We were seriously blown away by the level of kindness and customer service we experienced today at Chimney Pro! Our vent free insert was not functioning properly so we went in to see what our options were. They did not try to up sell us or sell us something we do not need. The team joined in to try and solve our problem and to enthusiastically show us what options we could consider. In the description on the companys website we read, Chimney Pro is based on principles of honesty, integrity, and dependability. I will attest to the truthfulness of this statement; we are happy to have found chimney professionals we can trust for all of our chimney and wood burning stove needs both now and in the future! We have fire again!

Amber and the team at Chimney Pro did a great job for us. For several years we had wanted to install a gas fireplace insert in our home. They visited our home and provided us several options to consider. The team worked with us before, during and after the sale to provide the perfect system for our home. We are very pleased with the way it looks and feel confident it will meet our expectations going forward. I hired Chimney Pro to inspect/clean 4 of my fireplaces. Dustin was very professional and explained my options after inspecting each one and told me honestly if it needed cleaning or not. He went above and beyond to make sure my new gas logs were set correctly. The cleaning process was very easy and did not make a mess in my white living room, thankfully!

In February of 2011 Dennis and his crew from the Fireplace Service Center installed a wood burning fireplace with stacked stone rock work in my home. They did everything that they said they would do. All I had to do was put wood in and start a fire. They did everything complete from start to finish. They were very neat, clean, and professional. This fall I had Dennis come out and do the chimney sweep and check it out. Again very professional. I highly recommend them for all of your fireplace needs.

We replaced our fireplace last year with a beautiful direct vent Mendota, which we purchased from the Fireplace Service Center. We had been having trouble with our original fireplace, and after many hours researching the internet for who I hoped would be the best, I picked the Fireplace Service Center. I called and established a service call. They arrived promptly, and after an hour of checking, talking and explaining, it was determined that a new fireplace was needed. My husband and I then traveled the 45 or so miles to their facility in Ft. Payne to look at the various models and see what was available, as we had some very specific parameters that had to be met, one of which was a marble surround that would have to be removed and put back. We purchased on the spot and a delivery and installation date was set. We had a delay because of weather, but several days later, they arrived in their big red truck and the process began. Dennis Dobbs, the owner, along with his technician, Dustin Doty, then began the tedious job of getting my marble removed, which they did while I held my breath. It came off without so much as a chip! The entire installation was a long process, but it was completed in a day and the professionalism and courtesy they exhibited and the care they took in our home, was exceptional. When the job was completed, my new fireplace looked perfect, and my precious marble was still in perfect condition! I recently had a service call, which as it turned out, was more operator error than fireplace error, and Dennis took the time to explain every little nuance until he was satisfied I understood its complete operation. You absolutely cant go wrong with this company, and Dennis and his crew are a delight to work with. If you need a fireplace, or fireplace service, this is the go to place!
