Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer service, calling them with ANY billing questions is a nightmare (45 minutes and still waiting). A live rep comes on immediately when you want to start home delivery, however existing customers get to wait FOR HOURS!!!!

No issues with my service. Moving from VA to FL I was able to continue my service.

Horrible! Have missed us 5 times now, around 20 + phone calls. We have 13 empty jugs on the front porch for weeks now, and noone cant explain why we are not being serviced, they have scheduled, and rescheduled us 5 times, and still not water. Changing today to Ready Refresh

We had a leaking cooler and they made to to call to let us know when it will be delivered. We even had a issue with a driver not parking in the correct area and advised they would speak with the driver. Overall great customer service and follow up.

Always bought the water at Home Depot which doesnt sell Crystal anymore. Home Depot does not issue credits for the bottles I had to put deposits on (6) and Crystal wont use my bottles for home delivery, new deposits for each bottle I buy. What a rip off company along with Home Depot. Anyone want to buy my old bottles as Ill find a new water company.

Second time the order I placed on mobile app doesnt match what they delivered....

The driver assists me with my bottles which I really appreciate.

Called about starting home service, they charge various service fees for diesel, dispensing machine $4-6 a billing cycle, place a hold of 6.00 for each bottle in possession until returned. A bottle of purified water cost 7.00. I’d probably end up spending $20 for 10gallons of water everything included.
