Staff was quick and friendly. A large group ahead of us offered to let us ahead in line but we were just as undecided. So we passed on the pass. We still got seen to by staff quickly and the large group was all set impressively fast! We were in and out with exactly what we wanted from friendly, helpful staff. Great job for such a young crew of high school age teens! Of course the ice cream was worth every calorie!

This was my first time here. But they have so many kinds of ice-cream. And cones, I got cookie dough with Carmel. It was delicious. Everyone is so patient and kind while you try and decide what you want. This is a great place for ice cream. I would recommend this place to everyone....

Literally sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes was so disappointed in the speed of service.I really enjoy this place but today i will definitely give a thumbs down 👎

THE WORKERS DONT WEAR GLOVES!!! At a time like this, handling food products safely and with little contact as possible is needed. However the girl behind the counter went from working the register, to handling my cone and scooping my ice cream, and back to the register again. All without gloves or washing her hands. Ew. Its not like she grabbed my cone with a napkin either, it was just her bare hands on my cone. I was shocked! Yes, they wear masks, but if they dont wash their hands or wear gloves, then whats the point of the masks????

To me I enjoy good customer service and their customer seevice was eh. Good ice cream though.

Good place for ice cream in the area. This store has a pretty good selection of flavors. The store was clean and the bathroom were taken care of. If youre in town and have a craving for some delicious ice cream, skip the broken ice cream machine at the McDonalds and come here!

We love Baskin Robbins. My husband and I always have our usual favorite. Pralines and cream for me, world class chocolate for hubby...2 scoops in a (free) waffle bowl. The service is quick and polite, store is clean and comfortable.

YUM ! Love the varieties of ice cream there. Yes ! I scream for Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Its nice to find an ice cream shop that has original Hot Fudge...not just Hersheys chocolate like all the other places give you.

The people were friendly and helped my older son when he went in with his younger brothers to order ice-cream.My boys enjoyed their ice-cream, so did my dog:)Outside tables were dirty but that is the only down that I could tell.Thank you for letting us enjoy our ice-cream outside!

Good ice cream, but its hard to get to the store if you are heading east on Battlefield. You have to wind your way through the parking lots of other businesses to get there.

The Baskin Robbins on Battlefield is great. Of course there is a huge selection of ice cream, but the service is equally wonderful. The staff is consistently patient while my kids make their selections. I will be back!

Pricey but their ice cream is great! When you get a sundae they put alot of nuts, cream, and whatever topping you choose. Always clean and staff is polite.

Friendly staff. Ice cream is over priced compared to local craft quality options. Ice creams are generally soft and not frozen hard for scooping: generally melting before reaching the cone.

Ive visited here many times to get ice cream to take home and refrigerate. I love the variety, but scoop size changes depending on employee dispensing it.

The employees looked like they just got out of a nazi camp when we went in to get our free ice cream from the app. Do not know if we will be returning or recoomending to anyone anytime soon.

Ordered a custom cake, it stated that it fed 12-16 people. Once I picked it up, the cake is barely big enough to feed 6-8 people and it was $40! Never ordering from there again! Plus, the customer service was horrible.
