I purchased a mattress three years ago, we started having problems with sagging. I called the store and was told my mattress was still under warranty. I called on a Saturday and the next Friday our mattress was replaced. They were very accommodating and quick to resolve our issue. They stand behind their products.

I purchased a Sealy Silver Chill two months ago and love the mattress. I used to wake up with aches and pains, and I have had none since purchasing this mattress. Customer Service is so like it should be! I was pleased from the moment I entered the Ft Payne Mattress Planet. Travis was very helpful and attentive. I told him what I was looking for and he LISTENED! He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and helped me narrow down what I needed, with out pressure. My mom purchased a new bed from Travis and everything he said about the bed was exactly right. My mom has had the best nights sleep since getting her new bed. She finally sleeps all night and a deep sleep too and she wakes up feeling refreshed. She has even mentioned that her back doesnt hurt as bad when she first wakes up because she used to wake up still tired and her back would be stiff. I recently purchased an adjustable base from Mattress Planet. I dont know how I have went this long without having one, but I definitely rest so much better now! Travis was able to get me approved for 0% interest financing. They even delivered and set up everything up for me. I basically went in the store, picked out what I wanted and they took care of the details. Customer service is absolutely phenomenal. No pressure, no hassle, no gimmicks. Travis & Eric went above and beyond for me and really know their products inside and out.

Travis and the owner and delivery driver (sadly didnt catch their names) are amazing. Everyone was on time and very efficient, my girlfriend and I walked into the store and picked out a mattress and bedframe within 15 minutes and it was delivered the next day. We have never picked out a mattress before and it was the easiest and quickest process. We were stuck between picking a 5 inch or 9 inch boxspring and went with the 5 inch at first. We decided we wanted to switch to the 9 inch but we were moving the next day so we werent sure if that would be enough time for a deliver but Travis made it the easiest switch ever. He personally made sure we got everything we wanted on time. Ive never had a purchase go so smoothly, not even ordering pizza. I highly recommend Mattress Planet and whatever Travis is being paid isnt enough, the man deserves a raise.

Went today looking for a better mattress to help with mine & my husbands back problems! They had lots to choose from with soft, medium or firm pressure. The man that helped us was super nice and very informative about his mattresses! The owner and a delivery man came and delivered our bed a few hours later, set it up and even took our old mattress to disguard. Our mattress came with 10 year warranty and a 60 day in home trial. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will reccomend this business to anyone I know thats looking for a mattress!

The number 1 place in Dekalb County for adjustable frame and mattress. If you want the best service then here is your place. My story is that I was in the hospital with Covid pneumonia and was getting ready to come home, but I knew I could not lay flat because of my oxygen levels. My wife went to the store and meet Eric our salesperson and they FaceTimed me. Eric went thru all the models and carefully listened to all my needs and personal favorites on each model. We then made a well informed decision on a adjustable frame. Eric lined up to deliver and setup everything that day. While setting up our bed, Eric went above and beyond making sure that everything was just right, even going as far as wiping down our existing bed frame and making sure everything was perfect. After the setup Eric prayed for my family. I do not know of anything more that the employees of mattress planet especially Eric could have done to show me and my family how much they care about their customers. This was truly one of the best customer experiences that we have ever been a part of. Mattress planet and Eric thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Y’all are the best. It would’ve been a minimum of two weeks if I had ordered from Tempurpedic directly.Travis (store manager) provided excellent service and answered any questions I had. The owner (I’m sorry, I forgot his name, I think it is Eric) delivered it and set it up even sooner than I expected. I can already tell this Tempurpedic Adapt medium is much more comfortable than our Tuft & Needle mattress, but will post a more in-depth mattress review once it’s broken in.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience and recommend everyone in the north AL area to use this location for your next mattress purchase!

I am a repeat customer with this family-owned (I am assuming based on encounters with Eric and even his family at some point) business. Every time I have been in that store Eric has dealt with us one on one, and even personally delivered our stuff to our home. That is the first time thats ever happened. And personally, I would rather pay a little more (if that was even the case) and know that I am supporting a family and someone who actually invested a little bit in my purchases at their business. WE bought a mattress from mattress planet ft payne al this past friday.(black friday) this is something we normally dread.stores are so different from high pressure to the shady ones.from the moment we walked in Eric greeted us showed us what we asked for and was very helpful and pleasent through the entire process.as far as delivery he said we could deliver TODAY if needed!!!!! i was amazed to say the least. we settled on sat. Had a great experience have been wanting a new mattress since I had my little boy Ive had back problems and me and my fiance were shopping around and decided to just go in and look around wasnt expecting to purchase anything that day didnt really think we could with how our credit was....but surprisingly we actually got approved! Now I have a new temperpedic bed and threw my 15 year old handmedown bed away!!
