I usually always have a good experience at Honda but recently I went for an oil change and an alignment which I thought would be quick, so I waited in the shop instead of finding a ride. It took them 3 hours before even bringing my car in for inspection and 4 hours to do the service. They didn’t even do the alignment. so I waited in the shop for 7 hours for an oil change… if you guys are understaffed or backed up maybe don’t take so many appointments in a single day? My appointment was fairly early (11am) so I don’t understand why it took so long for an oil change. If I would have known that I would have planned to have a ride or something. Unhappy that I wasted my entire day. Also, I usually get a call from Honda after EVERY service but once I rated my experience as “unhappy”, I didn’t hear from anyone like I’m being avoided.

Very Fast Service, Professional Team!Only thing I would ask is for some1 to greet u at service department. I had a 2pm scheduled time and I arrived at 1:55pm. I wasnt sure if someone was coming outside to meet me or did I need to go inside to meet my designated Team member .Lastly it took about 2hrs from start to finish for oil change, Tire rotation. I had an appointment and thought it would be quicker than if I was a walk in. Dont get me wrong Im definitely happy with my service . These are things that I would take a look at if I worked at Honda.

I brought my Honda in for an oil change appt with Salvatore who was very nice but went slightly overboard with the rapport. Although I understand it’s good to have & build rapport with the customers but when my car was ready & came time for me to pay, I felt he was doing a little more talking & less moving of the fingers & wrapping it up so I can sign the paper work & leave. Good thing I wasn’t in a rush but overall Salvatore was very polite. Prior to me bringing in my car, I’ve been noticing my front passenger side tire was slightly lower than the others. But when I got all the way home, I noticed my tire looked the same. So, I was a little disappointed that the service dept at Honda didn’t catch that since I thought that should’ve been part of servicing my car. So, I ended up going up the road to the nearest gas station & put air in my tire myself!

Grant was terrific! Easy, smooth experience. This is the 2nd car we have bought from Grant and will definitely be back to see him next time we need a vehicle!

Todd Potts was very help full before and after we bought our CR-VThanks Todd, However its been 5 days since this review and I just received my finance papers from MID FLORIDA community credit union scam, They thanked for financing my Honda with them and informed me that a savings account was opened at no cost to me. But then on the next page is the consumer fee schedule and low and behold it tells you there is a $12.00 a month service fee for savings accounts with less then $10.000 in it. I was told by Honda finance charge was 1.9 % but as you can see I was scammed by Honda and Mid Florida credit union. I will pay off the loan and never do business with Mid Florida or Honda again.

Honestly,saddened how the entire car buying process took such a drastic turn once we left the lot .Purchased a new ‘22 Honda Civis 3 months ago and for 3 months we have been waiting for a promised (and documented) refund of a feature we did want on the car .We were told it would be a “simplified process” to adjust and send a refund instead of getting it done once vehicle arrived . Since August we have exchanged multiple text messages with our sales associate Lavern ;until he stopped responding), emailed Jay from finance (no response) and left message for Cathy and a J. Johnson from accounting to no avail. Seems like I am begging for something that not rightfully owed or something. We have been part of Honda family for over 20 years and this dealership tarnished their solid representation.We moved from Hollywood and wanted to find out new dealership for services and etc but looks like we will be making the drive further down south and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE NEW RESIDENTS IN PSL/FT.PIERCE TO STAY AWAY!!They do not follow through.Not worth the headache.To top of off,we have to get our 2nd key copy (understandably due to chip shortage ) and now have to go to Stuart or further down to see if the can help because I know something will go wrong with that too.

I went to Coggin Honda in hopes of buying a new Honda Accord. I was met by Joshua. He listened to everything first, from features to budget, unlike other dealerships that went straight to test driving. He was very professional and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy anything. He showed me multiple cars to compare the different trims. Of course, I loved the fully loaded car and he had some work to do. He was able to find me a certified pre-owned Accord Touring, with everything I could imagine in a car and only 14k miles. I drive a lot so the 100,000 mile warranty was important. They got me to my payment and off to finance. I told Bren not a dollar more than what I was quoted in sales. He was almost there and instead of pressuring me to just go up “a few dollars” a month, he said, let me call in the finance director to get us there. Jay came in, worked some magic, explaining what he could get me, and I signed with a lower rate than I was expecting and the payment amount was what I was looking for. Best experience I could ask for. It was a group effort and every employee was just as pleasant to work with.

