I’m so happy we found this amazing team, from the receptionist to the last worker loading materials to the trucks. I have never encounter so many people in one place that try to accommodate all my wishes. We started our house remodel with one company and switch to them and they even end up fixing the others mistakes. The did our entire kitchen and some cabinetry around the house, outstanding job. Really hard working people that are not stopping until your are satisfied and pleased. Detail oriented and they all check and recheck before the final step. I contacted this company because I wanted to do business locally and they had some good reviews (only 5 however). After visiting their location, I decided to do business with them and set up and appointment to have them come to my home for templating. The owner came and during the measuring process, I asked him several questions regarding his installation process and workers comp insurance amongst others. I explained that I only wanted people working in my home who were covered in the event anything should happen on the job. In addition, I asked if they covered the floors while working because we have laminated flooring that cost several thousands of dollars to install and I wanted to be sure they would take preventive measures to protect them. After sharing that I might also want them to do additional work- meaning an additional job by doing our outdoor kitchen counter as well, we parted company. He was going to finish the quote and get it back to me shortly. My wife and I decided to drive by their location the next day to take one more look at the granite selection we had made. Upon our arrival, Ady, the lead salesperson acted a little uncomfortable with us. After we walked through the yard to look at the granite again, she was no longer busy with the other customer and said that she was sorry but the owner was going to pass on the job. I was shocked and when I asked why, she told me they felt I was too specific and demanding regarding the job? I was shocked and disappointed. After a day going by, I reached out and offered to apologize to the owner if there was anything that I had said to disturb him and she said no. It was just I was too meticulous in my approach to the job and that was the reason. After another day went by, I explained I felt badly particularly because they had a specific color of granite we liked. In the end, they offered to sell me the granite at a higher price and I could get someone else to install. Or, I could have them do it but the owner wanted another $3000.00 because he would have to personally oversee the job. Needless to say, I walked away from them and have found another reputable company to do business with. The irony of all this is that I only asked questions that any normal, educated consumer would ask. If that offended them then maybe I was lucky not to end up hiring them? Very strange.

After calling off an ad, I was given good information backed up with a prompt appointment followed with that meeting being met on time in the pouring rain (unheard off, I know). The estimator/owner was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was given a reasonable quote which after some consideration against others, chose. The staff at the storefront operation was also professional and knowledgeable. I‘ve updated this since they did this home because I had them come do another home for me and the results were just as good. The 2nd was during COVID and the estimator was well protected, kept distancing and afterwards saw him disinfect himself which was nice to see. So I’m two for two with this company! I should also add the the installers were very tedious, professional, and detail oriented. I give them my full endorsement. Good luck!

We have ordered kitchen countertops twice from Granite and Marble design. Both times we were very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again. Their team is professional and really know how to measure and install without drama. They have a great selection and their prices are the best weve found. They do not install junk - the quartz is thick and even the sinks are heavy gauge stainless. Excellent quality, professional installers, no voicemail, any questions answered promptly. 5 stars both times for us!

This outfit is GREAT! They were extremely attentive to what we wanted, arrived and delivered on time, and installed beautiful granite for us in our kitchen. They were very honest about their products and which were appropriate for the use, and helped me with cutting a window sill (stool) from material I purchased elsewhere because I needed very thin material.

Granite & Marble design was recommended to us by our contractor. We dealt with Ady, who was so helpful. We ordered quartzite countertops for our kitchen. The owner made the template and within a few days, four workers showed up and did a great installation. Very friendly, very professional. Couldnt be more pleased.

Our remodel is not even finished yet but I could not wait to share our experiences with you about this wonderful business. When I first started looking for granite I could not make up my mind between several pieces from several different establishments. I made multiple trips back and forth between them. The first thing that tipped me off was their patience. They always took the time to help answer my questions and show me the pieces again. 4 times to be exact. The other places each time was a notable difference each time one in particular tried to pull a guilt trip on me about not making up my mind. The owner here Orlando and his exceptional sales staff member Addie were so amazing they never looked at the clock when our time extended well past closings. My husband and I both work late and had to work around that with everyone except here. Anyways, then the covid virus happened and slowed down the entire process of receiving our cabinets. This did not affect them in the slightest. They came as soon as the cabinets were in to do the templates and within 2 days we had our first 2 pieces installed. Orlando and his entire team put their clients happiness as their top priority. We are waiting on a couple of pieces of cabinets to come in but even thru the whole process they are making sure everything is perfect. We are blessed to have found them and now consider them part of our family if friends. I am a very picky person and expect perfection. They delivered without fail. But guess what I have not yet mentioned that they did not need to be haggled with about their prices because they were the most fairest of all right from the beginning.

They did some granite counter top work for us and moved and reinstalled a granite top. Great price and service.They redid my brothers and also a friends bathroom. They did a great job. My brother shopped around and got a really good price. He remarked about how clean everything was at the end of every work day. Both bathrooms were done in lots of marble/stone/glass and look clean and modern.

My husband and I were unsure what we wanted to do with our kitchen countertops, we were just sure we wanted something different than the ugly green Formica we had. I’m not a decisive person by nature so when I say we took our time looking at the granite samples I really mean it. She stood outside in the rain with us for close to an hour. She’s a saint.
