The process of renting the truck was fine but I was over charged on my card and when I brought it to Penskes attention they Told me it wasnt them and that my credit card company probably charged me hidden fees. Really??? Ive never had my credit card company do that and Penske is crazy for even suggesting that. The lady at the counter who charged my card said oh its probably the security deposit. Ok well that would have been a $100 charge not just $52. So now I have to wait til my payment isnt pending anymore for my cc company to even investigate this over charge. So when I take this truck back on empty its on penske since they were greedy and took $52 they shouldnt have from me. I dont have the extra money to put in gas now.Thanks Penske way to go!