I told Dan about a broken cable that had to be replace, and he gathered necessary information including warranty to order the part. I had the oil changed and that was quickly completed. A complementary cleaning of the car followed. Before leaving, Dan explained the process for getting and repairing the broken cable and kept me updated as the cable was ordered and delivered. The entire process was quickly, efficiently and professionally completed.

About a year ago I came in to purchase a 2018 Honda Crv EX-L.I am currently having an issue with the wave radar in my vehicle and Honda does not want to take ownership for the malfunctioning device because my vehicle is over the extended warranty that I was never told I had. I was told I had the standard 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on my car by both this dealership and Tampa Honda. Upon calling customer service, I was informed that I had an extended warranty of 48,000 miles on my car.The part I would need to replace is currently back ordered which leads me to believe this is a common issue with this vehicle. I am very disappointed. I had much higher expectations from Honda, especially in terms of their customer service. I also expected Honda to stand behind their products and own up to manufacturing errors and at least attempt to fix them, but instead I am stuck driving a car without essential safety features because of this.I definitely wont be wasting my money on anything owned by Honda again.

I recently had an exceptional experience buying a vehicle from Coggin Honda Ft. Pierce. My search started quite some time ago when I reached out about a vehicle on their lot, but it was beyond our budget. I had also been searching on all kinds of car sites for the specific vehicle we were looking for, which led me to Joshua at Coggin Honda. He was so helpful, any time a vehicle within my criteria popped up he would send me pictures, video, carfax info, etc. I guess the 3rd time was a charm because he found the perfect vehicle for my family. He had it transported from another Coggin Honda down to his location, provided detailed pictures upon its arrival, and made sure our out the door price was set in stone. I mean, it just couldnt have been a more pleasant experience buying a vehicle. Joshua and his staff were so attentive and easy to work with. The paperwork process was literally a breeze. But most importantly he considered all of our needs as a customer and continued to try hard to find what we needed. He was the only person in my nearly year long search for a specific vehicle (meeting certain criteria for mileage, color, make, model, price, etc) that actually reached out to me every few months to see if I found anything and to let me know he had something available that met our requirements. We were seriously looking to get a new car and the used car market is pretty difficult right now. We were so thankful he didnt just forget about us like everyone else we contacted, or worse - sold a car right from under us like another dealership did. Although I did not purchase my Honda Accord at this dealer, it will be where I take her to get her major maintenance done. Super pleased with the fact the service center is open at 7am. I scheduled the appointment online with my service advisor Robert who kept me up to date with the progress of my car via text and service links. I was in and out in under 2hrs. Price of service - 20K mile oil change and tire rotation - was very reasonable (especially after maintaining a Mercedes 🤑😵‍💫). Robert was pleasant to talk to and work with. He made me aware of recalls that affected my Accord as they were discovered and information made available. One was addressed during todays appointment. The other will have to be taken care of when the necessary part is received. Overall I am very happy with the service and the staff at Coggin Ft. Pierce. I would love to say how awesome Ana Roa was working with myself and my husband Ed. She showed us a suv that I loved but the payments were way too high. We told her we were going to look around and she said let me try one more time to make this work and she said miracles do happen 😆. She was never pushy and when she came back to us she got the payments where they needed to be for us. She was off work today but made a special trip to our house to sign a paper we forgot to sign. He also noticed a discrepancy in the amount I was to pay by financing and corrected it, resulting in me paying less than I thought. We had already picked out the vehicle we wanted and Coggin was the closest dealer that had it in inventory. It was a simple phone call to confirm availability and a decent Internet price. I wish you participated in the Costco auto program but you dont. Sales gentleman Shamuel was professional and courteous. Bren in the back office was also pleasant, even though we didnt get any of the warranties, he made a good pitch, a little bit over the top but not obnoxiously so.

I love my car but they gave it to me without backseat headrests and then gave me some that were the wrong size. And this is how they put in AC air filters. (Yes I know it’s dirty I didn’t know AC filters even existed up until two years ago)Also some other issues that make it seem like the people working just really don’t want to do their job.

This was a great service experience with our Accord, at Coggin Honda of Fort Pierce with service representative Bob W., and a corresponding technician who both worked as a team in a well organized and competent way. In addition to great maintenance and recommendations, there was a long term annoying minor issue with the washing fluid having weak output that was addressed immediately, while other stakeholders previously brushed it off as a none existing issue.And Free car wash and coffee!The waiting room was clean and provide coffee and some snacks in a comfortable atmosphere. Not only was my car finished in a timely manner, it was freshly cleaned due to a complimentary car wash. Yep! We are very happy with Honda.
