Sherwin-Williams has always been my favorite go to paint store. The staff at their Fort Payne store are both courteous, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the use if their products and accessories. I recently moved to the area and it was my first experience with this particular store, but I have only positive things to say regarding my experience with them.

I entered the Fort Payne store needed a specific color range for front porch swing and stain for backyard fence. I was unclear as to exact types needed for both items. When I entered the door I was welcomed from store assistant manager. He assisted me with clear and relevant comparative information which led me to a confident choice of purchase on both items. The purchase took only about 20 minutes which is always a plus.

We just moved to the Fort Payne area and the previous home owners had damaged the walls when they moved out. Isaac matched our paint from small sample squares that I cut from the walls. The match was perfect for walls that were painted nine years ago. We always use Sherwin Williams for the level of skill and professionalism that we have always received. Thank you Isaac.

Going to Sherwin Williams is part of my job, I have to pick up paint all of the time. Everyone is very nice. We are treated very well, and respected by employees. Usually we dont even have to tell them our names, unless its a new person they already know. This is almost year 6 going to this Sherwin Williams. I wish they sold the t-shirts, cuz mine get bad. SW paint is awesome, I dont mind advertising. That way we dont have to use anything else:)

The young lady there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has a great personality and made us feel like we were most important. She gave great customer service.
