They look down on you.the prices are ridiculous.

The staff will take care of you they just need a lil more selection.

While they have awesome products, unfortunately theyve changed policies that things may get confusing when using coupons. They send out all these coupons but being holidays and everything is on sale you cant use coupons on anything. Maybe seen 2-3 racks that you could use. And those really werent that great. For people that rely on deals I would advise to stay away from here and maybe hit somewhere else. But thats an opinion. And we know about those. Besides that issue its a decent store.

This is the second time Ive had a bad experience with hibbetts. Not the local store though but headquarters/customer service. They lie when saying that the e gift cards are instantly delivered to an email when bought. Ill never use their website again thats for sure. And if you want to buy a e gift card for them good luck. You may receive the email in a week.

I done school shopping here my boys look great,theres lots to choose from, we even found Michael Jordan shoes my boys couldnt wait to ware there new things, and prices were great

The merchandise is pricey, and not very competitive with other sporting goods stores. They have a good selection of clothing, but actual sports equipment is lacking.

Sadly we didnt have a great experience here. Staff is not helpful. Perhaps some smiles and extra training would help.
