Well stocked and clean store. Self checkout is not too bad.

Terrible! Return counter was having a problem with computers. Had to go next door at the liquor store. She had to call a manager. Waiting very long. Problem trying to cash in a lottery ticket. 🙄 worst Walmart Ive ever been in. And they let a Dam bird inside.

This store is beautiful! I live in MI and our cant even compete. There also was more staff then I have ever seen in a Walmart. So clean and stocked. All employees deserve a pat on the back.

Absolutely disgusted. The produce department smelled like rotted food. There were fruit flys everywhere and molded oranges.

Rosie at customer service was over the top amazing today. Not only did she help with a difficult return but she went out of her way to find a bottle my daughter dropped in an isle. Her customer service is rare and appreciated

Couldnt find what I needed. Lines long not enough cashiers. And always in every Walmart Ive been in most merchandise has no price on it or the shelf and I dont think I should have to hunt down a worker (ha good luck with that) just to get a price!!! So no price no sale.

Probably the cleanest and really the best Walmart we have in Fort Myers.

Actually first time I loved a walmart trip. Great selection, especially produce. They even had a hard to find classic Etch a Sketch.

Watch out for ink printer fraud! Somebody in this store is placing empty ink cartridges on the locked shelves in boxes that appear to be properly sealed on the outside. My wife bought 2 ink cartridges last night 12/4/20 at 4:58 PM, for a total of $55. When she opened them at home, the foil bags were opened, and both cartridges had the peel-off covers missing. One cartridge didnt match the description on the box. When we examined the boxes, they appeared to be carefully opened and resealed on the ends.My wife immediately called an associate in the electronics department stating that shed like to return them the next day and was told that this would fine. When she went to return them the following day, the assistant manager stated We dont take returns for ink cartridges. The assistant manager refused to allow my wife to speak to the store manager too.Someone working at that store in Ft Myers Beach is ripping off customers.

I like the produce here, the garden center, bought a TV here, and everything else to go with the house. One stop shopping. And the staff is very helpful and nice.

This Walmart supercenter is huge. It was very clean inside and the staff seemed friendly. The shelves were very well stocked and the overall presentation of the store was way better than my local Walmarts in Maryland. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this location.

Conveniently located between Sanibel and Fort Myers with ample amount of parking available. The store is kept clean and staff is friendly and ready to help. Everything is kept in order and the food market has a wide variety to choose from.

They saw that the checkout lanes were getting 3 deep and opened up another so we wouldnt have to wait. Good customer service.

I truly dread coming to this place. I prefer to go to Harvest Market down the road. This place always feels like a live circus.

Placed an online pick up. Very easy to pick up since they had clear instructions on where to go; had a convenient kiosk too. Only issue I ran into was when leaving. The employee working the self checkouts asked for my receipt but i wasnt given one so I went back to the service desk & they told me I didnt need one. They walked back with me to the front & explained it to the self checkout employee. It seemed as if the employee should have known already, the way they spoke with her.

This Walmart has a lot of the standard Walmart fare - but it also has a really great produce section. I have been very impressed with the fresh fruits and vegetables here.

Its ridiculous what theyre doing to us... Kenneling us all in a corral, making us ring out our own items, and when you have an item that you need help with... say alcohol or Price isnt correct, you have to wait 10 minutes to get someone to help you because they have one person doing the assistance for 20 registers... The young man was spread so thin it was ridiculous... he could barely get a sentence out, I didnt even know what he told me to do... He was talking to someone else that was asking for help while he was ringing my item how ridiculous to do that to us and their employee.... Shame shame.

The people are definitely not your friendly neighborhood associates. Everyone seems put out when you ask a question or if youre seeking help. Maybe a different caliber of person should be hired to represent your store.

Basic Walmart, staff walking around looking busy, no help, long wait times in customer service, because the usual 1 person working at any given time, live on the beach so the only place to buy supplies

Found everything we went in to purchase and a few bonus items. Was pleased to find a wine I am unable to buy in my home community. Most importantly, there were cashiers to accommodate my purchases!

Michael blum, one of your associates is an Angel sent by God to help people. Amazing staff ever!!! Everytime I visit walmart the staff is helpful in finding what I need, smiling. Today, I went to get some groceries and when I came back my car wouldnt start. It was almost 10pm and I had called roadside assistance but it was taking them an hour to come. So, this absolutely amazing and Angel like employee, Michael Blum saw a 65 year old mother and a daughter looking for help feeling helpless and since it was night time I was feeling unsafe so we asked him if he knew anything about starting my car. He was the only one who willingly listened to us and saw our concern n agreed to help. I dont know anything about cars and he was kind enough to help jump start my car. God bless this man.. He deserve appreciation and a raise 👏 this is one of the many reason why I like visiting walmart at San Carlos Blvd ❤ because the staff here is extra nice. If he was not here then I would have been waiting for the entire hour and he made sure I take the instruction to drive straight to home and do not turn off the car before reaching home. Thank you very much Michael for your generosity amd kindness. God bless u always 🙏

I came in to make photo prints which is not a real big business anymore so there is no one back at the photo area waiting. I put in my request and it printed out in short order. I asked for some assistance to get my photos and all the associate could say was “it won’t be ready until the time printed on the receipt.” Really. She could have just walked over and been a real good customer service associate but she didn’t. So I’ll go to the local CVS and get them.A missed opportunity on your part.

