The staff were a you would expect courteous, professional and efficient. I was helped within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I had several test done due to my medical condition and each one of the techs doing the testing were knowledgeable about the process. I felt like I was in good hands. They explained each step along the way. I will be going back.

My visit went well.I’m sorry I don’t know everyone’s name, I use a Walker and the receptionist met me at the door to help me in, she also brought my paper work to the sitting area for me to sign.She was very pleasant.The assistant was also very nice. This was the first time I met with Dr.Lund, she was very pleasant and explained everything to me.

I was able to get an appointment right away and didn’t wait too long. This is the first time I felt I got the right prescription. The woman who helped me pick out my frame was very nice and made sure that the frames will fit when they come in to make it a speedy process.

Just went here today for a fitting with contacts. I forgot her name but one of the employees were very helpful and patient with me. It took me an hour (possibly more than that if Im being honest) to insert and take out my contacts for the first time. Her encouragement, patience, and suggestions through every step made the process easier for me to handle. We even made some jokes along the way which made it less stressful as well! They also provided me plenty of tools to help me get the hang of it at home for practice. I recommend anyone thats interested in trying contacts to give this place a try 😊

Dr Shannon has been my optician for several years. She and the staff are very professional. In addition to a regular eye exam, glaucoma and cataract check they have even solved a couple of eye issues for me. Right now during the Covid pandemic all staff wear masks and patients are asked to do the same. I feel comfortable and safe there.

Great caring doctor and staff. Very thorough exam. Optical department is also very knowledgeable and they make sure the patient is happy with the frames and fit before walking out the door. I would highly recommend this office if you need an eye exam. They have also helped both me and my husband for emergency type visits and got us in right away.
