our area.

We were acknowledged when entering and asked if we needed help. We said we were looking for loveseats and were told areas to look in. Everyone was helpful and the paperwork didn’t take long. No complaints. It was all good!

Online catalog was easy to use and I found what I wanted quickly. Placing my order was straightforward. The follow-up call for confirmation and clarification was unexpected and a bonus.Coordination of delivery was uneventful, as was the delivery. I opted to setup myself so I could teach my teenage son how easy it is to do.During the setup that evening we discovered one part was missing - I swear that happens to me with every kit of any kind I ever purchase, so I was only a little annoyed. After two quick calls with Mandy and Josh at the Ft. Morgan store the next morning, they made good on the missing part without hesitation and with a sincere apology.My son now has a new bedroom set and F.M. has a satisfied customer that will be back.

An acquaintance went to your store with $1000 to spend. They were not greeted and when they asked about something, the rude lady said do what you want. The store people did not greet and they acted like they didnt want them in the store. Rude people work here. Anyhow they made a purchase at Fort Morgan Furniture down the street. I did not want to give any stars for your store but I had to so I could comment. We will never set foot in your store again! And yes, the customer was not White in case you were wondering.

Everyone at this store was very helpful. From salesperson to furniture delivery men, all great people. I compared prices from this store to ones in Greeley and Fort Collins, this store was a third cheaper for exact same pieces.

One is tall, one is short, one is medium, & one little person. Keeping business transactions in the community with the same people that support the community functions. I love this store. I have purchased so much. I just purchased a new mattress and the customer service was fantastic. I called today to ask if the mattress was returnable because I’m just not sure if it’s going to be comfortable. Which when buying a mattress it’s a gamble. Not a cheap mattress but not top of the line either.Spoke with Josh and he looked up my information and said that mattress is not returnable. That was it, no I’m sorry no nothing. I have spent a lot of money at this store and believe in buying local. Yes I should of asked at purchase, now I know. It would not be that devastating for this company to write this off or donate, to keep a return customer happy. Shame on Josh not good business.

I drive all the way to Ft. Morgan from Arvada to shop at this store because I can always find what I love! I shopped all over DENVER and the internet but found exactly what I wanted at this Furniture Mart.!The store has the finest furniture at reasonable prices and the selection is incredible. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it all just continues to be one of my favorite places to home shop!

We drove all the way from Westminster, CO to Fort Morgan because we couldnt find the bed we loved. We looked online and Furniture Mart came up right away with a picture of the bed we thought would be perfect. We got a new bed frame and mattress. The whole process was easy and the prices were just right! The Customer Service was top notch. No pushy sales people. Just good people who wanted to help us find the right bed for us. We were left alone to discuss and lay on mattress after mattress until we were sure which one we wanted. I will go back to Furniture Mart for furniture purchases in the future. It is worth the drive!

Been going to them for all my furniture needs. Except for one and I went some where else and my couch fell apart right away, poor quality. All furniture that I have purchased from Beckers is good quality and long lasting. Always have so much to choose from. Will be purchasing a new couch soon!! Josh and Staff are AMAZING!!

No compassion at all when my dad passed. We bought a chair for him, they delivered, late by the way. I bought this chair on Tuesday night, they delivered wed. Morning. We took dad to hospital where he died the next morning. He didnt even get to sit in the chair. But per policy they would not do a return. NONE my family will ever buy anything from that store again!!!!! So much for small town!
