Truly deserve 5 stars. Old fashioned hardware store - you can get everything here, reasonable prices and GREAT help in the store. Fun store, practical store and a great resource so clise to where we are staying.

I bought two beach chairs and the store owner came over and talked about the chairs. Friendly and efficient service. Like most items on an island that is inconvenient to get off, its a little pricey.

Best hardware store on the island. If they dont have what you need/want, they can order and have it for you in 2-4 days. Sal is always friendly, funny, and helpful.

Under new management/ownership, this sweet hardware store has flourished and grown. The owners are so friendly snd helpful and knowledgeable. They are my new go to hardware store for any of my hardware needs.

New super friendly owners and tons of new inventory! I was able to get hardware supplies as well as beach supplies. One stop shop! I will definitely return!

Don’t let the older bad reviews of owner/employees turn you off.I’m working on the Estero Blvd roadway improvements project and needed a couple of items. I swung in here because...where else am I gonna go during the workday?New owner was at the register - he bought the business a week ago. There was either another employee or a friendly customer (I really don’t know which) that also helped me find a few things.The two of them couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Good small business (limited stock) with great friendly service.I’ll be back because this beach sand wreaks havoc on my tape measures!

My brother just purchased this store 2 weeks ago! It will be a much more friendly environment to shop in. If you are in the area please check it out. Lots of exciting changes are coming!

What a difference new ownership makes. Courteous, helpful, knowledgable and interested in service. This store will bring a whole new level of quality to Fort Myers Beach.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Tried to pay higher prices to buy local. The guy working (assuming it was the owner) had a major attitude from the moment I walked in. He literally started a full on argument within me about a lightbulb because he didn’t know if the color (light bulbs these days differ in colors) matched the one I had. After I mentioned I would Google it to try and answer my own question he took the bulb I had in my hand that I wanted to purchase and told me not to worry about it, and with a major attitude. So I said “I’m done here” and walked out The guy literally walked out of the store behind me swearing and yelling at me. A full out profanity laced argument erupted in the parking lot. All this over trying to ensure a light bulb matched the rest of the bulbs in my house but this guy didn’t have the time or patience. Take it or leave it and absolutely no returns.I love supporting local business. I have had a place on the island for 20+ years. This store will never seems my face again and I’ll boycott it until the day he goes BK as a result of his piss poor attitude and even worse customer service.

Is convenient, but I avoid this store when I can because the men who run this hardware store have an attitude and I don’t really need that in my life. They pretty much are jerks.

Horrible people! I live here on the island and the old guy told me to go back to Ohio. Absolutely zero customer service skill. Frankly these were the rudest people i have ever met living here on the beach. Total jerks. Do yourself a favor and go to walmart.

This company deserves no stars! The owner just called me an a_ _ wipe and told me I had a big a_ _! Very poor customer service skills. There was a problem with our corporate account, not our fault. He closed our account without notice and in front of a store full of customers was saying what a big a_ _ company we are and we dont pay our bills. He was using our company name. BTW, we do not currently owe them any money, there had been a mix up and payment took longer than usual. That had already been explained to him on a previous occasion. I honestly do not know how they stay in business other than they are the only hardware store in town!

I just enjoy going in here. I love the people that are working in here too, they have so many great and helpful information. The bottom line is, this is one heck of a store.

Absolutely terrible service I went in there to get 2 gallons of paint and I wanted them to match it to Benjamin Moore White Dove and he said he couldnt do it then the owner came out and said oh well I could take a look at it and he says well why dont you go back to Home Depot thats where you got this stuff from totally rude totally unhelpful never go back and I will tell everyone never to shop there!!!! Disgracefull business practices

Nice small hardware store. Really need this store on the island.

Horrible customer service, in fact no customer service. They opened 10 minutes late and never made eye contact or even replied when we said hello. Its worth the drive a few miles to Goodz hardware.

This guy is jerk! Worst customer service and act like your an annoyance rather than a customer to be appreciated! Im forced to go there for some items that I need in a hurry as next closet hardware is 20 minute drive!

Two old crusty guys run this place with no customer service skills. We go off the island just to avoid them.

Generally the store only stocks one piece of a given item. Very frustrating when you are looking for something in particular... there seems to be as many out-of-stocks as in-stocks!

They seem to have one of everything.
