I took my truck there to get the transmission rebuilt because overdrive didnt work. They charge me 1600 and said it would be ready in two days. They had to take it back out five times and take it back apart trying to get reverse to work. Reverse worked fine when I drove it there. Finally they gave up on my transmission and bought a junk yard transmission with 90000 miles on it and put that in. They told me they would warranty it for 90 days, but they still wanted to keep the 1600.A junkyard transmission is around 400 and cost 4 to 500 to put it in.They also replaced the oil pan gasket and then started the engine without putting the oil back in. I had to go tell the service manager to go stop them. My engine already had 246000 miles on it so Im sure its toast now.So they test drive the truck and everything works fine but they wont give me my truck back. Instead they hand me a receipt for a refund to my card and then tell me to go get cash.DONT GO THERE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT.

First of all when dealing with auto parts you have to have common sense and knowledge with that said they will treat you fair and give you a grate price for what you’re asking for!

My vehicle is nearing 20 years old really hard to find parts for it. But the part that I needed was found very quickly the staff was very friendly and helpful 🥰

I call AC Salvage checking on the price of the engine compartment fuse box panel. At first the gentleman I spoke with told me that they sell it for up to 1600. I told him that the part brand new at the dealer goes for $1200. He said that the lowest he can go was 1K. This people must be smoking something there, you can search online and get this for a lot less way under 300 dollars. Just seems like they like to price gauge their parts. I would be very careful. I call him back and informed him of the difference of price just told me to go ahead and get it. Just hate when individuals take advantage of others, but hey what goes around comes around. Thank youOrdered a front drive axle for a 2004 f250. The staff was more than helpful. Ask them to tape the u-joints up and package appropriately. They were more than willing to. I received my order in a timely fashion. Pricing was where it should be “fair”. I would recommend doing business with A C salvage. Very good people. I drove all the way to Ft. Pierce because I was told one price by Tony to find out when I got there the owner said it would cost me 200.00 more to do the same job I was quoted by Tony. Im not into bait and switch. This place (owner) has bad integrity. Before he has someone out side of him quote prices, all employees should be on the same sheet of music or honor the price given. I was very disappointed. they try to sell me a 6.7 Engine and would only turn halfway. when I ask the Owner he was very mad and started to curse me out . Did not want to give me a refund because he said he was selling me a long block. the Guy in the Front was very nice and professional, the owner was yelling at him and was cursing at him to. The want to sell bad parts and not warranty. so basically I was going to trow away $2000.00 on a bad long block.. the owner is really sneaky. he only turn the engine a little when I ask if I cound turn it he was acting like I did not trust him.. thanks GOD I try to turn it. if not I would have been stuck with a bad motor. .I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY... I hope this will help someone to not get scamm

I found this place while delivering a load to pompano beach fl and called them to see if they had a backglass for my 2000 dodge ram. They did and i told them i would be there in 30 minutes. They had it waiting for me by the door. Great service with good attitudes and the part fit perfect. They even made room for me to park my 53ft truck and trailer. Thanks guys.

They make you call for every part price and they are higher than everyone else that lists their price on car-part website which is a national database of junk yards, I really dont know how they are in business other than convenience but I chose to go to Vero and save lots of money and get the part right when I got there (owner said they would start pulling it right away) instead of waiting for the guy at AC to pull it after I got there. If you want to save time and money then think twice before going to them

Would not bring them anymore work ever. What they said and what they did are two different things.. got my vehicle back from a transmission rebuild ..the guy at the front desk said they were going to change everything out clutch plates bands and all sensors and solenoids. I was still having a problem with the vehicle so I took it back Within the warranty period... after they had it for 3 days they proceeded to tell me that the torque converter clutch solenoid was faulty and told me it was a used one. And only wanted to put a new one in for extra money.. I dont know about you but that seems like bad business practice to me to tell the customer that youre going to change everything out to brand new and then try used parts.. I will never go back there ever

I was looking for a part for my car and u chose to check here because it was time sensitive. The guy hung up on me twice, would not put someone else on the line for me to speak with, and was just plain out rude.I wouldnt spend any money here regardless of my situation. #BadBusiness.
