This place is an absolute joke. I had a reservation to pick up a moving truck at 8am. I arrive a couple mintues early to be told the truck is not there. I call the 800 number and they say that this business checked in the truck as being ready for pick up and on site yesterday,( poor ethics). Now an hour later still no truck when I was told it should be here in about 10-15 minutes at 8:10. Then Im told they do not have a hand truck on the property for me. So now I have to wait even longer to get my truck and get going. Then they say the truck is here for me to pick up but there is no hand truck on there as I was told there would be when it arrived. Come to find out the truck that just arrived that they want to put me in is not the truck I am supposed to have according to the call center that the one I am suppose to have is still in route. Also back in March when we dropped off a truck they tried to charge me for fuel when the tank was visually completely full but the gauge was not pegged and tried to say there was extra damages that were there and notated from original pickup location. If you need to rent a truck Penske is great but if you like dealing with people that have an I dont care attitude, piss poor business ethics, and will try to swindle you the best way they can then definitely rent your truck for these jokers. Penske really needs to cancel their business with this place. The corporate office told me over the phone that they have had a lot of complaints about this place and I definitely wasnt the first one they tried to charge for fuel when the truck was actually full.
