I cannot say enough good things about Ancro Door Company in Fort Payne, Alabama. I found myself stuck in my garage due to a broken spring and called them first thing. I left a message expecting not to hear until later that day. To my surprise and relief, they returned my call within 30 minutes. I sent a picture of my door and he could see from that what the problem was. Someone was at my house within 2 hours and not only fixed my problem but serviced everything, including my other garage door. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism and highly recommend them to all in the area.

These fellas were spectacular!!! My old garage door was jammed up and I couldnt use it. Gave these guys a call and they came and magically made it work again. Now it works better than before! Highly recommend!!

Our motor and chain needed repair and several of my church members recommended Ancro. Chance Heath came out with another associate and not only repaired the motor and chain, they cleaned and lubricated every joint and wheel, tightened the springs, and checked the sensors. The price was very reasonable and billing was handled easily and smoothly. We are so pleased that I plan to have them come out and service the door at least twice a year.

I am very pleased with my experience with Ancro Doors They came out and worked on my garage door, and a few days later I had another issue with it. Sam Robinson came out on Saturday morning and replaced my spring, did not charge a replacement fee, or service charge. Very nice people! Thank you!!!!

Very good technicians, very professional. They called before arriving, very thorough and took the time to troubleshoot and calibrate the garage opener and torque settings. They also check the entire system to make sure everything was in working order. Garage door and opener never worked this well.

Sam and Ethan was great very professional answered all my questions and done a super job on replacing my torsion springs very pleasant customer service and speedy service also I live outside the city of Fr. Payne in Centre Al called them at around 8:15 and they were here before 11 a.m. took them maybe 45 minutes to do repair I highly recommend these guys for any garage door repair/replacement that you may need you wont be sorry..
