Extremely rude person.Never do any business with them.Dont waste your time and nerves.Better go to other places or just dont fix it.Shame how they handled insurance cases.Find any other repair shop .Trust me you will be happy.
The staff I dealt with needs to learn how to respect the customers. He is a rude person. I believe he is the owner
They called and quoted us the price and we agreed to it then they tried to do a bunch of extra work and charge us an extra $400 when we said we would not pay it they threatened us with keeping our mower and saying we could not prove it was ours. HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
Horrible service to customers. Do not get warranty through lowes or home depot and go to them. You will be sorry and regret it. Some of the rudest people ever.
A potential extended warranty issue was filed with Home Depot. Once a claim number was assigned, I was informed I would get a a call from TB Mower. Got the call the the next day, Andy arranged to have the mower picked up; which was done the following day by Gator. 2 days later received a call from Andy letting me know all was good. A fitting had come loose causing the oil leak (not the head gasket) and arrangements were made to return the mower. The following day, Gator arrived, explained further the issue and how it was resolved and if in the future I needed anything at all, to just. Andy and Gator are easy to work with and would recommend. Thanks Guys!
I wouldnt have given them 1 star if I didnt have to. Took my 4 month mower in for warranty work and they attempted to pull a fast one on me. Fortunately for me before I took the mower in I had taken photos of everything including the fact that it had oil in it. I get a call 5 hours after dropping it off telling me it never had oil in the motor, and I could pay them additional money to take it apart. I picked it up and have it recorded showing how they replaced the dipstick and reservoir with a new one. Unfortunately for them, they didnt think it through well enough. Its the only part of the mower that is spotless. It was obviously replaced, and I have the before and after photos for proof. They will be investigated. Picked the wrong guy this time. No telling how long theyve been doing this, but by all the used parts off of expensive mowers for sale in their shop, it looks like for quite some time. This is a chop shop. Take your stuff anywhere else. Buyer beware.
T B mowers is a rip off. Do not use them. They will scam you saying one price but when you come to pick up equipment the price has gone up. I took my riding mower in for repair and not to exceed $150.00. Went to pick it up and the cost was over $450.00 and the machine was still not repaired. They had to do more diagnostics to it. Are you kidding me? They still have my equipment and have made no attempt to settle with me.
Needed a side discharge chute for my Troy-Bilt mower. This place came recommended from a friend of mine whos used them in the past and I took him up on the recommendation. Fair price. Local. Quick 15 min trip up the road. When I walked in to get the part I needed, I was greeted by their dog (friendly). After a quick hello...a quick pet on the head...the dog turned around and went to sleep waiting by the front door. Mustve been a rough day when I showed up. :) Ill be back for my future mower repair needs! Thanks! :)
Their service is really good. Upfront and honest. But wish they would stick to the 8 am open time. Been there twice and both times had to wait 20 minutes for them to open the store. As a result ran late at work.
Would have had a better experience but unfortunately I didnt. The mechanic was backed up a few weeks which I understood but after almost a month . I checked again and my mower had been dropped off where I bought it. Its been there a week. Along with the bad attitude of the mechanic. I dont think I will take my business there anymore.

I had a problem with my string trimmer late 2016. I called TB Mowers, Inc. to ask about bringing my equipment in. I needed them to send my trimmer back to the company for an exchange. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions. When I arrived I was was greeted in a kind friendly manner by 3 different people as I walked through the doorway. They were happy to help me and followed up with a phone call a few days later to update me on the progress. I will recommend them to any of my friends who need their services.
Quick service n fair prices.. been dealing n having advanced service to my mowers for yrs .. have no plans on changing service centers, Id recommend them to anyone!!!
This place is a joke. Needed a part they said 3 different times they ordered it. Never got the part. Its alright thou I got my part in 2 days online.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Old man the very nasty, took my stuff and didnt want to give it back when I told him I didnt want to do business with them because the way he treated me. Never had a problem before I had to deal with that mistake been.

I needed warranty work for a rider I bought through Home depot. The online app made an appointment for me two days later when T&B was to come and repair or pick up my unit. I took a day off from work to be there and they never showed.No call, no nothing. I waited over a week to hear from them and nothing.I called Home depot warranty and they apologised and said they would contact T&B the following day, as it was past their business hours.Guess what?Nothing. Not that day, not for another week.I called Home Depot and told them what had happened, and asked that they assign the job to A-Z Mowers in Port Charlotte as they had done warranty work on another machine I had previously. They told me it would take 1 business day to get them the request and I should hear from them in2 business days. Well to the point, the very next morning I got a call from them and they picked up the machine that afternoon.If the way my case was handled is indicative of T&B business practices, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere..
I found the service here to be rude. Especially the owner. I was told it would be two weeks before my machine would possibly be looked at because of a backlog on business. I understood and called into the business two weeks later just to check the status of whether or not my machine had been looked at. I explained I was told it could be a few weeks. I was not in a rush. I was simply inquiring. The owner copped an attitude. Told me he was too busy to get to it right now. I had to walk away from working on a mower just to answer the phone. I have not looked at your mower, because I am too busy. But if you insist on making me drop everything for you I will. I can put everyone else on hold just for you. Just let me know. I was offended and pissed. Two days later he called and said it was done. I paid $80 for my mower. Low and behold the repairs were poor. The mower was louder. Sounded rough. I used it The afternoon I picked it up. It ran sluggish. Acted like it was stalling out. The second time I used the mower, it was hard to start, ultimately ran rough and loud. After mowing only 3/4 of the yard during the second use after picking it up, the mower died! Its currently in another shop. I told the woman working at TB Mowers how dissatisfied I was with the owners attitude toward me. I was shocked he was complaining about having too much work! I suggested to her if he didnt like having customers he could shut down. I reminded her his attitude would destroy his business. I also told her he lost my business. I would never be back. I took my mower to Hiller Mowers in Bonita Springs, FL. I explained all the original issues I had with the mower. The work I requested TB Mowers to do. I was given a two week repair window by Hiller Mowers. Its been there a week. TB Mowers failed me on the original repair, but took my money anyway. Hiller Mowers called me today to let me know the repair on the mower TB Mowers failed to do is now actually done. I will pick up my mower tomorrow morning from Hiller Mowers. I give my respect and gratitude to Brian the owner and his staff for being stand-up honest guys! Hiller Mowers has earned my business and respect. Thank you!he held I was being pleasant, but firm.