Whats there to review about a Wal-Mart? These are sad places where human beings, both customers and store attendants, pass by each other with little acknowledgement to each others existence. Zipping by, you grab what you need, and go. The app has made it even more convenient to not need assistance to find things. The headache of trying to find a store assistance in the jungle of isles is not worth it.

Bicycle tires, my arm for bicycle tires... Another Walmart comes up lacking... Are bicycle tires the new gold or is Walmart forcing us to go to Amazon... Curious, are the tires that hard to come by or is it just the system they have set up... Fast moving products get all the attention, and the little stuff just falls by the wayside... Arent there managers that walk the store checking shelves, do they know their product line in their area and find ways to get their products into stock... Or do they just walk by their areas and not pay attention? Been a long time since I was in the retail game, but this never would have been put up with back in the day...

Need more cashiers, I dont get paid or a discount for ringing up my own stuff, fyi

Another Walmart. Well stocked and had what we needed.

Reasonable prices and portions. Only 2 outdoor tables. No street parking nearby but offers 2 parking spots and bar table. However, foods we ordered ( pulled pork sandwiches and panini) were really great that i would go back.

I like this location, they seem to have a lot more product than most of the Walmart.

Pretty good storeI liked the one in Napals Florida better(much larger and better layout. Luckily we weren’t looking for any Refrigerated items such as meats and such. It was all empty. I’m under the impression that they were having free-on issues with their coolers. Besides that they had what we needed.

Its your average supercenter... Seems to have been around a while. Decent grocery section.

Used to be nice when it first opened, now its just another Walmart, empty shelves, rude associates (when you can find one) and interestingly enough every other week I used to go there and after 10pm they have no checkouts open except self checkout. Personally Id prefer having a cashier do it, seems faster because the self checkout machines are constantly complaining about something.

Great if you love checking out your own cart after hours of shopping.

Always a great place to get staples and certain foods. Usually have good luck with the clothing and get compliments on them! Overall good store without going into politics.

Did a pickup order, many items marked unavailable. Nonsense Items were duplicated in the bags, or just plain missing. No paper recipts provided to validate the contents against. After picking up the order, I went inside the store, several things that were marked unavailable were available when I went inside. Not a good first experience.

Basic Walmart experience, best time to go is after 10pm but be read to wait in lines.

I found this guy heading towards the highway, so I corralled him to the supercenter. I was treated as though I was the bad guy! I asked on lookers to watch where he goes and Id go into the store to inform the manager or security officer. She was rude, by sayingwhere, she couldnt see him I told theyre liable if he hurts anyone. She called the sheriff.

Moving product and shelving again.Out of a lot . Got to go elsewhere to get what I need. Not a single cash register open at 10:00 am on Friday! All self service and then checking everyones receipt when you leave. I try not to go here. Prefer Neighborhood Market most of the time.

The Wal-Mart on San Carlos is very neat and well stocked. The cliental is very friendly and extremely helpful. It is pleasant shopping, and prices that are hard to beat.

A good portion of empty shelves in food section. Always question why I even go in. Neighborhood Grocery Store are much better stocked.

The absolute best Walmart I have ever seen customer service was helpful and the greeter is very friendly and enthusiastic.

I went in today, I had forgotten my mask in the car but thankfully they give out free complimentary mask at the door as well as hand sanitizer and wipes for the cart, it was clean and decently stocked, they actually had enough cashiers to handle the flow of shoppers! They clean the screen AND keypad in between shoppers.. I thought that was a nice thing to do due to the CORONAVIRUS!!!!

Heavy rain good selections plenty of help check out lines I would rather they were manually operated or at least one aisle or older folks handicap folks etc all day not just one day a week

Was out of wipes for cart handles, and teller was too chatty with shopper in front of us. Took 20 minutes for that shopper to get through. Perhaps they havent seen each other on a while. Who knows. Other then that every went smooth🙂

This store is used to the vacationers looking for odd stuff, they have everything. They were clean and helpful. There meat and produce were better than on Ft Myers Beach at those stores.

Couldnt find a cashier anywhere and couldnt go to self check out because I had a 12 pack of beer. 2 or 3 customers and I just wandered around trying to figure out what to do for about 5 minutes

This is a newly remodeled store with all new refrigeration for foods. It is extremely clean & well kept. The items are very well stocked.A great place to pick up delicious ingredients.

Hated to have to go here in the middle of a pandemic... So many people not wearing masks at all. Of course, its their right to do so but i wish more people would think of the effects the actions have on others.Aside from the pandemic rant. Its awful. Noisy. Brighter than necessary. Loud. Rude people. Clustering at the check out lines because there arent enough open.I honestly usually avoid walmart as much as possible.

Walmart supercenter is one of my place favorite places for buying groceries. I find they have a good selection and their prices are quite good also. Theyre best deal of course is bananas. Its also nice if you need some sort of clothing item or pharmacy item its just handy in the same store.

The store is easy to find. The road to access it is in a bit of disrepair (big pot hole, so be careful, and one of the stop signs looks white and hard to see).Once there, their parking lot is spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. Their entryway is uncluttered and neat. Their items are sorted and most are easy to find. Their produce was in very good condition. The smell of fresh tomatoes and oranges assaults the senses with a pleasant sweet scent, which made me grab a few extra tomatoes and a few tangerines Id not planned on purchasing. Some of the produce have signs so you can target them easily. We were able to find our groceries and check out in approximately 40 minutes (about 15 items). Very pleasant experience.
