Great initial contact. Everything downhill from there as Cash for Cars transfers everything to CoPart-Ft. Pierce. Truck driver sent to pick up vehicle arrived 3 hours late, then refused to deal with me (the owner of the vehicle) and would only speak to my husband. My husband finally walked away and forced the driver to deal with me. The driver then refused my title saying it wasnt valid. I took the title to the tag agency and got the manager to write a note saying the title is valid. Then I contacted CoPart, got an address and mailed my title to them, expecting them to do as they promised and mail a check to me. Its been exactly a week (7 full days) since I mailed the title. (USPS claims all interstate mail arrives within 2 days.) They claim they get too much mail to look through every day and will look for my title. This is after after multiple texts and calls where I spend forever on hold. Cash For Cars promises that I can pick up a check today, then transfers me to CoPart who says they wont write a check until they find my title in their mountains of mail. Meanwhile, they arent looking.No one ever calls me, I initiate all calls. Dont waste your time with this business.

Went inside at the facility and not a single employee had a mask on during a pandemic that seems to be getting worse. If they’re not abiding by government regulations, then it makes me wonder what else they’re not doing when it comes to their jobs. Service was also terrible. I walked in, made eye contact with multiple employees but it seemed as if nobody was willing to help.

It was ok but did better elsewhere.

Great Customer Service fast and friendly service and they make it fairly easy to remove unwanted cars trucks etc.

These people only want your car for free, I believe they dont buy car from good people who buy car, because their offer are very bad.
