Very new very clean..Customer service staff was pleasant and helpful.Got that Mango Dragon PASSION fruit Drink for my little TopFlighter who has been just waiting to try it.Social distancing and safety measures are in full effect. So no seating inside but plenty of seats outside in FL sunshine.Plus.. You may also Pre Order with the app.Right off the 1-95 N in Fort Pierce at a Okeechobee Exit and close to the FL Turnpike.

Their wait time for the drive through is ridiculous. Wasted more than half of my lunch break waiting on ONE coffee

This was my first time ever at a Starbucks because theres not one where I live. I decided on an iced cold brew coffee with French vanilla, sugar, and an extra shot of expresso. Now, the coffee was delicious. However, I had asked for some whipped cream on my iced coffee. They proceeded to tell me they didnt have the dome lids. And was unable to top my coffee with whipped cream unless they changed cups I said okay go ahead and change cups then. I then received the same cup back with whipped cream but a quarter of the coffee was gone because they had to add the whipped cream thats what the dome lives are for and you didnt ran out thats crazy and this was only at 4:00 in the afternoon what happens the rest of the day when they need dome lips for their coffee Im not real happy my first time experience not a good one.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. Not only do they close their doors early and force you to pick up your mobile orders by drive-thru, you will spend a lot of time waiting. The average wait time in the afternoon is 15 minutes at minimum up to 25 minutes. This business likes to create their own hours. Even though theyre supposed to close at 10:00 p.m. they close at 7:00 p.m. And good luck with your special orders, theres a good chance itll be messed up. Extra shot of espresso? It wont be there. You wanted light milk? Still expect half your cup to be full of it.

There was a fly in the display case. Pointed it out to the cashier and she said it was no big deal because they throw that stuff out at the end of the day. But its not a good look and makes me think there are other flies lurking in the back? Anyway - pleasant staff.

My absolute favorite Starbucks location I’ve been to! The staff is always there to help with a smiling face. The building is always very clean inside and out. I want to give a special shout out to Kendall for always being so welcoming and kind as well as Emilee for her spunky personality! The manager herself is so nice, she even gifted a cake pop to my 4 year old for his first day of “big boy” school! I love this place I don’t have one bad thing to say about them!

There was a baby left in a hot car with no windows down and car off. It was reported to the manger and I witness the manger say she is to busy to handle it. This is a baby who life was in danger in your parking lot, Starbucks do better! Your employees were about to take action and your manger told them to stay working! Starbucks really.?!?!

Service is great but theres a homeless man living in a creepy suv filming my wifes son. Hes been there for 2 days and Im afraid for my familys safety. Dont bring your kids here.

Never been serviced so poorly in my life. The workers all had attitudes like they didn’t want to work. It wasn’t even clean inside. When we sat down there was a bug stuck to some sort of drink residue on our table. I was so disgusted, I threw my drink away and left with my family. I didn’t bother telling the manager because all the workers seemed very tense towards each other. Very disappointed. My first and last time at this location.

I got a drink from here on 3/4/21 and it was AMAZING! Come back on 3/8/21 and it left something to be desired. The caramel ribbon crunch was missing the crunch and both drinks fell flat on flavor like the frappuccinos had mostly ice and milk.

The lady (dark skin I believe) was super sweet. Order was nice and fresh. They were super slammed and did a perfect job under pressure. People have to understand these people work very hard every day. Sometimes their understaffed. Be patient with them. I worked fast food/in the food industry for a long time.. so I know.

Jorge and coffee crew are the best around. They are knowledgeable respectful. They make u fill like u are at home.

How do you run out of the same items everyday? You would think management would order more supplies. I just $40 for them to come back and tell me after I waited 15 minutes that more than half my order is not what I ordered.

Starbucks has delicious coffee. My friend Tracy had a chocolate chip Frappuccino. Some things you should just never put in your mouth, because you always want them! Thanks a lot Tracy and Starbucks for making me want to always have your Frappuccinos. The strawberry one looks so delicious! I will be updating my post as soon as I try one of those!

I visit this location every morning & they are my favorite Kendall is by far the sweetest person she makes my morning with a friendly smile & perfect drink every time she definitely makes my daily commute that much easier I’m thankful not only to her but this location for always having exceptional customer service & employees who are caring and go above and beyond to make customers happy!!!!! Love this Starbucks!! I never used to be a Starbucks person until this store opened!! Now Im hooked on Starbucks!! I stop every morning on my way to work (sometimes on the way home) and go on the weekends!! The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful!! They are ALWAYS willing to help me with a drink I have never tried before, always greet me when I walk in and fix my drink when I screw up and order the wrong one!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this store to anyone!!

Inside was closed for some reason so I had to stay on the patio.

