My family has used Waters several times with good results but never again. He recently replaced the windshield on my truck. When I went out the next day to remove the tape there were several paint chips on the door pillar. When Waters came to look, he agreed that they were not there when he replaced the windshield, he agreed that the truck had not moved since he replaced the windshield and then denied all responsibility. When I asked how he thought the paint could get chipped sitting under a carport, he had nothing to say. Use this business at your own risk.
