Katrina was wonderful in explaining my hearing loss and prescribing the settings on my h aids. I am glad to have a good company holding my hand so to speak, during the testing, mapping my hearing loss and explaining the loss and prescribed aids.

I went there April 7 and I have STILL not received hearing aid.My insurance people have now scheduled me an appointment with a different ear doctor.I am under the impression that since I am disabled and on Medicare,maybe the doctor doesnt receive the lions share of the profit,so he just doesnt care.I cant even remember his name,its been so long.Anyway,this is the worst experience I have ever had regarding health matters.

They went above and beyond to help me with my hearing issues. I recommend to anyone with hearing issues. Great people!!!

Tony did a hearing test and recommended Audibel Via AI hearing aids to deal with he hearing deficiency that I have. I had been wearing older Starkey hearing aids for about 4 years so hearing aids was not a new experience to me.After some research I decided to accept Tonys offer for the Via AI aids. At the first appointment Tony Set up the aids and the Thrive APP on my phone. I like being able to change setting on the aids through the app. We found that there is an issue using iPhone 6 and older phones with the app due to Apple upgrading the iOS after i6. It does work for now but it tends to drop connecting with the aids. When it does you close the app and restart it.During both sessions Tony got assistance from an outside consultant with questions that I had raised. On the second session Tony moved the settings closer to my ideal settingOverall I do hear better than I did with the old aids.At all times Tony acted in a professional manner.

Pleased with the great friendly service they are always helpful and know what about it is that they are doing and Explain to you what is going on and can help you with all your needs and make sure that you are taking care of i would not go anywhere else i was treated fair and kind with no problem at all thank you god bless ( jeff brannon )
