I had to have my wedding ring cut off in an emergency situation on vacation in FL(In 2 pieces at that). Brought it home and checked with them about repairing it. They were confident they could fix it. Within a week, it was repaired at what seems to be better quality than originally bought. Price was very reasonable considering the amount of work to fix it. They definitely saved my ring and I am beyond happy with it.

Nice people, but the quality is terrible .We paid over $2,000 for a wedding set with Lifetime Warranty.Just to have the stones to fall out. We picked up the wedding band and the stone was laying in the bag.Before we took it home.They fixed it no charge.Now the stone has fallen out of the engagement ring and was charged.Would not recommend to buy from them.Cheap quality and a over priced rate.Will not buy here again.