Omg terrible!!! I have been waiting now for almost 20 minutes for my order. The staff is running around like crazy behind the counter but handing out no orders. There a orders completed just setting on the counter getting watered down and the CUSTOMERS finally reaching behind themselves to take their orders!I asked someone to check on my order, he said he would be right back and after he went back he came out and started making other peoples drink order. I finally was able to get his attention again and asked if he found out what was going on. He very loudly and rudely said. Your going to have to wait lady there a lot of people before you! Besides the fact that that was extremely rude, not an answer and he had specifically said he was going to check for me it was also not true. There was only one lady left who had come in before me and she was also still waiting for just a sandwich. At this point I had been waiting 20 minutes for a cream cheese croissant and a cake pop. The lady in front of me finally asked what was going on they went and gave her a four dollar gift card. She still did not get her sandwich. She went up to the cash register and said she had to have the sandwich because she was going to be late for a meeting. The sandwich finally came. About this time the barista who had told me I had to wait threw a cake pop on the counter and shouted heres your cake pop already! A customer in line turned and looked surprised and said I guess thats your cake pop but that was rude. But even after that I had to stay and wait because I still had not gotten my croissant. Once again I had to get someones attention and asked if they could please see what was going on because now it was over 20 minutes for just a croissant. The guy walked over and picked one up that was cold and gave it to me.At this point it was not even worth arguing over the fact that the food was cold I just needed to get out of there. I went in there at 9:56. It is now 10:25 and I just got in my car with my food. There was no apology or explanation and I am shocked by how rude they were.I stopped in this morning because I was having a terrible morning and needed a pick me up, this did the exact opposite.

Mike (mgr) always remembers my drink and has a great personality. Even after the shutdown and I returned, he didnt miss a bear. Ive never had a bad experience here and continue to be a regular because of this team. Keep it up!

Hands down worst Starbucks ever. I said I was never coming back to this one but it’s close to my job and I got a ton of Starbucks gift cards for Xmas.The make my drink wrong every single time.I order it at kiddie temperature at every Starbucks I go to and every time I order it here I go take a sip and it burns the heck out of my mouth. This time I said it 10 times and had the guy confirm that it was warm... what do you know another scorching hot drink and they take FOREVER. They’ll be like 2 cars in front of you and you’re sitting there at least 10-15 minutes.Before this time I had it with this Starbucks because I advanced ordered 20-25 minutes ahead of time because they are so slow we’ll I’m on my way to work stop to go pick up my order and it’s not ready not one person acknowledged me I went to the cashier and was like I have a mobile order that I paid for already. Then said “oh Someone will make it soon” I told them I’ll take a refund because I have to go to work. Now to get a refund they are going suuuuuuper slow to refund my money in that time they could have sent 3 people out of the store at any other Starbucks. This is by far the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to and they really need corporate help.

SO disappointed. I always appreciated Starbucks for having quality consistent coffee and products...however, I went out of my way and waited in a long line only to drive away with burnt stale tasting coffee. It was awful - I was more surprised that it was still early around 730 am + NOT fresh at all and not what Starbucks normally delivers. I will never go back to this location. Wasted time and money

Long line....20 minutes... Drive-through. Got my order wrong. Maybe theyre just having a badday. Two of the employees were rude. I went on and got a nice cup of coffee from WaWa gas station. Im more of a Dunkin donuts fan anyway the coffee tastes better and is not as expensive. But I thought Hey havent been to the Starbucks yet and its new to our community.

I was in line at this starbucks for 40 mins on my way to work. it took forever & i only ordered one 1 drink. took extremely too long & the line was wrapped around the building.

Dont seem to know how to make an white hot chocolate with almond milk. Had them make it twice...2nd time just made the mocha white hot chocolate..definitely not what I had wanted but had already walked to my car in the rain and didnt want to walk back in. Frustrating.

Very clean. Layout fluid, line moves quickly and orderly. Displays are front-faced and seem to be well stocked everything looks amazing and the aromas and scents are mouth watering. Traffic control control is amazing Brothers in Blue 💙 and Veterans 💚 I wore my Army Jersey while snapping photos) seem Welcome our Boss-Man Sheriff pulled into the parking lot as I was leaving, and no problems were noted. Pet friendly, or so it seems no one bothered a woman with what was clearly not a service animal. Havent tried anything yet, 🤨 too busy reviewing

If you see a line in Drive thru, don’t waste your valuable time. Minimum time is 20 minutes and can be as much as 30 minutes. All other restaurants are open. Not Starbucks. They put themselves above the regular humans.

Drive thru is always fast even though theres usually a huge line. Order is always accurate and customer service is awesome. So happy Starbucks came to Fort pierce!

We were finally able to go inside to order & even found one of my husband’s favorite coffee mugs that he recently broke so we were able to replace it. Coffee was fantastic-as always!

Starbucks is fine place ifn you want coffee or debauchery but if you want a nice sweet tea or a good soda then your out of luck. The teenagers there are always planning some sort of revolutionist coupe and theyre always so loud.Also the employees there did not take kind to me when I asked where the ceramic section was. I know hippies love making pottery so I thought I could get a nice pot for my loved ones

Ordered in advance via mobile app, however when I got to the drive thru window they seemed a bit disorganized on who was responsible for what order. There were like 3 ppl manning the window, one of which was ready to recharge me for my beverages that I had already purchased online. That aside, the order was received correctly, and the pup treat was on point. Service was good, some tweaks necessary for excellence though.
